This was a very location and home for family and friends to enjoy. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, and outdoor fireplace made our stay especially nice. Our kids enjoyed some s’mores and snores. Thank you to the great hosts!

Everything about the property, it's manager, and owner was great. My big issue was not with them but with vrbo. They emailed me seven codes to access my account and none of them worked. Talk about frustrating! Fortunately, the property owner contacted me directly and everything went very smooth after.

The home was very nice with a large covered back porch and a courtyard. We stayed four nights and took our time doing simple things, all within walking distance: visiting the museum, courthouse, shops on the square, restaurants, the distillery and Jack's gravesite, and passed the time reading on the back porch and relaxing in the hot tub in the courtyard. There is park and creek behind the home where we walked our little dog (Doc) every day. Barrelhouse BBQ and the ice cream shop were excellent, plus the Moon Pie Shop because I have a weakness for moon pies and pecan goo goo clusters.

Property is fabulous! Outdoor area is wonderful. Pictures and descriptions do not do this place justice. If you have a trip in Lynchburg this is a great place to stay! We will be back!

I was working a couple towns away and found this great gem to call home while traveling for work. I put this place on the must return list.

This property is amazing and it is a great location for things to do in and around Lynchburg. Room for everyone. Felt like home. Highly recommend. We went to Uncle Nearest and Jack Daniels. The pizza in Lynchburg town square was wonderful. Will be back.

The house was even better than we expected in every way. Everything was super clean and roomy. We stayed with my son, daughter in law, 6 month old granddaughter and their sweet Aussie shepherd. We all had a great time and enjoyed all the outdoor amenities, including the grill, darts, football, and cornhole. The beds and linens were top notch. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was quiet. It was an easy walk to the distillery and all that Lynchburg had to offer. Thank you for a wonderful 3 night stay.

Distiller's Cottage was even better than expected! It's charming, clean and cozy with all of the amenities from home plus a few extras! The outdoor spaces are so inviting and great for relaxing and playing games (darts, cornhole). While it was too warm for us to get a fire going in the outdoor fireplace, it certainly made us wish for cooler weather to enjoy it. The location couldn't have been more perfect for our trip. Everything we wanted to do in Lynchburg was within walking distance. Fran was so great to work with and stayed in contact with us, checking that we were enjoying our stay. If we ever venture back this way, we will absolutely be returning to Distiller's Cottage!

Cute house, loved the layout, clean, comfy, quiet, 3 minute walk to town, enjoyed Lynchburg (great people), good pizza, yummy BBQ, liked the Jack Daniels tour, and the Cascade Hollow tour. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Would totally recommend. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is a wonderful property and has so much to offer. The house if fantastic with the three good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great as we could walk to downtown and enjoy what was offered. Looking forward to visiting again.

A tremendous place to stay in Lynchburg Tennessee. The cottage was so welcoming, quiet, clean and was a wonderful place to decompress from a busy life. We had a great time visiting friends, touring the Jack Daniels Distillery and eating at the wood fired pizza place. This home was close to all of the attractions and the hot tub was an added bonus for a relaxing evening.

We've rented homes all over and we wanted to visit the Jack Daniels Distillery for the tour. This gorgeous home is literally a genuine block and a half away from the Lynchburg town square and it's just another block and a half to the Distillery. It's incredibly close. But it was also quiet and private. The outside is beautifully manicured and the inside is welcoming and felt brand new. Everything was terrific inside with a very pleasant layout. There was just the two of us plus our dog, so we didn't go upstairs other than to just check it out. The two bedrooms up there are large and beautiful. We just used the main floor bedroom and the mattress in the king bed was superbly comfortable, as were the linens and pillows. The bathroom is large and roomy with double sinks and a really great walk in shower. The toilet has its own door for privacy. The kitchen has everything as does the whole house. The living room was big and comfortable for lounging with great couches. The dining area is a bar high table with tall matching chairs and was fun for just the two of us, but would be a blast for a bigger group. We really appreciated the huge fenced back yard. Our dog loved it too. Well cut grass was a pleasure, as was the pavilion and the covered patio. Patio furniture, football, darts, and corn hole would be all kinds of fun with a larger group. We're joking that we want to come back with another two couples because this home would be great for that kind of get-together. The hot tub is large and soothing and the outdoor fireplace was incredible. This area is separate from the covered patio and backyard and very private with fun party lights up above. This home gets 5 stars for every section of review! It was perfect! We highly recommend this home, especially if you're looking for a very close (you really can walk if you don't want to drive the minute and a half) place to stay to go on the Distillery tour and spend some time in Lynchburg. Tullahoma is just under 25 minutes away with Rutledge Falls an easy find waterfall well worth checking out. Plus there are lots of dining choices in Tullahoma. Again, highly recommended! We had a truly terrific stay!

I loved staying here. It was quiet and really well equipped. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this one is by far is my favorite. The backyard on this property is huge my dog loved running around investigating every inch of it. This trip for us was just what I needed. We were able to walk to the square and it was a pleasurable walk. I would recommended this beautiful home if you are looking for a place in Lynchburg. Communication with manager of property was top notch. My dog and I were very comfortable. Easy walk to the square

We enjoyed a four night stay to attend a wedding in the area. This was a lovely home, set up as advertised, very clean, very comfortable. Easy responsive communications with owner. Zero problems. We would rent it again without hesitation.
