Location is excellent. .5 mile to free parking to a unpopulated beach.And to see the rocket launch. The property is very well maintained and has everything you need. Well stcoked with everything you need. Would recommend it. And will return.

Open floor plan and extended outdoor patio makes this place perfect for our blended family and two sets of teenagers. All had enough space to sleep comfortably and enjoy the perfectly temped pool. Great location for many different amenities in a family friendly neighborhood. We will be back to stay again!

Everything about our stay here was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had plenty of things to keep busy, the pool was perfect for us and the owners were easy to contact when I had questions. We definitely recommend this house for a relaxing family vacation.

Very thoughtfully furnished. Perfect for a family trip. We particularly appreciated the gear for small kids (toys, pool stuff, high chair, beach gear, pack n play, pool safety equipment). Even chalk and bubbles! Quiet, nice neighborhood. Close to the beach. Great pool and yard. The place was clean and as advertised. Owners were responsive and accessible. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again on our next visit.

A nice warm atmosphere to match the pool, we had a beautiful vacation filled with NASA, Disney, and the beach! Fun for all ages with a nice place to come back to. All was as advertised. Clean, convenient to the beach, entertainment, and some great restaurants too! Great hosts to a great place to stay.

We love to hang out with family on vacation. This house was perfect. We were traveling with an infant so we spent lots of time around and in the pool and house. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean. Lots of toys and games to keep us entertained. House is in a very walkable neighborhood. Met some very nice neighbors on our twice daily walks. It was a bonus for us that the house is just a few blocks away from the Patrick Air Force base as my son is a National Guard member and he was able to use the gym and we could shop at the commissary and the Exchange! A great spot for any veteran or active duty military to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We stayed for 5 nights and wish we would’ve stayed another 2 nights. Very clean and nicely updated, has everything we needed for a family beach vacation without the stress of having to pack all the extras. Beach towels and chairs, things like shampoo and conditioner, kitchen supplies and pantry staples, pool toys, etc. Our 3 kids spent lots of time swimming and enjoyed the clean and updated pool. The beaches nearby were beautiful and not crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was very true to the listing and very welcome after a nightmare travel day!! We were a party ranging in age from 6 to 66 and no one had any complaints. We really appreciated the beach gear from kids toys to chairs and a wagon to tote it all. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks to the hosts for their quick communication as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We travel A LOT for baseball and stay at a lot of VRBO homes and this was one of our best experiences we have had. Very clean home that was well stocked with anything you could need. Very kind and responsive host. This is a great location if you are looking for proximity to the AFB or the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex. Such easy access to the beach as well as open access to the canal at the end of the street for fishing and sunset watching. I highly recommend staying here!

Great house loved the area

Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood that appeared very safe. Several beaches avaliable off of A1A. The pool at the house was wonderful and the outdoor area was very comfortable. Plenty to do for kids of all ages, even during rainy days.The house was one of the best equipped of any we have stayed in and the owner was very responsive to any need we had. The only negative was the twin bed mattresses were in need of replacement. Thanks for a great week!

This was a great place. Plenty of space for 8 of us ranging from 2-64. Even had toys for the 2 year old!

This house is amazing. My family stayed in this house for a week and we needed nothing. The hosts did a wonderful job preparing the house and it had everything you'd want or need. The pool is completely enclosed in screen so there was no problem with bugs. They even had a child gate for the porch to keep the little ones away from the pool. The game closet is fully stocked and they even had a dart board on the porch. The house is just 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and 10 minutes to Publix. And Cocoa Beach is only 15 minutes away (Ron Johns Surf Shop) lol... Even walking in the neighborhood was nice. My family highly recommends staying here and we want to thank the hosts for a Wonderful Vacation.

This home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 5 teenagers. Perfectly located for our needs. Our teenage boys played baseball at the Space Coast Sports Complex and our teenage girls enjoyed the beach. The house is very clean and spacious. The private pool was amazing along with the pool table and dart board. If we are ever back in the area we would rent this home again 100%. Thank you guys for sharing your home with our family!

Accommodations were excellent and the house was clean and close to food and shopping!

We had a little confusion about how to get in to the property but that was resolved within an hour. Other than that, it was a blissful beach trip. I loved having the pool there for the kids when the adults were too tired from being out all day. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids and there was never a line for a bathroom and plenty of space for all. I very much appreciated the beach toys, life vests, bikes, and - though we never used them - the canoe and kayak too.

Property and owners could not have been more courteous. Home and extras were just as promised. Will revisit.

The owners of this beautiful, spacious, well-stocked home are gracious, helpful, and extremely responsive. We had a wonderful time as a married couple with our baby boy. Plenty of fun things to do and location is an easy walk to the beach, to a park, to breakfast, all good. We had a rental car as well which helped with excursions to places like the Brevard Zoo, the Kennedy Space Center, and Cocoa Beach. The house is generously stocked with kitchen essentials, beach goodies, lawn games, pool toys, Nintendo games, board games, Billiards, a tuned piano, and an impressive books on the shelves.

Our stay was excellent!! Centrally located to many places with just a short drive. The pool table and pool was a hit for our family. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean and well kept. So many items included that made the week more fun. Our nine and seven year old boys played CLUE for the first time, and Twister. Ha! The outside sitting area and entire screened in porch and pool area are so great, even if the rain comes you can still sit outside...bug free! The pre-arrival package the owners sent was very detailed and helpful knowing where to find things locally. The day trip to Kennedy Space Center is very much encouraged and only thirty minutes away. Nice house with great amenities. Everything you need from kitchen and bath essentials to games, pool table, and a pool. Close to lots of nice beaches, easy access and quiet neighborhood. Property owners are very responsive and provided us with a nice place to stay to enjoy our family vacation, would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Three generations came for a graduation trip so grandsons could go to Tank America, get some beach time and play sone golf. The house was perfect, clean in quiet safe neighborhood. It was close to beaches and a nice short drive to Cocoa beach to eat and play. Grocery stores nearby but didn’t have to buy condiments because that is all provided. The open kitchen, dining, living and pool table area provided for great family time. There were many pool tournaments and yes it’s a very nice pool table and lots of laughter and poker at night. No money exchanged - just bragging rights. There are plenty of games, 4 bedrooms, nice beds with lots of privacy. There is corn hole and darts but we never got to it because the pool was so perfect. Someone was always in it and there’s plenty of pool toys - you don’t have to bring your own. Also shampoo was provided as well as plenty of beach towels, chairs and ice chest which you need if you are flying in like we did. There are kayaks and canoes we thought we’d use but didn’t - are there if you sign a waiver. We never found the time. IF you stay in this place, you won’t regret it and please keep it nice for the next ones. Fishing at the end of the street in the canal. We caught 4 stingrays, 1 shark, some reds, sea trout and a lot of catfish. Catch and release - not interested in cooking but fun recreation. Loved it all! Stay here - you won’t be disappointed!

The owners are very responsive and the house is wonderful with great spaces for people to share and play. It is stocked with everything you could absolutely need during your stay and the owners pay close attention to all the details. So far, best home we have rented in regards to amenities and details. The beaches are nearby driving distance as well as gas station and grocery store. I would stay away from Hightower beach as it seems that with errosion there are rock shelves everywhere which make it a painful trip to the beach. Spend the extra 5 minutes to get to a different beach. Also, kayak put in is down the street (bring a pickup truck if you have one, otherwise be prepared for a couple long walks with the rolling cart) from the house. There is actually a seawall where if the tide is low there is no access realistically, so we did not get a chance to utilize any of the kayaks or canoe this time around. In the home, the beds are not mattresses. They are futon mattresses, so be prepared for firm sleeping arrangements. The owners were very nice and answered questions, provided details, prompt responses and although we brought our own games, the house was stocked with games and entertainment. They even have netflix, hulu and entertainment logged in for guests to use. The pool is wonderful and the bbq had plenty of gas pre-filled for our stay. Overall, great vacation.

We totally enjoyed are stay at this spacious house with my son and daughter in law and grandkids. The pool is gorgeous and couldn’t get the kids out rooms are very nice and well maintained kitchen has everything you could need. It is close to lots of fun things to do that made are time go very fast. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to rent
