We had a great time. The house was terrific and very well-stocked and it was an easy walk to downtown Edgartown and the grocery store. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

This property is impeccably managed and in a great, quiet and green neighborhood a short walk away from the Edgartown restaurants and shops. We had a family and friends group with 10 people with age ranges from 2 to 75, and we loved staying here and will be likely coming back again in the future. Paul was responsive and helpful before and during our stay and always ready with solutions when we had questions for him. This was our first time on MV and we honestly had low expectations going in. Paul helped guide us on the ferry booking process for the car and some helpful tips on restaurants and parking. The house is super clean, very welcoming and ideal for a short stay close enough but still away from the hordes of tourists over the long summer weekends. I give this a full 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful house and perfect location for our family trip. We had everyone ranging from 75 down to 14 years of age. This was a great location for a stroll into town or over to the Edgartown School to catch the shuttle to the Beach Road Festival in Vineyard Haven. Indoor and outdoor patio common areas to play cards and spend time together as a family. We really enjoyed it. Thank you, Paul!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s property. The listing was exactly as described. Clean, fantastic location, well equipped kitchen and beach supplies available to guests. Highly recommend!

First of all, it was as clean as a house you rent can be. I am very particular and this was a wonderful way to start our time on MV - checking into a spotless house :) The location is awesome, my very pregnant sister could waddle to Main st. in under 15min, so we mostly walked everywhere. Stop and Shop is a 2 min drive away. The kitchen really does have everything you might need, zip locks, spices, parchment, every utensil/dish imaginable, and all quality too! We only had to buy coffee and paper towels. The host replies right away if you have an issue, which is all you really need when renting. Perfect vacation in a the perfect location :)

Wow! We went to MV for our first visit for a wedding! Paul's home in Edgartown was the perfect place for our family of 6 adults. The property and home are so beautifully kept! The neighborhood is just 10-15 minute walk to Water Street in downtown ET. Paul was communicative and welcoming via the messages we shared. The outside shower is a wonderful touch and the mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE! The home is also well stocked with any little kitchen item you need plus the comfy sheets and plush towels aplenty! My cousin recently got married on Martha's Vineyard, and we were looking for a space to house up to 12 of my family members within walking distance to downtown Edgartown. After striking out with a few other locations, we came across this house and booked it quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for -- enough space for us, great outdoor patio seating where we could all hang out, and a 10-15 minute walk from Edgartown so we did not have to rely on cars. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The owner, Paul, was extremely responsive and let us check in early and leave late. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again.

Paul was a great host communicative and has a great property close to Edgartown and beaches. The 4 bikes included with the rental were a big plus for us! We could cruise into town and the beach as soon as we checked in. Thanks Paul!

Only thing we would like to address in order to stay here again next summer is the outdoor grill. Time to put in a new one.

This property has a beautiful patio and outdoor shower. We opted to sit outside several nights and dine under the lights instead of deal with crowds at restaurants. All the beds are high end mattresses and all of the appliances are new. The owner provided lots of helpful information which made our trip go smoothly. The walk to Edgartown is extremely convenient. We had a fun time surfing, paddle boarding, biking, walking and enjoying the beautiful beaches and sights.

Nice house 30 minute walk to Lighthouse Beach ... my wife and I walked to the beach each day and back to start our day. Morning Glory Farm was about 1.5 miles. I brought our car ... If you do not bring a car the bus station near Church Street is about 10-12 minute walk.

Great house that is an easy walk to most of Edgartown and very convenient for driving to other parts of the island. The owner was super helpful and the house was very well stocked with everything we needed.

Paul was fantastic! From the time we booked the property until we departed, Paul made sure our stay was memorable. The property was clean and sanitized, great layout if traveling with family or children. Neighbors are pretty cool too! Property is about 7 minute walk to town, neighborhood is extremely safe. Paul was amazing to work with while planning for our stay at the orchard. He always made time to promptly respond and communicate with us. It really added an extra level of comfort during this COVID pandemic. The home is a perfect blend of privacy and being close to everything you could need during a stay. Our family had more than enough room to relax and we especially loved hanging on the huge patio. The outdoor shower was a hit as well! We also enjoyed the sound system every morning/evening... especially when sipping mojitos made with fresh mint from Paul’s garden!

Great location as could easily walk to town! The provided bikes were great to explore the island! The house felt big even though we were a big group. Kids had a lot of fun playing in the large yard. House was very clean and beds were great. Kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances worked well. Paul was a great help and so nice; he answered all our questions quickly and provided an excellent handbook that was very useful especially when exploring the island. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Had a group of friends in town for a wedding, and it was a perfect spot for what we were looking for. Great outdoor area, great rooms, wouldn't ask for anything more.

The house is spacious and clean easily fitting in our large party of 10 people. The inside was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the grill and patio space.

An extremely pleasant experience overall. Property was even nicer than the photos showed! Owner very nice and provided a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Paul was so kind & helpful. He offered so much insider info and getting into the house was a breeze. the house is so lovely! Outdoor area is beautiful, we grilled and ate outside most nights! Although there’s no A/C, there are fans throughout the house so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The 3 bikes provided were so great! The outdoor shower was awesome after our bike rides to the beach! Tons of beach gear and towels - basically everything you need and more to make your stay on the vineyard a great one! Thanks Paul!
