Great location! Condo was neat, clean, spacious, it had everything we needed. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The pictures on the app don't do this place justice!!! Great location and a minute walk from the beach, the boardwalk offers a lot of food options and entertainment. Check in process was SO easy, Rad provided all info needed and was super communicative. 40 minute drive from Miami, scenic route and super convenient. Only complaint was the bed frame was broken which caused a slight dip in the middle of the mattress. That aside, I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful property, well maintained. Condo exceeded our expertatations. Beach chairs, umbrella, lots of nice touches. Property owner communicated well with us. One minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to Hollywood Beach and it didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect for a weekend stay. Including beach amenities was going above and beyond. We’ll be back for sure!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rad's property. The accommodations were roomy, clean and comfortable. Plus. ,it was a very short walk to beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Highly recommend.

Rad was a gem!!! We got locked out and he came ASAP with another key. The apartment has ample supplies in the kitchen,bathroom and beach gear. It was also very quiet considering we are so close to the beach during high season. The heated pool was nice. A dedicated parking spot and access to a washer dryer makes this a great place to vacation. We will definitely return.

My husband and I rented this condo because our friends were staying in the same complex. The complex was charming and had a great location. Just a few steps to the broadwalk and beach. You have a small ocean view while sitting at the kitchen table. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beach equipment was good to have - maybe two new beach chairs would be nice. We used the charcoal grill for dinner one night. The barbecue and pool areas were clean and comfortable. The air conditioner unit in the living room worked very well but the bedroom unit was not working when we arrived. Rad was quick to respond and delivered a brand new fan for us to use while a new unit could be located and installed. The bedroom mattress is very firm which many people would prefer. We slept on the fold out couch a few nights due to the AC being out in the bedroom and we found the couch to be quite comfortable. Rad was in constant contact with us about the AC unit and the situation was resolved as quickly as possible and to our satisfaction. The condo is minutes away from numerous restaurants and bars both on and off the broadwalk . We did not have a vehicle while in town but we were able to walk to just about every where we wanted to go.. We did use the electric shuttle service to go to the grocery and visit downtown Hollywood. The cost is $2 per person and very easy to use. We enjoyed meeting people in the pool area - some locals and some visitors. I would definitely stay here again if we visit Hollywood beach in the future.

The place was perfect for us 2. Location is at the end of the boardwalk right before restaurants start so it's quiet. 1 minute walk to boardwalk and beach. Ideal location and short walk down to many food options. Nice breeze off water so some nice waves not to big for adults, small kids could get knocked over. Beach chairs and cooler should be updated. Zipper on cooler was broken and chairs, one was rusted and didn't open all the way. Would recommend they upgrade them. We ended up renting chairs a couple days, many options right on the beach for rentals but could get costly. Definately get out and explore, plenty of music at venues and go to Margaritaville down the board walk.

It needs a major renovation. The caulking in the shower is old and therefore it leaks onto the floor each time it's used. Pictures can be deceiving as it is as pictured, but close up not so great. A little TLC could go a long way on this property and turn it into the gem it should be.

We really enjoyed our weekend at Rad's. The property had everything we needed and was perfectly located.

This is a great location in Hollywood Beach. You are only a half block from the boardwalk and beach and it is easy to walk to the restarants and shops. The condo is perfect for two persons. It was very neat/ clean and also had all the items in the kitchen to allow you to cook a few meals including spices. There was also beach chairs and such so you did not need to rent any. It is close to Gulfstream Park - we love to watch the horses run! We would definitly use this property again.

Right on the beach, couldn’t get any closer. Also has a free parking lot so you aren’t paying for that every day. If you want some upscale room for stay I wouldn’t choose here but this is the best bang for your buck that you are going to get and who stays in their place anyway when you are in Florida. Great stay in my opinion

We had a really nice time in Hollywood Florida. The condo had everything we needed and more. Bed was nice and firm. Shower water pressure was great. Having the beach stuff available for use was great. Easy check in and out. We will be back!

The place is a bit run down and shower was not very clean but the boardwalk was awsome. I’m not that picky so it was fine to share a bar of soap but I could see some people may not be into that.

We were greeted by a friendly staff who helped us navigate the property and gain access to the pool with our suitcases before entering the rental…a bonus since we arrived early! Once settled we walked the nearby boardwalk of Hollywood Beach, window shopping taking in all the shops and restaurants available to us, all directly across from the gorgeous beach.

This place is great right on the beach so close to everything! Great little pubs and bars within walking distance, not to mention seeps to a beautiful white sand beach. The place was really clean and communication with rad was easy and he is quick to respond. Would definitely recommend great place

If you’re looking for a location that has very little traffic while being steps from the beach this is your place. Great overall experience. Rad is very communicative and answered all questions we had.

Pool and grill area is nice, kitchen is fully stocked, and having the beach stuff for use made it really nice. Quick walk down to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!!

I was looking for a quick get away to walk on the beach, relax and have a peaceful time. This place was perfect. Comfy bed and furnishings -- everything was there as described. And the host was wonderful -- answered questions right away. And parking was included! Quiet building. Less than a block to the beach and great walks, restaurants, people watching and shops!
