Great property for a confortable get away. Stay here year after year with our family and we can always count on Lena to be a wonderful host! House is great for fishing, scalloping and enjoying the springs.

A family trip for some scalloping and visiting the springs. A great locations for doing both. The house was perfect for our group. The teens enjoyed the bikes, exploring the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. Came to Crystal River to go scalloping. House was in the perfect location to the spings and ocean. Quiet area we really enjoyed that. Along with great neighbors. Lena was a great host always responded promptly. House was clean and beds were comfy

From check-in to check-out it was great. We visited several springs near the house and even fished off the dock most of the time. Even had a visit from a dolphin right on the dock.

We all enjoyed ourselves very much. The boys loved the kayaks and fishing from the dock and being able to have the boat right there was a super plus! Sadly fishing wasn’t too good and the wind was blowing too much for anything too far offshore but overall the grandkids loved it and didn’t want to leave!!

This is right in the middle of everything and very convenient to drive for shopping, food, restaurants. This house is very comfortable and plenty of room to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Excellent communication and response from host Lena with any issues or requests. Would definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed our stay and this property. Great location for scalloping. Loved having the boat right at the house, easy in and out. The house was very well stocked, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable, will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful 5 star hosts! Ww love this home and have rented it many times. Its always so clean and comfortable. The location on the river is perfect. The floating dock in the back is perfect for our 21' boat - love only having to use the super close boat ramp once all week. Insta cart delivers from many stores, so you never need to go out the front door. Just load your boat and head out on an adventure. The springs are wonderful and the scallop grounds are so fun!

We loved the water channel vibe. It is so close to great parks for biking, walking and paddling. Kitchen is super well stocked. Owners are generous with plastic storage containers, spices and oils. Comfy beds and living room with great big TV for early dark winter nights. We loved it!

I enjoyed my stay last year at this house and the property owner has made a major upgrade to the master bathroom. There is now a spacious shower and double sinks.
For the angler, there is plenty of trailer parking out front. I will advise that the angler bring a long extension cord to charge the trolling motor and long hose to reach the fish cleaning station.
This house is very well-equipped in the kitchen, and very comfortable. The master bed is also quite comfortable. The whole house is very nice for an affordable price.

This was our second stay at this home. We enjoyed the home and access to scalloping grounds as well as activities in the area. We look forward to continued upgrades and improvements on the property. The newly remodeled master bath is a nice upgrade. We hope it is available for our family next year.

A very convenient place to fine. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to the Gulf, Clean house and a brand new master bathroom that was awesome. I recommend it.

A little slice of heaven
Amazing property and location! I loved that they provided kayaks and bikes! We biked to the Indian burial grounds and state park which are super close. Then we kayaked through the channels and saw manatees! So awesome!

Great, relaxing stay!
We had a wonderful time at Indian Waters. The place was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood right on the canal and close to the state park. We loved the kayaking and hiking so close by. We will definitely be back.

This was a beautiful VRBO. We had such a great time ! Everything was so tastefully decorated and comfortable. An excellent experience from beginning to end. Nice House
I liked this house, and it was reasonably priced. The owner is very communicative. The master bed was comfortable, and there were many towels for use. For constructive criticism, which are only suggestions to the owners and not meant as detracting from the house : a desk in the master or another bedroom would give renters a workstation so they would not have to set up on a dining table, and a backyard firepit would be great.

Loved the property. It exceeded our expectations
We have been so looking forward to this trip. It finally came to fruition and we couldn’t be happier. It has everything you need and more. It’s proximity is great and it’s easy to get your boat in and out of the river and very close to a boat ramp. We look forward to our trip next year.

Wonderful week with the whole family.
