The sink was broke everything in the house was a low budget low quality. Too many rules. the house that was advertised was not the house that we stayed in.

Location was amazing.

Villa is in a poor condition. The out dated decor and furniture is still functional however, the pool is in need of urgent attention. We had to clean the entire pool area as it was filthy with old cigarettes butts under the table and a buildup of dirt on all the furniture. The pool guys were lovely and did their best to clean the inside of the pool but the pool area was disgusting. The aircon is almost none existent. Although thermostat says 78 the master bedroom was unbearable. There is no free internet and the daily change is extortionate.

The pool,and spa was great. The bed's slept so comfortable. The house was nice and clean. Overall, me and my family was very happy and pleased with the house.

I wouldn't say didn't like, but the house temperature was set at 75 degrees and we couldn't set it lower than that so it made the house a little uncomfortable for us especially in the day time. It would've been great if we could've set it to 72 degrees. It's just that we had 2 people with severe asthma, and when it's not cool enough it makes it hard for them to breath, so there fore They have to use there inhaler through out the day. But overall a great home. We look forward in returning for our next vacation.

I didn't like the fact that the pool lights where never fixed so at night the kids couldn't swim and I definitely didn't like the fact that I requested to have the spa heated at the time of booking through email, and this site and no one ever responded so I spoke with someone on the phone and I honestly i felt like the person I was speaking to was just telling me lies, and that part I really just didn't like at all because I read very well so I followed all steps I needed to take via contract and this lady all of a sudden is telling me that in order to have the spa heated I would have to pay for 7 days of the heating when my stay is only 4 days. I informed her that if that's the case they need to put in the contract because my contract says that I need to let them no 3 days in advance in which I did 07/17/23 and the 1st night I got there I spoke with with the same woman and she told me that it would be the next day before they could heat up the spa and fix the light in which i was ok with because it was already late and yet when I reached out the next day she then told me the things I mentioned earlier in the complaint.

The pool was a plus , the management was amazing & very communicative !

The vacation home was weird & creepy the pool was not working well they turn the pool off at a certain time the house was giving creepy vibes the had cameras inside the home they was watching us the whole time there nones of tv work it was very uncomfortable they had the air conditioner on 78 with a lock on it and l believe someone was in the closet the whole there it was creepy & very weird we all was so uncomfortable they had closet with with big monitors in it and when we got there there was too closets that was lock and we couldn’t get inside but it inside by itself when it was time too leave the property weird vibe never again

The private pool was great, and the washer and dryer were essential.

I did not like that the screen for the outdoor house around the pool had a big tear in it. There were lots of bugs coming in from it. We were also greeted by a dead cockroach sitting near the dining table.

I don’t like because is no wifi, the garage is to little and all the cellphone is no señal

When we arrived at 721 scrubjay way- Our house was NOT AT ALL CLEAN! Used towels, dishes, dirty pool and dirty bathrooms. The beds had been slept in (a total mess) sheets and covers all over the place. The air conditioner was NOT working. When we expressed our concerns, they sent someone over, and she used the same 'USED BEDDING' to make the beds and left... We shared this with the property manager, and he stated he would have her come back, but she never came, and he stopped answering the phone.

I loved the house and private pool. .

Roaches was in the kitchen.
