My husband, mom-in-law, and I absolutely love the country cottage!! The pictures are accurate and the cottage is even more beautiful in person. The cottage has such a cozy vibe. We sat outside on the huge porch. It is so quiet, relaxing and has a nice view of the countryside. We also enjoyed sitting on the very comfortable couches with the warm fireplace on. A nice tv and no issues with WiFi. I would love to live in this house! This is one of the best Vrbo's I have stayed at. It has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very easy communication and check-in/check-out. It is close to Lynchburg. When we are traveling through Tennessee again, we will definitely stay here! We loved everything about our stay.

Words can’t describe the feeling you feel when you walk into this home. We all wish we would have planned to stay longer. Its like walking into the past but having all the conveniences of today. We are already planning to go back. I would move there if the owner would let me. They left farm fresh eggs for us to have too. We can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay!

The farmhouse was exactly as described and better! The pics really don't do it justice. True farm decor with a large kitchen equipped with everything you'd need. Nice large bathroom and master. We will be back when in the area :)

Very clean accommodations, it's out of town so its very quiet and peaceful. The dogs with the goats were very friendly, had everything we needed inside for our short visot to Tennessee, I would definitely rent from them again 😁

Very relaxing stay.

We were able to enjoy a relaxing few days and watch the goats play. A wonder place to recharge your batteries.

Beautiful remodeled farmhouse with nature all around.

Check in was easy. House was clean. Breakfast supplies were available--fresh eggs, waffles and biscuits. We did not eat anything because we didn't expect food to be available. That was a great surprise. The decor is excellent, beds and pillows were outstanding. Can't wait to visit with my wife--she will love it. Even the dog and puppies who I assume were guarding the goats were welcoming. This is a true jewel.

The property is a little secluded however very accessible. The home is rustic modern, very clean and beautiful. Me and my family had an absolutely amazing and unforgettable vacation here. Highly recommend and honestly would always attempt to go back to the same location when visiting in Tennessee.

Didn’t stay very long just an overnight rest on our drive from Florida to Wisconsin… perfect, quiet, and peaceful! Would definitely consider this for future trips!

We had a wonderful too short stay. Everything was perfect and comfortable. Our only complaint was it was only one night. We didn't get in till almost dark. Will definitely book again if in area. What a great rebuild you did!

Perfect little farmhouse situated right across a beautiful creek. Very peaceful and quiet. Easy drive into Lynchburg Fayetteville or Shelbyville. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in this general area. I’ll be booking here again for sure!

Stayed here for a weekend trip in Lincoln and Giles county and absolutely loved it. Woke up to fresh farm eggs daily, warm fireplace at the push of a button on the remote. The wrap around porch didn't get used as much as we would have liked due to cold weather. We will return here to give the porch another shot, loved the house

We loved our stay & even extended an extra night!!! The Cottage, Property & Owner Communication were top notch w/High Quality Accommodations - So for a Super Comfy Quiet Country Cottage Home Away From Home Experience… This is it! We have family in the area & when they popped by or picked us up EVERY single person (Male or Female) stated “I could live here!” -or- “I’d like to buy this place right now!” It was just me and my husband so we only accessed the main floor & outside areas for our stay… but this cottage was just what we were looking for to decompress for well deserved R&R.

If you want a relaxing stay while in the Lynchburg area this place is it. This home has everything you need including eggs for breakfast. We enjoyed getting up in the mornings sitting on the porch swing listening to the goats, sheep and dogs. It was so peaceful. We even got to see some deer. Really enjoyed our getaway to this very unique property. Very clean, relaxing and comfortable. Host was very responsive to any requests. Wish we had one more day to enjoy the property.

My husband has always wanted to go see the Jack Daniels Distillery and I am not really into that so I wanted a quiet space to unwind while kid-free. We had friends join us and this amazing peaceful space was everything we needed and more, The goat sounds were so much fun and never annoying or disruptive. We felt safe and secure knowing the owners were coming by regularly for their care. If anything were to go wrong we could easily get a hold of them. We had such a blast at the distillery which wasn’t a far drive. We had a rainy weekend so unfortunately didn’t get to use the grill or the fire pit. However, we enjoyed meals, games and laughs around the table. The kitchen is fully stocked we had everything we needed. There were even eggs and condiments and things others had left that were helpful. My favorite spot in the house was the porch swing at sun rise. Enjoying my morning coffee there was the best! Thank you for sharing your amazing space with us.

This was the sweetest property I have stayed at so far! The owners were the best and everything down to the mints next to the beds was absolutely perfect! Definitely looking into staying again!!

We were greeted by deer and rabbits every morning. Stayed outside of Lynchburg TN on a goat farm. The place was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean, and managed well. We enjoyed it, and will probably go back some day.

The house had everything we needed we needed including the peace and quiet. It was lovely to sit on the veranda and watch the wild life.

This house feels like staying in our grandparents country home but with modern conveiniences. We enjoyed a cool drink on the front porch in the evening and saw deer and rabbits. After a good nights rest, morning coffee and biscuits on the porch was a delight before the next leg of our trip. We didn't take advantage of the fresh eggs in the refrigerator, but that is a nice touch that also is reminiscent of Grandmother's house.
