The location is perfect to walk across the street to the beach and jetty. The lighthouse is down the road on the right. We appreciated bringing our dog. The hot tub was excellent. Thank you for hosting us.

You get exactly what you pay for. It's a nice, cozy home. Great backyard for kids and dogs. Hot tub was a huge plus. We used for a little get-away and it was perfect. The location is great and with better weather, we would've appreciated it a lot more. Hosts were awesome.

First we check in and the lock box was so hard to open, but after 5 min freezing and pitch dark as we are trying to open it the lock box finally got in. The place was not like the pictures. Smell was nasty , Dog hair all over the place it was so gross. Couches , beds and all over the floors and hair in the bathtubs , wall were in terrible condition, and the bedroom had make shift old left over tables not dressers. Let’s talk about this dirty sayings couch that is clearly not a couch that the cushions don’t fit. Back breaker. We had to clean and sanitize everything bc it was clearly not cleaned . As for no refunds that to me is ridiculous. When i chatted with the host they were rude as can be. bc i put one guest and staying why did i say we and i go i booked not pressing it and then she or he states how do they know i am not 20 people . Really ! I question the house cleanliness and u are asking if i am 20 people we are family people and why should we clean it’s should be cleaned so don’t state it on your site things are cleaned . Ridiculous We left there sneezing and grossed out. The only good thing is nice land, lighthouse , water but other then that’s hell no! I made a complaint to them and vrbo asking for partial refund and the owners had nothing to say. I will never rent from them again and i use vrbo a lot and this was a bad one. I have pictures to show the mess. I am disputing the charges. Very unhappy we were. I think this place is more for them to make money and they don’t care about it. It would be so much nicer if they would put money into this house updating , changing furniture, scrubbing it down and a little paint will help this house . It’s a shame it’s so run down. Oh not to mention cottage. I wasn’t using it but curios that is not a cottage it’s a shed. Scary by far most. So don’t say cottage say 2 by 4 storage area. I

We rented this location while in town for a wedding in late October and stayed with 4 Adults and 2 Children (3 and 4months) and our 2 pups. Location was perfect and great for our family. Beautiful lot Walking distance to a dog friendly beach. A few things to note that I just missed on listing but is clearly there. Bring your own sheets and toiletries for shower. There is only basic cable with no smart tv to stream. Was fine for our couple of nights but just to be aware. Host was easy to communicate with. The location was so perfect we would return again!

Although we dealt with what was left of Hurricane Ian we definitely enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of he Rest seafood restaurants in close proximity, as well as Newport and a visit to University of RI campus.

We've stayed here a few times in the past and always have a wonderful time. The location is perfect, directly across from the beach. Lots of yard for lounging when not at the beach. The small cottage in the back is great for kids or just people who may want to be a bit more private.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the size of the house. I thought it would be small, but it’s not! The yard is huge and wonderful to sit out on in the provided chairs. And then jump into the hot tub at night, under the stars…perfect! We didn’t use the little house out back but my husband used the outside shower everyday and LOVED it! You feel very secluded and the views of the ocean are beautiful. We brought our 2 little dogs and the fencing provided was great. We are from RI and our granddaughter is 6 months old. We usually stay in Block Island with our 2 grown daughters and son in law but didn’t this year because we wanted to stay close by with the baby. We went to Wheeler beach most days which was beautiful and 5 minutes away. We ate most often at home but went to George’s for lobster! Love their outside Tiki Bar too! We hope to rent here again next year! Loved it!

Very nice property with wonderful yard with deck and hot tub. The location is what makes this house perfect; walking distance to everything you are looking for ! Comfortable and relaxing !

This small house accommodated more than you might imagine. Two of the Queen bedrooms were small, buy very cleverly appointed with a simple open style dresser and clothing rack. They worked very comfortably for each of our two grown kids. There was a full bath for them to share. The master bedroom was much larger, with its own bathroom. A top/down washer/dryer was in a cubby in the master. The kitchen was well appointed and table seating could fit 6, but 4 was more comfy. An L shaped sofa could accommodate as many, but was comfortable with just 4 adults most of the time. There was a tiny guest house in the back yard with a powder room and outdoor shower. My oldest had two friends visit once night and it was handy for that. The hot tub was pleasant and there was a grill we could have used. We appreciated that we could bring my oldest's well-behaved cat! The location was nice for walking to the small beach directly across the street, just down a short lane. This beach had free access, and tended to be very crowded, but provided for a nice walk in the evenings. The lighthouse, just down the road, had an adjacent park with nice views, a trail and benches to enjoy the view. The public beaches, Block Island ferry were a short car ride away. The house had two TVs, wifi, central AC. You can stream Netflix, etc. from your laptop if you bring an HDMI cable. The house had many positive features, as described above. It's not fancy. It's not spacious, but it can accommodate most needs very well. The owners checked with us twice and very friendly.

House was great for what we rented snd host were great!

This was our second time staying at this home, and it won't be our last. Worked out great for our family of five, and our nephew enjoyed the guest cottage the one night he visited. We all enjoyed the hot tub. :) Communication with the owner couldn't be easier and they are always quick to respond. House was well stocked. Location can't be beat. A couple suggestions: it'd be great to have some plastic or correlle dishes and cups. We brought our own so we didn't have glass on the deck or hot tub. The couch really, really needs to be replaced. Even our kids were having a tough time getting up out of it! Also, we were there Memorial Day weekend, which was super busy at Cronin. We noticed that with the trash cans so close to the road, there was trash in there that wasn't ours. I think people coming out of Cronin were dropping stuff in. Not a big deal, but that stuff definitely wasn't bagged. All in all, we had a fantastic week and are looking forward to our next stay!

The property is dated and just not clean. Very disappointed we had friends and family staying with us. The best thing is the location.

The property is in an absolutely lovely spot! It's accessible to lots of different places around the area. The hot tub was a lovely feature as well. Our dog loved the large yard, and the Point Judith lighthouse was just a short walk away. We were close to the ferry to Block Island, and the beaches around were easily accessible. One of the only other notes I have is that we had to bring a lot of kitchen essentials – oil, seasoning, etc. It wasn't the biggest deal, but it may be something to keep in mind in the future.

Perfect stay with my daughter and some friends. Great location!

The guest house does need some updating. There was a refrigerator that did not work so it had a table in front of it. There was not much ventilation and it was very stuffy. The main house fit our group thankfully although you can tell the furniture has been around awhile. Very easy check in. No need to contact owners but sounds like they would have been available. Hot tub and fenced yard best thing about property. Grill could use a good cleaning. As far as the area- no ride sharing or taxis. No access to lighthouse either which are things I wish I knew ahead of time before visiting the area.

This was the perfect size home for myself, partner and our furbaby. It was so roomy and cozy for when we were back relaxing from a day out and about. The only thing I could suggest is turning the water heater up just a bit more for the shower. (For those who like hot showers!) Other than that I will be booking again in the near future and recommend to family and friends!

House was what we expected, nothing fancy, but did the job. The location made up for it. Left the house cleaner than we found it, but overall we can not complain. The views are spectacular and the short walk to the beach was perfect.

We loved our stay at Point Judith! You see ocean all around and the lighthouse as well from the house. Hot tub was great! Location was awesome, we could take lovely walks right from the house, but there are some good trails and beaches nearby as well. The kitchen was better appointed than previous reviews had suggested, only thing I would say is that it needs more glassware. I would definitely stay here again and recommend!

The house is great for a few day getaway. It’s located in walking distance to the lighthouse and across the street from a fishing pier with beach. The house has a great yard for playing with kids. The inside of the house could use a little TLC (baseboards could be cleaned, pillows replaced, heavier blankets for winter/spring guests, chairs should be checked, shower curtains cleaned or replaced), but was fine for a few days. We did observed at least 2 broken kitchen chairs and one patio chair to be broken upon arrival; we did not report these since we were only 4 people.

Provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun few days. Would definitely stay again!!

Had a great time here, really nice location super close to the water. Place had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, hot tub was great.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this small but well appointed cottage within sight of the lighthouse and the beach! Would stay there again, probably would not recommenit during a crazy noreaster, haha. We did lose power for sixteen hours but the owners are local and so very helpful. They even brought over a generator to help. We just went to Champlins and ate more seafood.

This house was the perfect place for my family and I on our getaway to Narragansett. We really enjoyed the fenced in yard and the location!

The layout works perfectly for our family of 4 adults as it has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We did have 2 extra guests 1 night and there was still plenty of room. The Central air was great as the weather was hot!. The common are is small but adequate for us. Kithchen is fine, though mnimally stocked. There is also an "inlaw" apt in the back with 1/2 bath, fridge, full and twin bed. It wasn't used during our stay but, a great extra space. Would definitely bring air conditioner unit for this space next year. The yard is HUGE and we set up a canopy, played yard games and there was a lot of room for our dog to run. Ocean views blocked by neighbor's high hedges and the shed. The only negatives were the not so-well appointed kitchen, the uncomfortable couch, which is the primary place to sit in the common area and, as other reviewers remarked, it could use a good deep cleaning. July 2021

We rented this house for a week to celebrate my husband’s birthday. What it lacks in frills, it makes up for in location! The house is on a lot with a large, fenced-in yard - perfect for kids. The interior of the house is comfy and doesn’t have a ton of knickknacks which, made baby-proofing very easy! We spent most of our time outside, exploring Point Judith and the Narragansett area. This house (and the hot tub) was a great place to take off from, and land back at, each day.

Great place. Had issues with the grill even after replacing with a full tank, burners need work or replacing. The big yard was great for when the Grand babies came down. This little gem has great views and provides nice walks. Looking forward to booking with you in the future.
