Rooms were nice and cleaned,house came with lien and dishes

AC was set at 72 but did not keep the house cool. The house was hot during the day and the AC ran all night long. There internet is weak and I was told there was nothing they could do about that. Pool was dirty.

Very nice and clean house. Beds were very comfortable too. The private pool was also very nice. The price was also very affordable. I loved that there’s a nice community pool, bar, and cinema.

My only suggestion is darker curtains for the bedrooms.

Overall we liked the resort. This was our second time staying at this particular facility. The location is great and close to all the stores we needed. We also liked the upgrade to the main pool area with the cabanas and water sprinkles. The staff and unit manager or owner were very responsive.

I didn't like that we encountered some issues like the shower rod in the upstairs master bedroom fell while my 9 year old son was showering and we had to wait until the next day for it to be replaced. The shower light in the hall bathroom also went out but was also repaired. On our last day the front door key pad battery was low and we were locked out of the home for a few hours. Luckily we were across the street at the pool but it was inconvenient because we had an emergency with our babies. Also the rugs in the living room and in front of the sliding patio door were filthy. We have 2 crawling babies and we had to monitor them very very closely so they wouldn't lie on the rugs. I don't think shower liners should be replaced more often even though it was replaced when I requested when the shower rod fell. The bath towels were rough and some of the bed sheets had some stains. Also when we stayed at this facility back in 2018 we were able to use the bbq grill without charge. This time we would need to rent a grill which we did not.

Tons of room, beautiful house, perfect location for Disney parks, personal plus resort pool right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Our bed on the main floor was very firm. Also, we were not allowed to use the grill. Which we only realized after we bought food to grill.
