What more can I say, except our stay was great. We wanted to visit somewhere close enough to go to Universal, yet still be on the beach. This was the perfect area. The property itself was situated in an even better location that we could have hoped. Right by the pier, excellent and unobstructed views, right on the ocean. The inside was clean and well kept, an amazing value and place we plan to stay again! Our host was excellent and checked in via email to ensure our stay was going well, and the check in/out process was seamless. We will definitely stay at this location again!

This condo is clean and tidy. Simply decorated which was so perfect. The sand is a quick little walk, and the ocean is the best view ever. We could hear the waves crashing inside.

We just left after staying in 509 at Chateau by the Sea. We LOVED the condo and how clean and welcoming it was. The decor is wonderful and beachy. It makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in! The walking distance to the Pier was fantastic!! The only downside to our trip is you could hear the neighboring condo’s dog bark until the owners came back to the condo.

The property was the perfect location for us, beautiful views. The space was clean, washer/dryer in unit was convenient. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation! Our family was blessed to find Chateau by the Sea and was able to book 5 condos with same dates, giving each family their own space. The fenced in pool, dog walk, easy access to beach, the pier view and within walking distance, and especially the oceanfront views all made this a perfect spot for a family vacation. It was great to see our grandchildren laughing and playing with not a care in the world except enjoying the moment in the pool and beach with siblings and cousins. We watched the parents bravely take on the responsibility of managing their babies, toddlers, and children up through teenagers in and around the pool, needing sun screen, going to the beach, wanting a drink or something to eat, playing in the sand, walking to get ice cream from the pier, night walks on beach, night fishing, and as you can imagine the list goes on and on with constant activity. All while trying to squeeze in a few minutes of relaxation for themselves. The convenience and locations of the rooms was the saving grace for all of us. We had families on 1st, 3rd, and 5th floors all direct pool view and oceanfront. I would say we had it covered from the ground up. As America continues to be challenged between the COVID-19 Pandemic, loss of loved ones, isolation and distant learning, and unemployment to reopening American, riots and political wars, etc. we enjoyed every peaceful minute at Cocoa Beach. We really appreciated finding a safe place to escape the world for a few days to enjoy our family and make some memories to hold in our hearts forever. Thank you for sharing your lovely place for others to enjoy. It was a beautiful and peaceful time for us.

Good location, beautiful views, nice rooftop

Wonderful location near Cocoa Beach pier. You can walk to most anything. Beautiful sunrises will start your day. A quick walk to the beach. Loved it here.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice ocean front views. Loved the roof top sitting area - great place for happy hour - views of the ocean and on the other side nice sunset views. Clean & well equipped.

Husband and I rented this for a week to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Loved the location and easy access to pool and beach. Everything had codes so no keys to keep up with. Will probably rent again when we bring kids back down with us.

My wife and I had an excellent stay and we loved every minute of it. Beach access was amazing. Property was clean, comfortable and very quit. The condo was just perfect! Highly recommend.

Drew was so super helpful and efficient! Everything went as planned! The condo was pretty and clean. It was smaller than appeared on-line but it suited our needs very well! The location is handy! Loved the Publix super close and the pier right there! The items such has chairs, towels, cooler, and beach umbrella were fantastic! No need to travel with those items! We enjoyed the property, it was very quite and simple. We would absolutely stay again if in the area! Thank you for a fun time Cocoa Beach!!

Great place with amazing location

Can’t beat the view! That said, the roof-top deck (which, according to maintenance, was fixed during our stay) was still not available to us – the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket was launched from Kennedy Space Center during our stay and it would’ve been nice to be able to see it from the roof top. Although the room accommodates 4, there was only 2 beach chairs and one rickety umbrella – had to buy 2 chairs and an umbrella and leave them there (we flew in). The beds were comfortable. Showers were adequate (sulfur smell (a Florida thing) was horrible). Kitchen was, for the most part, well stocked. Ice maker didn’t produce much ice – Publix has everything though. Stove top had a few really tiny ants run out of it when we first used it – got rid of them and never saw anymore. The balcony (again, just amazing views) is, based on the pictures, deceptively small – will only fit 2 people. A/C was broken when we got there but one call to Drew got it fixed the next day. Overall cleanliness was good (living room curtains not so much). Anything we needed was nearby (Publix, DQ, restaurants, Ron Jon, etc) Would definitely return and would recommend it.

Loved the area, the condo, everything about it that was under the condos control. However, the dredging of the beach 24 hours a day with the beeping sound from the construction vehicles was very difficult to deal w especially during sleeping . Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Plan on coming back again, perfect location and great size.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The condo is nicely decorated in calming beach decor and is well appointed for a few days’ visit. Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery store. Included beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella make enjoying the sand very easy to do! Check in process was very easy and included parking pass and private lot made parking a beeeze. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice condo with great views! Only complaint is washing machine!

Loved being able to walk right out the back pool area and straight onto the beach, and just a few minutes from the pier made this the perfect spot to stay in Cocoa Beach. Fast responses when in communication with any issues that surfaced during the stay, with quick results. The property itself is a little run down, but they seemed to be working on improvements (were building on a garage in parking lot while I was there). Did notice a build up of dust, which triggered my allergies, but overall the place was clean. Patio furniture should also be replaced, as it was extremely worn down and the table was split/cracked and unusable.

Awesome mini vacation for a week of rest and relaxation. Right on the beach, pool and grounds are well kept. Interior of unit tastefully appointed and modern appliances. High speed washer and dryer in the unit is an added bonus. Management staff was very accommodating and available, if needed. Close to lots of fun things to do and many great restaurants are a short drive from the property. Views are delightful, with plenty of wildlife and sunrises to behold! I would recommend this place to friends and family alike. I am looking forward to a return trip in the near future!

You would be hard pressed to find an apartment with a better view and location. Not only was the view great, the location was convenient to area attractions, shopping, and restaurants. I will definitely return to Chateau by the Sea!

Pros: Great view, convenient location (enjoyed the pier), tiles floors throughout, comfortable furniture and beds, great ice maker, availability of beach chairs and toys. Cons: Did not meet my expectations for cleanliness (especially rug in the living area). I went to Publix for cleaning supplies as soon as I saw the unit. A vacuum cleaner in the unit would be helpful. Damp musty smell. Linens were worn and some were stained with what appeared to be drops of blood. Chairs on the patio worn. No locks on the sliders - notice of recent break-ins was posted in the lobby. We contacted the owner regarding our concerns for safety and the safety of our belongings, but got no response. The condo is pet friendly, but the permanent owners in the building are not. They expect you to take your dogs off the property for potty breaks. There are "curb your dog" signs everywhere. The rules that are posted at the entry state this as well, but the rules we received prior to check in just said to keep dogs on a leash and clean up after.

This was our second time staying in this unit and we have dubbed it "our home away from home". It has everything we want and need and then some. The view is absolutely beautiful, the location right next to the pier is perfect, and the condo is furnished with everything we need. The beach chairs and sand toys provided are an added plus, meaning less things we need to bring from home. I can't say enough good things about this place. We simply love it and are already counting the days until next summer!
