Bathroom shower

was not happy at all about my stay thought I was booking a room with a patio and was given a room with a view of the hotel next door

Place out date.need work room are very small .bathroom was very small toilet was to close to.floor way toilet was your knee hit the wall.but it was clean. Nice location on the beach.

Front desk was friendly

Toilet was leaking and Ac wouldn’t turn on. Was not given attention to problem or offered change of room

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room which was a bonus. The shower was great, good water pressure etc. Check in and out was a breeze.

No on site coffee or anything, not in the room or lobby. There was a shop very close but it has to A) be open and B) it's not part of the hotel so it's extra.

it was close to the casino ballroom.

very old. in need of an update. our room came with 2 postage sized towels, our ac was not functioning until my partner went to the front desk and was told he would need to move a ceiling tile in order to plug it in which is strange. it felt as though no one had touched the room this season.

Close to where we needed to be for road race.

There wasn't much to offer for $250 per night. The room was extremely small and they didn't offer any type of breakfast.

Location is perfect!

One of the mangers possibly the owner was nasty to me on the phone. One of the guests asked for another blanket and they replied “for what”. And the rooms are tiny.

Needs an update overall. That kind of added to the ambiance at the beach though.

They need to have a coffee bar in the lobby of hotel and daily room service also help at the front desk at night because we had lost our cable signal and the person at desk couldn't fix it

We were let into our room early (noon) which was great, right across the street from the beach and close to the boardwalk.

Very dated and crowded room (three beds) one bed right next to the door so you almost trip on it when you walk into the room, and the door had a cheap key lock on the door (didn’t feel safe or secure) and dirty towels left on the hook in the bathroom and the room smelled of cheap cleaner. Overall feel if the hotel was dated, run down and dirty.
