Great place to stay on Table Rock Lake. Nice wide open living room with good sized bedrooms. Fantastic views of the lake. The owners are very pleasant to work with. We will be back soon!

We had 8 college friends travel to the Ozarks for a long weekend. You really just can’t beat the view of this home. We loved watching the sunset out by the dock and having coffee on the porch every morning. We were in very close proximity (10min drive) to a boat club where we rented a 10 person pontoon to check out some of the other lakeside bars and cove out for a few hours. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough cookware and serving pieces for 10 or more people. We had everything we needed to make cocktails and meals at home. All the appliances worked well. Everyone said their beds and sheets were comfortable. My fiancé and I stayed in the luxurious master sweet, and it was very comfortable as well. Great value for the money. Would rent again!

This is a great house, the morning views are incredible. The owners clearly take pride in the property and are very nice people. They were very responsive to any issues and keep the house well-stocked so you don't have to immediately run to the grocery store upon arrival. But if you did, Woods grocery store is just up the road. I look forward to coming back next year!

We had a great stay! Really nice home, Comfortable beds and location was outstanding. The kids had fun swimming off the dock and lots of places to eat within a short drive. Could have sat outside on the patio and watched the boats and sunsets forever. The owners were great and always replied quickly.

This was a FANTASTIC spot for a week's vacation at Lake of the Ozarks. We had 7 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk room. The outdoor space was perfect! FYI, There are lots of steps to the dock. We did plan to use the fire pit but never did. There was some firewood there, but it needed to be split and we didn't have tools to do that. (no worries on this) We did bring our own floaties but they did have some available. The only complaint on dock space was the lilypad and young kids. There is a large split in the middle and we felt it was unsafe for our littles. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. There are plenty of towels, but remember to bring your own beach towels. it was nice having the extra frig for drinks etc. All in all, we loved the space.

The property was clean and in good working order. Lake access and dock were nice.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home on the lake with our extended family and 5 grandkids. We were close enough to be able to do activities every day in Osage beach, at nearby parks and caves and even a day trip to Branson, and on most days we'd be back home for the kids quiet time in the afternoon followed by lots of fun playing games or out on the lake with the lilypad and dock. It was also great to be able to rent a pontoon boat for a day and enjoy exploring the lake and doing some tubing. From the back porch there was lot of nature, with seeing great blue heron's, red-headed woodpeckers and even a bald eagle landing in one of the trees behind the house. There was a raccoon sighting one evening (it was drinking up all the hummingbird food), and quite a few chipmunks. The home is older, and could use some fixing up, so if you're looking for modern architecture and all the latest gadgets, I'd recommend going some place else and spending a lot more $$, but if you're looking for a relaxing environment with everything you need for a good reasonable rate, I'd highly recommend this location.

I booked this property for an annual May father/son fishing trip and let me tell you it was the best decision! The communication between the property manager (Rachel) was superb! The property was even more beautiful than the pictures! My father and our group of 8 enjoyed the dock,the house,sunrises/sunsets, and the deck (which we used to grill and prepare food for our dads while they relaxed and fished). The entire time we were they everyone kept commenting on how nice the property was and started talks of coming back next year! I can’t thank Rachel enough for allowing us to make memories with our family. I will definitely be booking this property again…ps I almost didn’t want to write this review because I don’t want people to know how amazing this place was haha…thanks again!

Stayed here during off season with our family of 9. The master bedroom was perfect for my husband and I, our grand baby was able to use the high chair & pack and play, our teens loved sitting out by the lake and our younger kids were obsessed with playing all of the board games they had to offer. Super comfortable beds and clean home, the only two things I’ll note that were off are the living room photos are not up to date as they have removed carpet and staircase and if you are driving anything smaller than an SUV I do not recommend using the driveway in front of the home. Our daughter bottomed out at the top of the drive due to it being so steep. However there is a perfect spot above so it was not a big deal afterwards just learned the hard way. Thank you for such a great, memorable stay!

We had a great stay here with our family. The house has amazing views of the lake and, with the shading tree cover, the deck is a great place to sit and relax while watching the boats go by. We enjoyed many meals outside on the secluded patio, which had plenty of room for our large group. Our kids enjoyed swimming off the dock and floating on the waves from the occasional passing boats.

We had 2 families with 5 daughters ages 2 to 18 enjoying the property. The place was wonderful! A nice dock that was covered for the girls to enjoy fishing off of during the day, with a chair and picnic table on it and protected from the sun. A nice little ladder and lily pad to help the girls enjoy swimming. A family of ducks frequented the dock area, which the girls really enjoyed. There was a great little closet at the dock we were able to lock up fishing supplies and swimming items at night. There were ample chairs on the large deck, for everyone to enjoy bbqs. We loved that the home has 2 king bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows, a great view, was kitchen was clean and well stocked. The ice maker worked great to keep ice cold drinks. We appreciated having a washer dryer to wash our swim towels/suits. While we didn't watch much TV, it was nice having them in the bedrooms and we appreciated the fire sticks for a few kids movies that got watched. We enjoyed dinner at the nearby Papa Chubbys, which had a sandy zero entry beach for our kids to enjoy, and good food. The Woods grocery store was stocked with a great supply of anything we forgot and was a clean and friendly atmosphere. The home was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and we hope to return next summer!

Perfect place for a group. Great views of the lake!

We were visiting family in the area and had a lovely stay during the 4th of July. The house is in a great location. When you walked down to the dock you can see the fireworks that they put off from the resort across the lake. Communication with the owners was seamless with a very quick response time. Plenty of room outside and inside to entertain. It was very hot while we were there so It was nice that with the magnificent windows we were still able to enjoy the view while chilling in the house watching afternoon movies. Great time had by all. This was our annual girls trip. There were 7 adults and an infant. The house was perfect! Lots of room for everyone to spread out both inside and out. Lots of little details were thought of, such as a pack and play, blankets to wrap up in on the cool days, and a very simple checkout process. We had a great time!

7 lady friends enjoyed relaxing stay. Beautiful view of the lake. Steps were challenging for one of our group. Would have liked having a private bath with bedroom on main level. Great open kitchen, large dining table and seating area. Home was well stocked. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The house has tons of large windows with stunning views of the lake, very comfortable bedrooms, and a spacious patio/deck to relax and watch boats on the water. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the owner was great to communicate with for any questions. Highly recommend staying at this property and enjoying all the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer!

Stayed here in August 2021 with another family, a total of 4 adults snd 4 kids/teenagers. Great location and view of the lake. The kitchen is well appointed- we cook and bake a lot and it had everything we needed. The owner was super responsive, great communication.

We stayed for 4 nights. There were 8 total ranging in age from 1 year old to 45. We all had a fantastic time floating on the lake, cooking on the grill, bon fire with s’mores and just relaxing with the family. The house has a perfect layout so everyone has some private space. Nice size open kitchen with a great living room. The view is amazing. Great communication with the owner. Overall an awesome experience!

We loved this place! The view is beautiful with a wall of windows. The deck is expansive with beautiful views. The boat is protected by the cove but you still have the main channel view. It is located right across Margaritaville with pool and slides the kids can enjoy. We really enjoyed our weekend at the lake. The kitchen and guest bathroom are a little dated but did not prevent us from enjoying the house and the lake. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

The views from this house are stunning! We loved the location, swimming off the dock and relaxing on the balcony! The owners were very helpful and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was well kept and clean. Only issue was the grill needed to be cleaned before we could use it.

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children had a fabulous time at this property! There was plenty of room for everyone. The dock was a big hit. The kids loved jumping off the dock and the lily pad was perfect! Even caught some fish off the dock. We made some great memories!
