Property was as advertised, very clean and great location. Excellent stay!

This property was a perfect location for my family and friends to enjoy a three day stay in Orlando. Just 10 minutes from Universal Studios it allowed a very convenient and comfortable stay for all of us. The unit was comfortable and clean and very easy to book.

Across the board, this is as advertised - love the property, nearby food and shopping, and cannot say enough about responsiveness of owner. Great all around - thank you!!! Will be back again next time in Orlando!

Great place to stay with family! Location is fantastic and the host is responsive. One thing to note is that the curtains are sheer so if you have little ones sensitive to light it can be a challenge. Great stay overall!

Overall a great stay especially if traveling to the OCCC. Supplies were minimal but we didn’t need much. Great hot tub, too cold for the pool last week. I would stay again.

We had 7 adults in this unit and it was perfect for us. We were attending a conference at the convention center and this location was perfect for that. The Publix and restaurants in walking distance were amazing too. We had one issues upon arrival and the host took care of it before we returned from dinner. Amazing service and great location.

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo on a quick weekend get away to the universal parks. The condo was exactly as pictured. There are a couple of areas that are showing signs of age but no big deal! It was clean and well equipped but could have used a few more towels. The location was perfect for us with only a 10 minute drive to the parks! We had a couple of minor problems and I really mean minor! Ana sent a repair almost immediately!! Thank you Ana for your prompt response! We loved the heated pool and short walk to Publix and Dunkin’ Donuts. We would definitely stay again!

We came to Olando for the America's Strongest Man competition at the convention center of which our son Lucas Hatton won! The description said it was a walkable distance to the convention center, that maybe true but only if you are a 20yr old athlete LOL. We chose to Uber which was a short ride. The condo was very clean and the decor was beautiful. Everyone had their own spacious bedroom with comfortable beds. Having a grocery store and restaurants right next door was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year.

The unit was perfect! My adult children had the space they needed the rooms were clean and comfortable! A perfect location for a much needed family vacation.

All great except no shampoo

It was a short stay but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was nice and clean, close to many attractions. I did use the pool as part of it is in the middle of renovation. I can’t wait to come back when the amenity center is completed.

My employer has a 3 day conference at the Rosen/OCC and only fully covers lodging if you share a hotel room. Two of my team members and I wanted our own room but was ok with sharing living area. This was the most cost effective way to do this. Worked perfectly. 1.4 miles to conference and close to Publix and restaurants. Very clean and accurately described. TY, Anna for clear communication and easy access to the place.

We just stayed here for a weekend in Orlando, going to parks with family and it was a great place. The apartment was nicely kept, very comfortable for a small to medium family. Location is perfect close to parks and variety of food nearby. Would definitely come here again and recommend to anybody.

The property is beautifuuly maintained. The space is adequate for small gatherings and the beds are reasonably comfortable. Good bang for your buck!

The good - the location was great. Nice proximity to grocery, restaurants, and the convention center (which, is why we were there). The condo was also close to the smaller pool - nice pool, hot tub and restrooms. The bad - miserably hot inside the condo. The A/C wasn't working properly. Upon arrival, we didn't get there until late - so, we thought maybe the a/c wasn't set cool enough. We had to be up and out of the condo early each morning and wouldn't arrive back until late in the evening. So, the next morning, we made sure the a/c was set lower to cool all day while we were out. Upon arriving back late in the evening - again, walked in to a very unpleasant, not cooled condo. We contacted the host and she said she would have someone come out to fix it. He came, he said he fixed it and left. The unit started blowing out cool air, but - it didn't last very long at all (maybe 2 hours). Again - keep in mind, we aren't even there during the hot parts of the day- so, if you would be there at that time - it would have been rough. But, after a very long, exhausting day - we are physically tired - it's hard to walk into a hot condo with no air flow and no ceiling fans in the extra bedrooms to push any air. It was awful trying to sleep that way. By the third night, my 10 year old was actually in tears because she couldn't get any actual rest or sleep since she was so hot and you just can't cool off.

Our family of eight really enjoyed the convenience of this property. Nicely decorated and modern. Our only disappointment ‐ not having enough paper products (toliet paper) and trash bags. Also, the wifi was very slow and very spotty. I was logging in daily for work needs and unfortunately had to use my own hotspot. And the television being on Wi-Fi was constantly chewing. Disappointing when the kids wanted to relax and watch a movie.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location was easy to find and get in and out, close to pool and short walk to main Vista Cay resort. It was clean and spacious.

We met my Aunt and Uncle in Orlando for a visit and we loved this beautiful condo!! It is a very short distance to Universal Studios. There is a Publix that you can walk to that was very nice!! The pool area is nice! There is pleanty of beds in the unit they was a little hard but not unbearable. The AC worked ok it kept going back to 74°. I get hot a night so if you do also you may want to bring a fan. Thank you so much we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

We loved our stay at Vista Cay. Walked into a large welcoming area of kitchen/family room with a couch and two chairs, dining table, and large kitchen. The master on the right has a large bed and connecting bathroom. On the left are two rooms each with 2 beds and a connecting bathroom between. There were enough blankets and pillows with extras stored in the closets. There was a high chair and pack and play in the master as well. We appreciated the luggage holders and a few hangers as well. I would definitely recommend an increased number of towels as there were only a few and we needed to do laundry quickly for everyone to have a towel to use. We loved the location - walking distance to grocery store and Dunkin. The pizza place in the same plaza was delicious. It was perfect for our trips between Magic kingdom and Universal and close to the airport. We loved our trip and would definitely book again in the future - it was perfect for the family (grandparents, us and three kids) with enough space for everyone.
