This property is amazing and relaxing, exactly what I was needing. Beautiful and provides great beds/linen. Easy access to the beach and city. Building manager and valet were also exceptional. There was miscommunication regarding check out that caused some confusion. Overall excellent stay and host.

My wife and 2 kids (6 and 1.5) had a great experience staying at this property. The place had everything you may need for your home away from home. Everything was clean and the place well kept. Communication with the owner was a breeze. The location was awesome, steps away from the beach and close to lots of attractions. I would def recommend and stay at this place next time i'm traveling. Thank you to the hosts for providing a great travel experience.

Our stay at the apartment was refreshing and re-energizing! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We were very close to the beach, and the pool was a nice option too. The wifi was fast. The laundry facilities were on the same floor which was convenient. Wendy let our small dog stay and it was very easy to take her out to go to the bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the problem at check-in with the door key code that didn't work, I spent more than an hour trying to contact the owner with no response by message or call, and the problem was only resolved after contacting with VRBO support, who also failed to contact the owner but managed to get in touch with someone else who knew the correct code for the door key. Another negative point is the second bedroom that does not have air conditioning, the only way to make the room a little cooler was by using the fan or leaving the doors fully open to receive air from the living room. Everything else is very clean and organized, well located, and very easy access to the beach, and everything is according to the description of the property.

it was as advertized. wendy communicates well. walk to beach. pool was salty and warm like the ocean. $10 a day for parking even very partial days and $30 rental for each key to outside doors that would be better to be included in the cost imo. we would stay again.

Great spot if you’re looking for easy beach access and beach vibes all around. You can definitely walk to the Hollywood boardwalk if you wanted, but it’s also maybe a 3 minute Uber if you choose to drive. Plenty to do near by and beautiful views of the ocean!

I loved the location and the condo itself was perfect for our stay. Windy was so great about contacting me about my questions and making sure our visit was well planned ahead of time. :)

Checking in was a major issue we felt unwelcome and the security guard was extremely rude and unhelpful. My 5 year old granddaughter asked, "why is the man so mean and mad"? (Unacceptable) it was surrounding the confusion of the key and code, made us use a service elevator to take our luggage to room only to learn the elevator in front would have sufficed. Honestly felt culture/race played a part in treatment.

The condo was GREAT, the location was perfect!!! The condo was clean and thank you to the host Wendy for suppling beach chairs and umbrellas. You can rent them on the beach for $85 per day. The view from the balcony was very enjoyable to see the sun rise and the night light traffic. Check in was no issue at all. Yes only one elevator works. I would definitely stay at this location again!!!

Property was lovely, comfortable and clean - everything you need for the perfect getaway, whether it be relaxing at the poolside or at the beach or in town for the Miami GP. Wendy & Adam were great and responded immediately to all queries.

The condo was good and communication with the owners was terrific. Future renters should be aware that the second bathroom is a half bath and is not air conditioned. The second bedroom does not have a window and is not air conditioned. The main bathroom is not air conditioned and the tub/showers is very slippery. We had to get. A non skid mat to use the shower. Also there was only one elevator working for all four days and it is a long wait at certain times of the day. It looks like it is a common problem because they had a professional sign in a holder!

We really enjoyed staying at the condominium, very clean and great location. Our hosts were very good, answered any questions we had promptly and made sure your stay was enjoyable. The suite is large and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to be back soon

This was our first visit to Hollywood. Wendy and Adam have a cute place. Check in was a little crazy as I had phone issues and the front desk didn't have us listed. If I had printed the check in info we would have been fine. The apartment is clean and bright and the bed was great. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening. The pool and beach area were great, very nice to have beach chairs. We found a nice sushi place next door. There are not many places to eat in close proximity. Walking 2 miles down the beach with a 10 year old, after a day of sun wasn't an option and we had to drive and park for dinner. Not a big deal but the valet was super busy and Uber was 20-30 minutes most nights for a pick up. Valet was excellent, they learned us right away and always tried to get to us quickly. We tipped them on the first day, and that always helps. Very nice crew. Overall good stay.

The weather was perfect during our stay. The location for the beach was terrific. The amenities in the condo are limited and the furniture is basic. The second “bedroom” has no window, and the “door” is actually a large multi-paneled sliding door into the living room. Although the listing claims two bathrooms, one of them is actually a half bath (and identified as such only in the breakdown description of the rooms and beds). Check in and out were easy. The host was amenable to us bringing our two labradoodles. During our stay the smoke detectors that are connected to each other went off line. They individually started to flash. The host did not remedy this, but gave us a link to a website to do so ourselves. Even after calling the company, we were unsuccessful. We told the host, who said she’d correct the issue when we departed. The smoke detectors continued to flash throughout our stay. After our departure, our dogs were accused of doing their business in the condo. They are adult dogs who have NEVER urinated or defecated indoors. They were walked four times a day. The accusation is a fabrication and although the host sent us pictures of their mess, none showed any “business” (they showed only fur and a melted ice cube). They did shed as they came from 15 degree temperatures to 85 degrees. We swept and vacuumed daily, and on the morning before our 6 am departure, but were still charged a cleaning fee despite the prepaid cleaning fee plus the daily extra dog fee. Misinformation was provided by the host regarding our security deposit, which we were able to clarify only by contacting VRBO. We won’t be using this facility again.

In town for work, but had a great experience at this location! Close to alot of things without being in the heart of a busy downtown. Great communication with owner.

If I could give 10 stars for the host, I would, and they deserve it! Responded fast to any questions before our trip. Made check in and out so easy and stress free that we didn't even need to contact them again. We always use VRBO for vacations and I wish every host was like them! As for the property, it really was perfect. Beach access right from the pool, 24 hour gym, little game room. The condo definitely has everything you need, and there is a Walmart within walking distance to get groceries. There is so much to do in this area that you can walk to. We did have a car and they have 24 hour valet service, the staff is super nice and fast. I really could go on and on about the amazing time we had. Thank you Wendy and Adam!

The rental was spacious - plenty of room for 4. If you plan on going to the pool make sure you go in the morning. Once noon arrives the sun doesn’t hit the area. The beach was pretty crowded - we enjoyed going up the road a couple miles to Hollywood Beach where we could rent lounge chairs for the day. The rental had a couple small chairs but not very comfortable if you plan on being there for awhile. Check out time is strict - we asked to stay an extra hour but couldn’t. Weather was wonderful!

Great for a family vacation.

This property was perfect for our family. Wendy is extremely helpful and responsive. Beds were comfy, condo was spacious and clean. Weather was terrible while we were there but we still made the easy trek to the beach a few times, only wish we had good enough beach days to made use of all the supplies available in the condo! We did make use of the games room every day, very thankful for that on the cold, rainy days! My only small criticism and heads up to other families/groups is it’s a bit difficult to cook full meals with the pots/pans available but with some creativity we made it work. I would go back to this property in a heartbeat!

Lovely apartment on Hallandale beach. Close to Hollywood boardwalk, and water. Near some local attractions and convenient to get to. Wendy was very responsive. Nice place for short family vacation.

The unit was clean and location was fine. The unit amenities were limited and furniture was basic.
