This top floor unit was incredible. Everything you need for an amazing beach getaway. The outdoor patio provides stunning views of the Pacific right by lifeguard stand 21. You will want to spend most of your time out there. The living room is spacious and the large leather L couch can comfortably fit 5-6 adults while you relax inside. The unit is within walking distance of everything you’d need. Highly highly recommended. If I came back to San Diego I would definitely rebook.

Very nice and clean home with all the amenities. Large deck with table and 3 deck chairs made it perfect to lay in the sun and enjoy the sunset.

We loved our stay at this beach rental. This was our second stay and this experience was just as positive as the first. The house was clean and we had no issues using the key pad for entry. The massive deck is a beautiful place to eat breakfast and watch the sunset. The location is fantastic as it’s within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to return!

This place is all about the location! We loved being right on the beach and walking distance to Belmont Park, shops, and restaurants. However the layout of the house and kitchen made our stay more challenging. The pros: -the views -proximity to ocean -the deck -comfortable beds -lots of living space -garage parking -friendly and helpful property manager The cons: -layout of the house (the house is a giant circle so you have to walk through the guest bedroom to use the bathroom, this was challenging with younger kids.) -the bathroom shower liner was noticeably dirty and had not been laundered in between guests -the kitchen was challenging to use for cooking -toaster was broken and took over 5-10 minutes to barely toast bread -paint chipping in cabinets is all over the cookware and dishes I had to rewash everything before we used it -all cookware was unusable. It was old/dirty/damaged. I would have had to buy pots pans and utensils in order to cook a meal in this house. We had to eat out every meal due to this inconvenience. Overall this house is nice and has a lot of potential but the kitchen and bathroom need a more attention between visiting guests. The property managers need to edit this kitchen and replace damaged items. The entire time we stayed here I felt as though we got what we paid for. You can pay more money for a nicer place on the ocean walk. If you don’t mind not cooking and want a place right on the beach this place is for you!

Can't beat this location, right on the beach! The huge deck is amazing, best part of this place hands down. Highly recommend to anyone looking!!

Loved the location and atmosphere - and the place- if any negative it was the oven and the fire alarms - couldn’t get the oven to work and alarms went off after every shower and wouldn’t shut off - had to hide them in blankets for them to stop - overall we would stay there again -

Gorgeous view of the ocean from the 2nd floor patio and effortless access to it (at an affordable rate) made this spot a perfect fit for our family trip to San Diego. There’s pretty much all you need within a 15 minute walk (groceries, restaurants, bike rental, bus stops). We took advantage of the beach toys and laundry as well.

We love this property, the location and the customer service! This is our San Diego destination! This time we had the pleasure of meeting Todd. He was very friendly and helpful! It just keeps getting better. If you are on the fence, this is the place. If you have a larger party, book the downstairs (or both). You just can't go wrong here! The location is amazing for wave, people and sunset watching! Becky and Teri were very responsive and accommodating! As others have mentioned, the place is a bit dated and could use some upkeep but all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this rental is fabulous! Perfect location. Everything in walking distance. Very clean and well stocked. Anything you need for the beach they have. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, kids sand toys and more. And the deck!!! Wow!!! What a VEIW!!! Becky made check-in and check-out a breeze. Even accommodated us with an early check-in. Great location right on the beach! Condo was very comfortable for my wife & I, enjoyed our time on the deck watching & listening to the ocean surf.

We loved everything about this property!! Excellent location, well decorated, SUPER comfortable beds. Becky and Todd were very responsive. Tons of towels and beach toys for all inclined. I definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Becky's property. You cant get a better view and hangout spot other than the deck here! We spent most of our time sunbathing and people watching. Highly reccomend this place.

My wife wanted to be on the beach and this property is exactly that! The pictures of the deck are entirely accurate. I would guess most people spend their day there; I know we did. The condo is dated in a way that made me think it was/ is truly a family retreat, well loved and well worn. The furnishings are fine but not luxurious. There are quirks like outlets that don’t work and having to light the stove with a match. So what? There isn’t a better spot to watch the waves and everything else is in secondary to that. The host was very responsive wherever I messaged her. That helped with things that weren’t obvious. Overall you can’t find beachfront access like this at this price. We’d happily come back another time if we’re in the area. If you can do old school and think of it as your favorite aunt’s place at the ocean, then this is for you.

Great property at a great location

Awesome location, clean and easy communication with management. My husband and I stayed here with our 19 month old and we had such a fun time. We didn’t even have to worry about bringing a blackout curtain as the middle room that is adjoining to the bathroom has no windows. Using the bathroom at night was super easy and our toddler didn’t wake at all. They provided everything we needed: a pack and play, beach toys, towels, chairs and even umbrellas. The beds were super comfortable. The deck was great and looks right over the beach. It was nice to let my toddler go out on the deck and play and I didn’t have to worry. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit.

We are locals who needed sea air, beautiful water and sunset views, and patio that made us feel like the outdoors. Check, check, check! Also, easy walking distance from restaurants and small funky shops. We were dropped off and picked up and ubered two friends in for dinner at sunset. Easy! Having lived on this boardwalk and stayed every summer for 18 years, this was a welcome return. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely fantastic space, we rented upstairs and Downstairs, and couldn’t be happier. Second year in a row, and we plan on coming back. Great views, excellent location walking distance too so many things. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed for 5 nights to escape the brutal heat of Las Vegas and enjoy the ocean. This was the perfect place! It was spotless clean, super stocked and had the biggest deck with the best unobstructed view of the ocean. We enjoyed watching dolphins and seals playing in the waves each day. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this very perfect condo with a picture perfect view on the beach. The location is top notch as we were able to walk down towards a Mission Beach and enjoy the boardwalk and also walk towards Pacific Beach and enjoy all the little shops and restaurants there are. Very clean nice area. We were very lucky to not have any loud neighbors or partying going on. I was amazed at how well stocked the condo is fans, blankets, beach toys, boogie boards, lawn chairs, kitchen stuff. The beds were very comfortable with nice quality bedding. The outside deck was perfect for a family barbecue. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and sea lions out on the water every night and the sunsets were to die for I especially liked that communication was quick and easy with the manager. We want to stay here again on our next trip!

Immaculately clean. Deck is AMAZING!!! Couch is very comfortable and two very tall adults can easily sleep on it if needed. Best couch of any VRBO I've stayed at - plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Tons of extra bedding, towels, etc. We parked on Pacific Beach Blvd, and didn't need our vehicle at all - everything we needed was in walking distance - grocery, restaurants, etc. Breakfast at Lahaina Beach House is a must! Look forward to returning in the future.
