Beautiful, clean, spacious home for a large family. Close to mountain. A short walk. This is the next best thing to ski in/ski out as no extra bus needed. Excellent garage space, closets and foyer for keeping gear. Lots of indoor living space. Bathrooms in each bedroom were a luxury. Well-stocked kitchen made cooking at home easy. Whole family enjoyed use of pool and hot tub right outside in own backyard.

The condo was a short walk to the slopes. Plenty of room and the extra 1/2 bath was a nice bonus! Very clean and comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were in Steamboat for a long weekend with our 17-year-old daughter to attend the wedding of a family friend and visit on various days with my brother and his son and my oldest daughter and her boyfriend. We needed a property that was close to the gondola area, for related wedding activities, yet well situated within easy reach of nearby restaurants, retail establishments and downtown attractions. This property fit the bill perfectly! It's literally just a couple of minutes walk to the gondola area but also easily reachable to the downtown area within minutes by car, particularly if you take "the back way" which minimizes the need to stay on Rte 40 when traffic is heavy. The place itself is clean, nicely maintained and exactly as advertised in the photos. It provided a comfortable and welcomed refuge from our busy daily activities. One worth noting -- it was an extremely hot weekend while we were visiting and because this is a bit rare for the mountains, this unit and many others in the area are not air conditioned. That said, between open windows and the fans provided we were never uncomfortable. We very much appreciate the owner's hospitality, and we look forward to the prospect of having another opportunity to stay here.

The bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom and the bedrooms are downstairs so it stayed cooler. Kitchen and main living area are upstairs. There is a one car garage. There is a small pool outside behind bedrooms and it wasn't a problem in terms of noise. Lots to do in the area and kept an active adult family busy with activities! Cons: The house is located next to a street with a good amount of road noise but it was quiet at night during sleep hours. Road noise started early in morning. This location was a surprise to me since you can't tell from the pictures. The kitchen was not well appointed in terms of kitchen pans/casserole dishes. There was no tupperware or storage containers. Kitchen knobs were loose and finally just put knob in the cupboard since I couldn't keep it on. Only a couple of dish towels were provided and there were no pool towels in the unit available for use. In a picture of the laundry room there appeared to be pool towels. The refrigerator was completely empty with no condiments of any kind....this may be due to Covid restrictions, I don't know. It overall felt like a minimally appointed home compared to what I rented in Crested Butte last summer. The kitchen had a few glasses of normal size for drinks and the rest were like a highball size and pretty much useless. No plastic glasses to put in bathrooms. There is parking for two cars....one in the garage and one in the driveway. This was a major drawback since we had some adults coming up mid week and they didn't have a convenient place to park. There is no overflow parking area. The trash pick up date was incorrect on the information sheet and the trash can was completely full when we arrived. Overall met our needs but for the price would probably look at other units if we return to Steamboat.

Very comfortable beds. Plenty space for 4 adults and 2 children. Very good kitchen, only the dishwasher was not the best. We hand washed dishes. Not a big issue.

Nice place within walking distance to ski area. However, horrible nights trying to sleep with the water pipes making noises in the walls while the boilers heat water to warm the rooms. Ended up having to turn the thermostats off and bundle up. Could not get the gas fireplace to work. Could not get TV in master bedroom to work. Not a great selection of cable channels on the TV in the living room. Will not stay here again.

This townhome is fantastic! It's super spacious and a great end unit location. The location would be amazing for a ski trip, but was perfect for fall too! The walk to the bus stop was quick and easy and we had no issues getting to and from town from this location. One of the hardest parts of staying in a short term rental home is never knowing what the beds will be like, but we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were. The cleaners of this place left it spotless for our arrival, and we would definitely return!

We had a nice long weekend in Steamboat and this condo has everything we needed for a family of 4 and a set of grandparents. The condo is laid out well and has plenty of space, is conveniently located near the base of the ski resort, and has a nice deck for eating meals. We did have an issue with other guests at the complex using the pool after permitted hours and refusing to leave. The condo owner was incredibly responsive and fixed the problem the next day and there were no further issues, but given that this condo is located next to the pool, this was an issue for us. I was told this hasn't happened before and the owner was wonderful in resolving the situation as quickly as possible. Overall, it was a good stay (and our second at this property).

We had a fantastic stay. The property is in a wonderful location and is well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Clean, well stocked, close to everything!

Great weeklong vacation that we finished just in time for the Coronavirus to sweep in and shut the resort down. Well the state advised the shutdown and Steamboat followed through....but hyped drama is always fun. We spent the week with 2 families of 4 (total of 8) and there was ample room for everyone. The 4 kids made the bunk room their own little retreat. Only complaint I heard during the week was with regards to pillows being hard.....but everyone slept anyway after a long day of skiing. My 14 year old says the pillows made his neck stiff but I’m thinking it’s all the tree runs and part of his 1st western ski extravaganza. Anyway. Great place. Would definitely do it again but I think Big Sky is on the to do list for next year. Skiing like cruising should always be to new places to see what’s all available.

The only issue we had is that the walk to the gondola is a little longer than 1 block. I'd say its 3 blocks. Still good and not a problem. Also, I'd recommend getting ing a wagon with fat tires. The regular tires don't cut it in snow and ice.

Wonderful home located short walking distance to Gondola. Great floor plan with bedrooms downstairs and each with their own bathroom. Very clean and well furnished with comfortable beds and pillows. Great to have the hot tub just a few steps from back door! Will definitely come back again!

It was pretty hot the week we stayed so it was nice that all the bedrooms were on the lower level as there was no AC. Everything went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.
