Wenn man wirklich ruhig und in der Natur sein möchte, ist man dort total richtig! Eine sehr idyllische Lage in einem ländlichen Fachwerkhaus. Sehr nette Besitzer, gutes Frühstück.

It is a long time since I stayed in a place that rates 10/10. An opportunity to stay on a real farm in a proper B&B (i..e a proper cooked bfast is on offer). We loved our stay at Twyford Farm and will be looking for an excuse to go there again. Lovely old building, beautiful Sussex countryside and very nice hosts. What else can you ask for? The room and bathroom could only be called comfortable and very spacious. We could have stayed there longer very easily! Access is quite close to a a main road but does involve going down a small track and crossing a ford. However this is not a big deal - as mentioned in one review - so don't be put off. Indeed the access adds to the sense of really being in the countryside. We had a very nice evening meal at a very friendly pub just 10 mins drive away called the Green Man.

The property is at the end of a farm lane with quiet surroundings. Clean and comfortable room.

Be aware this is a lovely old property, expect sloping floors.

Liked the quiet. The size of the bathroom.

Closest shops were a good 20mins drive lol. Floor was alittle sloped so could easily unbalance yourself.

Typical farmhouse in lovely surroundings. We had a very spacious room and a large comfortable bed. The hosts were welcoming and the breakfast just to our taste.

Excellent locally sourced products, well cooked and presented. Lovely location with lots of interesting places to visit. Liz made us fell very welcome.

The access via the ford through the woods, could do with some maintenance.

Very friendly hosts, comfortable, nicely decorated rooms with modern ensuite. Delicious home cooked breakfast!
