Condo was as advertised. The only complaint we had to in other wise very lovely stay was that the people in the unit above us were quite noisy. I guess it is an old building. Other than that. It was a beautiful place and the owner was very responsive to all of our needs, I would recommend this place .

The condo was very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for on this vacation. The building is definitely older, but the management seems to take good care of it. The actual condo unit was great. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bed was really comfy and we slept great and it's a very quiet unit since it's at the end of the hall. Air conditioning worked great. It was super nice having the extra 1/2 bathroom too. The building is right on the beach so it's just a quick trip down the elevator and then a very short walk to get to the sand. The condo was super well-equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards...everything you need to enjoy the beach. The host was really quick to reply to my questions before and after I booked and they left some nice little snacks for us upon arrival. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Condo was clean, comfy, and a quiet, and great location to beach, food, convenience stores and easy Uber to shopping!

This property was very cozy and relaxing. The beach was fantastic and the host had toys for the kids and supplies for us to use at the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5. The building was quiet and the staff was friendly. I also appreciate that the host was communicatuve and very clear about directions and what to expect.

This was a well equipped with nice finishes and very responsive owners. Only negative which had nothing to do with this unit was that the service elevator was out of order so the wait for the others was long and often full of wet and sandy people. Easy access from the Fort Lauderdale airport.

This condo was great. Had everything you need for great beach vacation.

Amy was great to work with. Quick response to questions and helpful with local knowledge. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of beach accessories including chairs, umbrella and toys for the littles are included. We appreciated the welcome basket with coffee and snacks. There is a Keurig as well as a coffee maker and plenty pans, plates and utensils to cook if you desire. The 7-11 is steps away and Walmart is an easy 10 minute walk. Thanks Amy.

This was a super condo to rent with all the items you would need to feel at home. Host was exceptional!

We loved our stay here over Christmas! Everyone was friendly, the condo was adorable with a great view and had enough space for my family of 5. Easy access to the beach, pool and gym. I definitely recommend staying here!

This place was very comfy and had everything we could have needed. It was a great space for a family, allowing us to spread out a bit and make some meals in the kitchen. It was walking distance to a lot of things (beach, restaurants, the Broadwalk). Highly recommend.

Perfect stop for a quick stay before a cruise that offers more space than a hotel room. Condo is as described in the listing and suited our needs. Wendy was quick to answer any questions. We would stay here again if in the area.

This condo provided a comfortable stay. Only thing we might mention was that the unit was not stocked well. Unfortunately we assumed we would find the minimum stock for starter supplies, however sad to say we had no coffee our first morning. Two pots to include a kuerig but no pods, and there were no extra sheets for pull out couch. Once we were able to find a store open after the holiday, we were able to remedy the situation. :) Attention to little details like that are always appreciated and can go a long way. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, the location is great and ppl were very nice!

This property is amazing and relaxing, exactly what I was needing. Beautiful and provides great beds/linen. Easy access to the beach and city. Building manager and valet were also exceptional. There was miscommunication regarding check out that caused some confusion. Overall excellent stay and host.

My wife and 2 kids (6 and 1.5) had a great experience staying at this property. The place had everything you may need for your home away from home. Everything was clean and the place well kept. Communication with the owner was a breeze. The location was awesome, steps away from the beach and close to lots of attractions. I would def recommend and stay at this place next time i'm traveling. Thank you to the hosts for providing a great travel experience.

Our stay at the apartment was refreshing and re-energizing! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We were very close to the beach, and the pool was a nice option too. The wifi was fast. The laundry facilities were on the same floor which was convenient. Wendy let our small dog stay and it was very easy to take her out to go to the bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the problem at check-in with the door key code that didn't work, I spent more than an hour trying to contact the owner with no response by message or call, and the problem was only resolved after contacting with VRBO support, who also failed to contact the owner but managed to get in touch with someone else who knew the correct code for the door key. Another negative point is the second bedroom that does not have air conditioning, the only way to make the room a little cooler was by using the fan or leaving the doors fully open to receive air from the living room. Everything else is very clean and organized, well located, and very easy access to the beach, and everything is according to the description of the property.

it was as advertized. wendy communicates well. walk to beach. pool was salty and warm like the ocean. $10 a day for parking even very partial days and $30 rental for each key to outside doors that would be better to be included in the cost imo. we would stay again.

Great spot if you’re looking for easy beach access and beach vibes all around. You can definitely walk to the Hollywood boardwalk if you wanted, but it’s also maybe a 3 minute Uber if you choose to drive. Plenty to do near by and beautiful views of the ocean!

I loved the location and the condo itself was perfect for our stay. Windy was so great about contacting me about my questions and making sure our visit was well planned ahead of time. :)

Checking in was a major issue we felt unwelcome and the security guard was extremely rude and unhelpful. My 5 year old granddaughter asked, "why is the man so mean and mad"? (Unacceptable) it was surrounding the confusion of the key and code, made us use a service elevator to take our luggage to room only to learn the elevator in front would have sufficed. Honestly felt culture/race played a part in treatment.

The condo was GREAT, the location was perfect!!! The condo was clean and thank you to the host Wendy for suppling beach chairs and umbrellas. You can rent them on the beach for $85 per day. The view from the balcony was very enjoyable to see the sun rise and the night light traffic. Check in was no issue at all. Yes only one elevator works. I would definitely stay at this location again!!!

Property was lovely, comfortable and clean - everything you need for the perfect getaway, whether it be relaxing at the poolside or at the beach or in town for the Miami GP. Wendy & Adam were great and responded immediately to all queries.

The condo was good and communication with the owners was terrific. Future renters should be aware that the second bathroom is a half bath and is not air conditioned. The second bedroom does not have a window and is not air conditioned. The main bathroom is not air conditioned and the tub/showers is very slippery. We had to get. A non skid mat to use the shower. Also there was only one elevator working for all four days and it is a long wait at certain times of the day. It looks like it is a common problem because they had a professional sign in a holder!
