We had excellent communication with the owner of the property from booking to check-out. Check-in and check-out was easy and we found the home to be very clean and cozy. It was perfect for what we needed and all 5 of us (adults) were very comfortable. The outdoor shower was amazing along with the deck and outdoor dining/sitting furniture. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. We would highly recommended this home for a stay and would stay there again if in the area.

My family, with three kids, had a wonderful stay. We loved the cottage and location. It was even better then the photos in the listing. The layout was perfect with 2 bedrooms for us and my oldest and then the younger two shared the “porch” room. We swam at a few beaches, caught a lot of fish and my youngest learned to ride a bike on the quiet neighborhood streets. Walking to the ice cream shop was also a plus! Perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying Rhode Island’s outdoor activities.

This quintessential beach cottage gives you all the good vibes for a perfect seaside stay. Neat as a pin, great sleeping spaces, close to all the beaches. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Adorable without being kitschy, Mary’s rental is perfect for a couple plus 2 more if wanted. Exceptionally well equipped, spices in the cupboard as no well as fresh coffee and cream in the fridge, with some cheese, fruit and wine Bed extremely comfortable, skylights flood the bedroom with sunshine. Nice deck with a good grill and comfortable furniture. Mary is a pro. Communication was beyond easy, and she was very accommodating as well.

Beautifully appointed, large (for cottage) and comfortable!!! Neighborhood was very quiet and accessible to several state beaches. Owners extremely nice and accommodating.

My family has been coming to Narragansett just about every summer since the early 1980s. This the the first time we stayed in this super comfy and well-designed cottage and we absolutely loved it!

Immaculate, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Excellent host communications and lovely, safe neighborhood. Short drive to Block Island ferry and Ocean Road, Narragansett fine dining. Woke up early for a short walk to see the amazing sunrise from Point Judith Lighthouse.

We were 5 adults and 2 preteens - ample sleeping for all - lovely backyard deck - minutes to a stony beach - Scarborough beach a short ride away was perfect - absolutely recommend this little house !! Thanks for everything !

We had a great stay at this cute cottage property. The owner takes great pride in making renters feel welcome and making sure you have great information to enjoy the area to the fullest. So happy for the welcome basket of coffee, half-and-half, cookies, wine, cheese and crackers and the makings of s'mores! One of our favorite parts was the outdoor shower! Also, very comfortable outdoor space - large deck, comfy furniture and a small fire pit! Central air was key as we were in town during a heatwave - not sure what we would have done without it. :-) We would love to stay again in the future!

Mrs. Waters is the perfect host!! My family (myself, husband, 2 small kids) had an amazing stay! Location is perfect, we would go for walks at night and watch the surfers in this amazing neighborhood. House was clean and big! I dont feel as though the pics do the house justice. Highly recommend 👌

We really enjoyed this house. It was tidy and well stocked with New England charm and a great location. It was perfect for a quick getaway of three days. There is plenty to do nearby and it is very centralized. The hosts were easy to work with.

The house was very clean new appliances and updated kitchen. The host left us a welcome basket with treats to make s'mores in the fire pit. Although we had 4 sleeping one night, this house has only one bathroom. I do not feel we could not have had more in the house. The sleeping porch was perfect for my teenager. The outdoor porch with seating was nice. There is no washer/dryer so I would not want to stay long term. The host was very responsive to our needs as she lives next door. You will need to drive to any beaches and grocery stores. I did not find a good walking area in this neighborhood due to the dead ends and the beach access was very rocky, although very pretty.

Beach cottage worked perfectly for our family of six. Plenty of space to sleep for our two adults and four children. House is upgraded where it matters most (kitchen, bathroom). Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream stand and easy access to beaches and activities within 5-10 minute drive. Loved the area and the house.

Couldn’t have had a better time ! The cottage met all our needs… . 5 adults, three kids. The sleeping porch was spacious with room for younger ones to play while adults visited. Amenities as described. The layout was open with fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor shower was private with plenty of hot water. Walking to the beach through the beautiful neighborhood was so relaxing. Our host responded immediately to any questions we had.

The host was so attentive and thoughtful. She left us a wonderful welcome gift and was so helpful with suggestions. The place was a great cozy beach cottage so close to the water. I would definitely stay there again :)

What an amazing couple of days! We arrived with three hungry beach-exhausted littles to find cheese and crackers waiting for us, along with all of the making for s’mores. Plus a bottle of sparkling water, another of chilled white wine, and even coffee and half and half for the morning! All we had left to do was enjoy the outdoor shower, nosh, and relax with our family. The kids played in the safe, fenced yard and we could relax and enjoy. Our time there was perfect. Thank you!!!

The cottage was exactly as advertised. The owner indicated you can "smell the ocean air", and you certainly can. Clean and comfy, and the owner is very accommodating. As advertised, the shoreline a block away from the cottage is rocky, but nice views and there are many beautiful state beaches within a mile or so (some less). I highly recommend Camp Cronin which is a little bit of a walk or a very short drive; gorgeous views.

We found the owner if the property to be exceedingly helpful in answering all our questions, making recommendations, and was very welcoming and caring. We will not hesitate to recommend rental of this property to others. Msry Lord

Ann Marie was the sweetest host!!! She made sure everyone was comfortable! The house was cleaned and stocked with supplies appropriately. She even left a little graduation goodies for me and my family! Overall, the house was a lovely little getaway for the graduation weekend!

Cottage by the Sea is everything that it promises to be. With three teenage boys, my husband and myself we still had room to stretch out and relax. The air conditioning worked beautifully but we were lucky enough that the weather allowed us to turn that off and leave the windows open so that we could catch the seabreezes and hear the ocean. The Waters family were accommodating and pleasant. The back porch with grill and back yard was a favorite gathering spot for our family followed by evenings around the front yard fire pit. A quiet neighborhood within walking distance of 3 great restaurants and an ice cream parlor made for easy and delicious dinners. Fishing and swimming were steps away as promised. The cottage is beautifully decorated and cheerful and especially comfortable. The welcome gift of wine, cheese & crackers and more was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated after a long day traveling. We will happily return next year! Thank you Waters family! ♥️
