The beachfront view was amazing. I also enjoyed the entertainment and cleanliness overall. The drinks were great even on a non-diamond club level. Staff and guests were friendly. It was one of the best resorts we’ve stayed in Cancun!

I didn’t like that the pool closed early, and the check out process.

I hate this resort never again the lady at front desk got over on us asking for more money at checkin and took are cash them when we checked out the cash amount was not on the receipt or the price of the room she got over on us never again

We booked a king size bed and when we got there they told us they only had 2 queen sizes available. This was a huge inconvenience.

The property is absolutely stunning with endless areas, restaurants and places to explore.

The elevators were too hot with NO air. Elevator ls were very slow

Absolutely loved our stay. I was worried by some of the reviews but I think a lot of people are just super picky. The resort is stunning! I highly recommend doing everything you can to get an ocean view because it was absolutely amazing. we booked the jr suite and the size was perfect - felt very spacious.  Thoroughly enjoyed all our food. Was it 5 star? No. It’s resort food so I was expecting it to be as such but I didn’t eat anything that I hated. (The crispy chicken from the Munchies bar was my favorite!) We also ate the chicken they grilled by the pool everyday and it was fantastic! We had zero issue getting into restaurants but we went when they opened. Most of the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful especially the men that waited on us on the beach each day. one even remembered us and came to say hello on our last day. I had the best experience here and can’t wait to come back!!

Here are things I would have wanted to know before hand: They do not take reservations for dinner. Its first come, first serve. I didn’t see that info anywhere on their website and only knew because I asked at check-in. They do not accept Discover credit cards. That’s how we were going to pay and we were told they don’t accept it. Thank goodness they accepted our debit card otherwise I don’t know what we would have done. The elevator situation wasn’t amazing. It wasn’t as bad as it could have been (I have definitely experienced worse at other hotels) but there were times we did have to wait a bit. The buffet for dinner was my least favorite meal by far. For dinner I would go to any of the restaurant options and pass on the buffet. (But the buffet for breakfast was AMAZING!!)

Good vibe, friendly staff, good location at the back overlooking the Caribbean

Due to a flood on 5th floor, 3 of 5 lifts were out of action for 2 days which caused long queues. The stairs only went up to level 3 so we ended up using the service stairs. Also couldn’t book restaurants so sometimes had to wait up to 1/2 hour.

Great location easy access around town. The resort is beautiful 😍 I don't take nothing away from it but it's the workers that make it a great place to stay and that's where this place failed big F but I would say the waiters in the lobby Alonzo Carlos and the girl I didn't get her name A plus people they made our trip the others don't acknowledge you for anything a simple you're welcome goes a long way. If this place had waiters like the 3 in the lobby all over the facility it would be a 10 star resort.

The staff and food is horrible. The rude workers don't appreciate you or acknowledge you. Common courtesy goes a long way.

Spa/massage was amazing! View, friendly staff, drinks. Location was great for relaxing, short bus ride into town, and short taxi rides to excursions.

Food was fair. Elevator was awful/ horribly slow/ not all go to each floor! Room service forgot my food and/or drinks 2 out of the 4 times ordered. Italian restaurant staff insulted us after we didn’t eat all of our food (it was terrible).

Hotel is not that fresh anymore. A la carte restaurant food at Steakhouse was horrible. Asked for room upgrade 2 weeks prior, didnt get any answer. Rooms need to be freshened.
