Building serms old. Waitress service in restaurants is very bad. Food was ok. Only 1 pool outside, water in the pool was way too cold. No bar inside the pool.

Good location Kids show in evening was good

1100 guests and only 200 sun loungers with all of them covered in unoccupied towels. All of which had no sun umbrellas which is very poor for families. The restaurants you see on the images are reserved for time share members so unless you eat at 5:30pm you have to stand around for an hour in the lobby. Once you enter these restaurants you realise the food is some of the worst food you could eat. Everything is deep fried in some sort of cheap cooking oil which makes everything bright yellow and tastes horrible or covered with excessively sugary coatings. Bell boys made it difficult to get our Uber as they clearly try to pressure guests to use there taxis which are 3 times the price

Veca un nolietota viesnīca, kas neatbilst 5 zvaigžņu līmenim. 2 no 3 dienām nebija siltā ūdens dušā. Regulāri kāds no liftiem nestrādāja. Bērniem nebija pieejams minigolfs un zipline. Viesnīcā esošajos restorānos nav rezervāciju sistēmas, līdz ar to katru vakaru vakariņas jāgaida 1-1,5h. Bārā labāki dzērieni pieejami tikai biedriem. Vienīgais siltais baseins - bērnu - pārbāzts un zvilņi veci un izsēdēti. Viesnīcas sadarbības ceļojumu aģentūras nosacījumi apgrūtinoši - lai dabūtu labu cenu kādai ekskursijai, jānoklausās 90min informācija par visām tūrēm.

Some limitations for not been in premium status, like food or drinks

The kid-oriented activities were a nice background for us. There were plenty of fun activities going on to keep the kids busy and happy. Beach and pool access were great. By far the best hotel related part of our 6-day stay, was the staff. Charming, responsive and prompt. Anything we asked was delivered quickly and efficiently. I had problems with my credit card on arrival: the check-in staff were helpful, understanding and pleasant as they helped me sort the problem out with my bank.

The wait time for inhouse restaurants was longer than expected (~ 90 minutes), when some tables seemed no to be in use. I think this is to systematically minimize on staff costs. So it is not surprising, but was annoying and changes my opinion of how effective how this kind of all-inclusive is for us. Having said that - I suspect that we are not a prime customer type (married, 60 yrs old, no children) - those who have to stay on site would not be concerned with the wait as there is plenty for the family to do while waiting.

Lo que me gustó más sin duda fue la habitación, bastante amplia y muy confortable. También los restaurantes.

Se puede mejorar teniendo más limpia el agua de las piscinas.

Gisselle goes above and beyond!!! Will be returning in the future. Try the Mexican restaurant!!!Teresa is a great waiter and will treat you like family in the Mexican Restaurant!!!

I had a bad experience with a hostess at the buffet restaurant but Gisselle immediately turnaround to an extraordinary experience!!!

We loved our stay, food was good. Our favorite restaurants were the Japanese and steak house. The entertainment team at the pool was very creative and our kids loved participating in the activities. The shows in the theater were also great. Just make sure you bring enough sunblock because it is very expensive if you want to buy it at the hotel. They do not need reservations for the restaurants anymore its first come first serve which is great.

The only thing we didn't like was the elevator had no AC therefore it was very hot in there.

What I didn’t like was the food was not giving , and it takes a very long time for them to serve your food . the drink wasn’t very tasty it tasted like they added water into your soda or other drinks .

it’s too hot , seem like the AC wasn’t working . I was invited to one of their sells meeting and the people were too pushing and got upset because we said No .

the food. it was really poor. Even in the steak house we got cold provolone cheese (grilled) and somewhat hard meat (had been standing around?) The sides were a joke. My smoked pork didn’t taste smoked and came with asparagus - all of one inch piece. The breakfast consisted of hard sausages, omelette with cheese that really didn’t taste right and was standing there on the hot plate, as did eggs Benedict… Something less pretentious, such as boiled eggs and scrambled eggs would have been much better… Just bad planning. But all in all, rooms are fine
