Great location within tremezzo, with rustic charm and good communication. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough. We asked for an extra pillow and got one.

We booked here partly for the bar and restaurant in the listing, but these were closed for 2 out the 3 nights. The sign on arrival said open so we actually stayed in tremezzo on first night rather than go to another area of the lakes, and then it just didn't open. Internet didn't work for a couple of days (I had to work, not just complaining about Internet on holiday!). Room not cleaned during stay - not a problem, but it's more of a rental apartment than hotel so keep in mind. Separate review of restaurant.

This place is absolutely adorable and special. Perfect room with breathtaking view to lake Como. This place’s so authentic. And restaurant on the first floor is amazing. The best cuisine which we had during our trip to Italy. Just thank you for our memories!

We were in Tremezzo for an anniversary with 10 friends, some staying at cheaper but much better accommodation. Case Aquadulza is off the front but suitable for all amenities. Room was adequate.

The absence of any support facilities. The restaurant/ cafe / bar beneath the rooms was closed. We were not able to get coffee, additional blankets or anything for the room.

The room was in a good location, close to the bus stop and the ferry for visiting Bellagio and Varenna. The room was well ventilated and nicely characteristic of Italian architecture.

The room is situated above the restaurant which plays music until 11pm each night. We were also woken up each morning when the bins were emptied by the hotel next door. the hot water didn’t last for 2 persons showers on our 1st night so we learnt to leave a break before the second to jump in to allow it to reheat.

Found an hidden gem with casa aquadulza. Located in an old italian building, the stay was really great with large, nicely decorated and clean room. Direct view over the lake from the window, and just 30m accross the street from the lake. perfect location. + downstair the small restaurant / doing their local craft beer is a perfect place for a good evening. And the owner is super friendly

I presume in winter time the insulation isn't the best because of large gaps under the room's door. But that wasn't a problem at all in spring/summer

The location was perfect; a short walk to Villa Carlotta and the ferry. The view was striking and the room charming

There was a kettle and cups but no coffee or tea. Fortunately, there is a cafe nearby but it would have been nice to have some type of coffee first thing in the morning.

bathroom could have been bit cleaner (bit dusty) . but room was spotless. though restaurant downstairs is great, get ready for some noise in case you want to sleep early.

The location was amazing in Tremezzo. The rooms are decorated in a shabby chic way and their restaurant is right downstairs if you want to have dinner. since we stayed here, they gave us a discount for dinner and food was amazing 😊 I think this is a good place for summer road trip stays.

The rooms were a bit too cold for our liking and even though we set the AC to high temperatures the heat insulation is not the best. The hot water runs out after awhile, but we informed the owners and they said they will look into it.

Noisy because of the front door, in a bad shape. All light and wind comes by. Not easy to sleep with that. Coffee machine but no coffee at all.

Nice location with view on the Como lake, clean room, big shower, very friendly staff. Nice restaurant below. Down town Tremezzo, close to the lake ferries.

To reach the hotel room, a 30 m steep way to walk and to reach the room, some stairs. But the staff can help to carry your luggage.

We spent two nights at the Casa Aquadulza to visit different places around the lake. As it was close to the ferry stations Villa Carlotta and Tremezzo the location was just perfect for us. We parked our car a bit up the street close to Villa Carlotta for free. The room had a nice view of the lake and was designed in a „shabby chic“ look which we really liked. Please be aware that there are steep stairs that take you to the room. We had dinner at their restaurant the first night and enjoyed the burgers and craft beer as well as the Birramisu (I know it might sound weird but it’s actually really good). We would definitely recommend it, especially for (younger) couples.
