Our family needed a large home the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. This beautiful home did not disappoint. The kitchen has top rate appliances and the beds were super comfy. The young adults enjoyed the downstairs level. Our experience was definitely a five star rating.

This home was beautiful. We needed 5 bedrooms and this home and its amenities was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend this property!

This home had everything we possibly needed and the hosts were very responsive and on top of things. We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed the local area immensely. Such a beautiful area and so much to see and do.

We came to Naples to visit family. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room. The house was beautiful and was the most well-stocked VRBO house we have ever stayed in. Betty was very prompt answering any questions and addressing any needs. Anything you could have needed was at the house. We enjoyed fires in the fire pit, the nice grill, spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room downstairs. The bedrooms were very comfortable and sizeable. Would stay there again. Lovely place!

We enjoyed this property so much! The basement was set up with everything from shuffle board to Xbox and board games! 2nd floor was 2 bedrooms with living,dining rooms and a huge kitchen that had everything you could possibly need! 3rd floor huge master bedroom with another huge bedroom. Hall bathroom the was very big also. Thanks for a great property!

Our family of four and our friends (another couple with 2 kids) could not have been happier in this home. Our ages ranged from 11 to 51 and there was something for everyone! The large lower level had space for the youngest to play as loudly as they liked while the adults were able to spread out across the even-larger first floor and the teens could get away from us all in a comfortable space upstairs. There is plenty to do in the area and we enjoyed hiking, boating, and walking around nearby Naples and Bridgton. Portland was also close enough to enjoy a day in the city. But my favorite memories of this trip all involved time spent in this warm, comfortable home: cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, sitting around the fire pit at night, reading, playing games and doing puzzles in the living room on rainy days and lazy evenings… and our host could not have been more generous with her time and responsive to our needs. 6 stars for this rental! We hope to go back one day.

The house is beautiful on the inside and outside and the grounds are extensive. The kitchen is well stocked and has state of the art appliances. The living room and dining room are big enough for a large group to lounge and eat comfortably. Betty was very helpful giving us information about her home. The only issue we had was with the television in the livingroom.

My cousins and I have been renting houses for our getaways for almost 10 years and this house in Naples is the only one that we kept saying at some point in the weekend that we did not want to leave! The house is stunning with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 13 adults. The outside was just as beautiful as the inside, sitting outside with your coffee in the morning and looking at the beautiful scenery and sitting around the fire at night was a real treat. Any questions that we had for the owners they got right back to us. This is also the first place that we rented that the house has come fully stocked. From the linens, towels, shampoo in every shower, hairdryers, kitchen supplies and games. Can't wait go back!!!

This is a gorgeous, spacious, wonderfully appointed home. It is outfitted with top end furnishings, appliances, and lots and lots of provisions. Terrific choice for our stay, and the Kings are super accomodating as hosts.

May 20-24, 2021 - I admit it, my expectations are high! The devil is in the details & details are my forte. This home is SUPER clean and extraordinarily well managed w/a ton of nice touches! • All plumbing, electric, HVAC, internet, fixtures, & appliances in excellent working order – Water pressure is excellent! • 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms – appropriately sized w/superior linens—4 KING BEDS & 5 twin beds—two bedrooms w/king beds are on main level for those who need to avoid stairs • Kitchen – Extra-large w/high ceilings, perfect work triangle. o GAS range in the large center island w/downdraft, keeps the cook involved in surrounding activities o Plenty of dishes/silverware/glasses & all the tools/appliances you need! o Tons of counter space & Large fridge o Kitchen table seats 6 (dining room table seats 8-10 & there’s outdoor seating) • Quality furnishings--Very nice, comfortable, quality furniture o Super comfortable beds w/superior linens o Plenty of indoor & outdoor seated eating areas • Parking/Grounds o The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained! Substantial parking w/convenient circular drive • Other Amenities o All TVs and WiFi in excellent working condition (very solid WiFi signal) Smart TVs w/apps to use your own account o Outdoor gas grill is mid-sized & works great! o Extra fridge & freezer in both the butler area & garage o Books/Games/Toys on site o Home is no more than 10 minutes away from essential shopping needs (grocery/pharmacy/gas/ALCOHOL. My go-bag contains all you’d expect AND more—magnets, scotch tape, a headlamp, and a chip clip for example. In spite of the decades-long ‘maturity’ of my go-bag, there’s always something I missed and therefore, CLEARLY, I under-packed again, right?! Who doesn’t need a measuring tape on vacation?! Surprise! BAM! There it was I and in a VERY logical location; first drawer I opened! It just doesn’t get much better than great accommodations, but when there’s that little bit of “home” and you can find what you need like you’re still there, well that’s just PERFECT!
