Loved our stay. Around the area there is a lot of hurricane damage that has been left in rubble but if u can look past that you will love the accommodations! We would go back in a heart beat!!

From the unit to the beach to the location this trip was incredible. I can’t say enough good things about the host and the wonderful communication and allowing a late check out so we can get the last couple of beach hours.

We stayed at Le Papillon in the penthouse and it did not disappoint. The unit was exactly as described. We had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were all large with beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds! The kitchen, living room and indoor dining were all spacious and nicely decorated. Both the large patio and rooftop deck had amazing views with comfortable seating. Le Papillon is located on the best part of the beach. We were able to enjoy the beach and ocean right in front of the unit with easy access. Our favorite spot was right under the beautiful palm trees. Amazing restaurants and bars and shops are all in walking distance. Simona and Lorraine were both very helpful, friendly and always available. We cannot wait to come back again next year!

We loved staying here! This is our 5th time coming to St Martin and we will definitely stay here again! Everything in the villa is as described. The kitchen is very well appointed with anything you or your personal chefs will need. It was wonderful to be right on the beach! We especially loved this. Loraine, the housekeeper, is VERY hard working and cares about the properties she maintains. We really admired her hard work ethic and getting to know her. She was extremely helpful on check-in when the prior renters had left things in quite a disrespectful state. She was wonderful to work with and efficient at getting the property back into perfect order. The host, Simona, was always very prompt in responding to any questions/concerns we had and very attentive. The location felt secure and safe, no issues there. The beds were also very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and very nice. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would love to stay here again next year! Thank you Simona and Loraine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The penthouse unit was beyond amazing! Clean, comfortable, highly spacious, snd stocked with every kind of house need you could possibly think of - including beautiful plates and glassware. It has all the makings of a 5 star restaurant and resort without the crowd of guests! Truly a home feel that gave you peace, quiet and an immense feeling of tranquility! Was the best stay ever! We would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone! Without hesitation. And housecleaning was so accommodating to meeting our needs it was a real relaxing stay in every sense. We did many of Simona’s recommendations and all were fabulous and truly great! Thank you so very much!

The place was as advertised- just beautiful, so well equipped. The views are amazing and to be able to watch the planes taxi down the runaway was fantastic. We loved every moment of our stay. Host was so courteous and prompt to respond. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a great property right on beautiful Simpson bay, with great views and decks from all stories. Condo was very spacious and extremely well equipped. Simona, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful and Lorraine, the housekeeper, was awesome. Would definitely stay at this lovely property again!

Absolutely stunning! Perhaps the perfect spot in St. Martin. We loved every bit of it and enjoyed its proximity to everything. The elevator wasn't working at the time. Fortunately, none of our elderly parents could make it; otherwise, it would have been a challenge getting to the top floor.

The penthouse was absolutely beautiful & had everything you could possibly want or need. I don’t think you could ask for a more perfect situation for an island getaway.

This property completely fulfilled our needs on our son’s graduation vacation. It is nestled on an amazing beach with the most spectacular views. It is very close to the airport so there is some arriving and departing aircraft noise. However if you are an aviation geek, you will enjoy watching the aircraft come and go from the rooftop hot tub! Simona is the perfect host. She answered any questions that arose and gave plenty of recommendations to make our stay even better than I could have imagined. She also helped us book a private boat day trip where we went snorkeling, visited several other secluded beaches, and a remote island where we observed sea turtles!

My only cons are 1. There was a leak in the master room. I almost slipped and fell a few times. 2. I saw a few bugs inside the house 3. The water wasn’t hot enough for all showers to be on at the same time or Around the same time. I took a few cold showers during my stay. Ouch. Other than those three things, I highly recommend this villa.

But: It is right next to the airport, every jet that takes off you feel it. They do stop in the evening and don't start back to early in the mornings. The sound/noise from the jet's should have been mentioned.

This condo is AH-Mazing! We just returned and I can't stop raving about this property to all my friends & family. We have rented a lot of VRBO properties over the years and this was one will stand out for years to come. To start, it was in a great location, right on the beach. Simpson Bay has beautiful water, beautiful sand and no rocks right in front of Le Papillon. The convenience of walking down to the beach anytime you want was well worth it. The condo itself was immaculately clean and I don't say that often. It was well appointed with everything you need (soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, softener, coffee, filters, baggies, spices, the list really goes on & on). The unit was spacious and just as pictured on the listing. And that rooftop!!!! The views were unbeatable. This property deserves all the 5 star reviews it has received and Im sure will continue to receive. Wish I was back there now, having my breakfast on that patio and looking out at all the yachts!!! If you are considering this property, you will NOT be dissappointed, this is the ONE!

The large covered terrace gives you panoramic views of the beach below and that side of the island. This place was kept spotless, thanks to Lorraine who is so pleasant! This is a very secure property and in walking distance to some restaurants. The owner Simona has added special touches like nice linens, coffee, sugar, mini bar, soaps and lotions in all bathrooms. Our young adults loved hanging out on the rooftop terrace, in the hot tub. We already miss the great beach and waking up to the ocean view from our bed!

Stayed here and the connected 2 bedroom in December 2020 with 8 people total and had a wonderful stay. The host is very responsive to any questions, the villa was better than pictures (clean, gorgeous views) and the location could not be better. Highly recommended.

This place is truly awesome! The views from the penthouse (on all floors) are breathtaking. Simona was very attentive over WhatsApp and helped us setup a great boat excursion. This condo is located one of the best portions of the beach in Simpson Bay, and we can't wait to return!

Great location, beautiful property.

The property is amazing. Everything inside, including appliances, bedding, towels, etc) is first class and easy to use. The beach is steps away. Simona was very helpful with all our questions and very responsive. The one small negative is the neighborhood that surrounds the property. The properties that surround the rental were badly damaged by the hurricane in 2017 and most have not been fully repaired. Abandoned vehicles and boats are everywhere. This did cause any issues for our group, just something that surprised us a bit. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for the great stay.
