We love the property!

The property is better than appears in the pictures. Very comfy, well equipped and close to restaurants, markets, banks and beach. Perfect for a family trip. We loved it

The house was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the main drag. Furniture and beds comfortable (bed pillows not so much). Arrived to full garage/recycling bins and a few items in a couple draws. Otherwise very clean. Kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed for meal prep. We’d rent again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. First and foremost, the property management was very attentive with excellent communication regarding every need…check-in, check-out, trash routine, etc. I never once had to request any information or ask any questions because they were very proactive in providing it up front. The house was clean and equipped upon our arrival. The family/living room area is wonderful…updated, open, and bright! The bedrooms do have old carpeting where replacement would be a nice upgrade, and there are no room darkening shades/curtains so you are up with the sun. The outdoor space is good. The back is fully enclosed which was nice for our small dog to walk around and even throw a ball on the artificial turf along the side. The only downside, with no fault to the owner, is that the pool was in the shade the entire day. The lounging area around the pool received full sun but not the pool. This could be due to the fact that we were there in January and the sun isn’t high enough in the sky to clear the roof line. It is very obvious that the home owners are very conscientious, take pride in their home (as they should), and want to please their guests. Recommend this home for families with kiddos.

We loved this place so much that we came back for vacation again this year! This property is amazing. Very clean, lots of space, and the pool! All the amenities you need away from home. Proximity to stores and beaches (once they reopen) is also perfect. This is a new family tradition and we will be back! Thank you beachy keen & Mike Z rentals!!

This house was wonderful, and the host was terrific. The description and pictures match the house exactly. The house was clean and well stocked, with all the basic amenities. Moreover, the pool in the back was clean and well maintained. We had an excellent stay, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Bonita Springs area.

This property’s is only a few minutes down the street from Barefoot beach and Bonita Beach. In addition, it’s only 35 minutes from the Sanibel causeway and 25 minutes from fort myers beach. Perfect location and the amazing pool is a bonus. Can’t miss with this one.

We came down from PA for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. The house is exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful house with an awesome outside area to relax by the pool. It's a very short drive to the airport, University, beaches, stores, and restaurants. The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was the hub for a perfect 5 day stay!

Beautiful home, Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels. Beds are very comfortable and TV in each bedroom. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. Biggest highlight with grandkids was the pool!

This property is everything and more as found on the website. Our dog had a great time in the fully enclosed backyard and gave us confidence that she could be safe. I have been to many VRBO homes and none had all of the amenities of this one. The kitchen was stocked with every tool, Bowl, dish, appliances that you could imagine. Beds were comfortable and the other bedrooms were on the opposite side of the house allowing for privacy if you have guests. The outside side porch was screened with a large guest table and chairs. Pool toys were abundant and house furniture was plentiful and comfy. We would come back again and also recommend it for others. We stayed two months. The neighborhood is nice, safe and a pleasant daily morning walk with our dog. The neighbors were friendly. The pool was cleaned once a week as well as the grass and vegetation being groomed and hauled away.

Overall this house was exactly as listed on the site. Many times rentals use outdated pictures, but this was all just as shown. Same furniture, TVs, everything. Everything was clean and the living room seating and all the beds were very comfortable. The house was decorated very nicely to gice that "Florida feel". The pool and patio were great (wish the pool was a little warmer, but hey, it's December). Though it would have been nice to have a few more things for the pool such as some foam "pool noodles". The screened-in lanai was perfect for eating meals. The only small things I would suggest to the owners/management company would be that they were stingy with supplies. There were only two replacement rolls of toilet paper and one additional roll of paper towels. And there were only two dishwasher detergent pods. We rented for a week, so we had to purchase our own. Considering the cost of a rental house for a week, these things should be supplied. Also, some additional kitchen supplies such as basic cooking seasonings (salt & pepper?), cooking oil, aluminum foil, etc. And a Keurig/K-cup coffee make would be nice as the only option was to make an entire pot of coffee. But again, these are minor things. I'd definitely recommend this house to potential renters.

Great place to spend time with family.

This property was truly amazing. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great. The house was clean. The pool was a huge bonus! we will definitely stay here again. Exceptional!

Great location to serve as a home base for any purpose. Enjoyed all of the amenities provided and he property is set up well for guests to enjoy. Everything was clean and in good working order. Will look to rebook next time I'm in the area.

We came to the Bonita Springs area for our son's wedding, which had to be postponed last year due to the pandemic. This property provided the perfect gathering place for our family and friends. The heated pool was enjoyed by all age groups, with floats and pool toys provided. The kitchen and dining spaces lent themselves to sit down or munching. What was so wonderful about this property was all of the amenities. The owners thought of everything to make the home comfortable: bikes to ride, beach chairs and umbrellas, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, glassware, appliances and every kitchen tool imaginable. The bedrooms had king size beds with soft and inviting linens and 2 bathrooms with fluffy towels. We plan to return next year, even though we won't have a wedding to enjoy. Thank you for helping us to make this a very special event for our family.

We were very pleased with this beautiful home in Bonita! We had everything that we needed and more! The property included so many amenities including beach chairs, towels, coolers, bikes and more! We spent countless hours laying by the pool and playing corn hole. One of our favorite parts is the screened in porch to have wonderful meals and conversation at. The location is close to several major beaches, our favorite being Barefoot Beach! We hope to come back someday soon! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This is a great house to rent. Perfect location to the beach, dog beach, dog park, ice cream!, and seafood everywhere. The house is very cute and neat. Perfect for two or six people. Very relaxing, and awesome tv!

We spent a few days here celebrating Christmas with parents who live nearby in the winter months. House was perfect! Oasis backyard, nice layout inside, very clean. We will be back!

Everything online is accurate. Beautiful home right next to everything you could want. Carpet could use an update in the master but that's it. Extremely satisfied
