We had the best time on our short visit to Cocoa beach before our cruise. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and was a very easy experience. The lady who owns the snow cone stand below is wonderful!!! If you need any recommendations she is always so cheerful and happy to help. Her snow cones are also great priced and yummy! Condo is located only a very short walk to the beach 🏖️ and you can walk to lots of restaurants from the condo as well. We will be back for sure for a longer stay!

The condo is in an excellent location a minute walk to the beach, good food near by! Host is very responsive and great too! Decor is very beachy!

What a beautiful place,

The location in Cocoa Beach in short walking distance restaurants and the beach. The size was great for a small family and can easily support more. Floors and bathrooms are updated, closets have ample space, and it has all the appliances you need. Beds are comfortable. The deck is nice for a happy hour and there's a cabinet with beach stuff. The owner is very responsive. A note on equipment rentals: there are several nice retail stores nearby but I found better prices and service at A1A rentals, about an 8-minute drive. They have everything you could need and they will deliver it too if you request it.

Great location for beach and walking to countless restaurants. Easy process all around. Cute, clean, and quiet. There were only 2 of us so plenty of space. Nice touch w wine, beach towels, and boogie boards!

Cute place and layout. We really wanted to like this place but too many cleanliness issues. We arrived later and it was hard to see the lock box to open to get the key to the unit. The door locking mechanism wasn’t the easiet. The listing doesn’t mention that it is above a yoga studio that has classes starting as early as 6am… some classes you never heard and then some… well we felt like we were in class with them. It appeared clean when we got inside but realized that the bathrooms weren’t clean… our master bath had tons of hair laying on the shower drain and on the floor… the bathroom carpet was dirty and the sink takes forever to drain in the master bathroom. There really isn’t cable tv there. I think we had 10 channels and they were all news channels…something I don’t want to watch on my vacation…internet information was not correct in my welcome email… but a call to the property manager gave a fast response to find that there were different passwords. For our stay… we came into a place that had no Kleenex, about 15 paper towels and none to replace that almost empty roll, there were no dish towels and no garbage bags in bathroom trash cans…and the floor…which should be easy enough for them to clean… after a fresh shower… left the bottoms of your feet black! And if you are looking for a quiet night of rest… bring earplugs for this unit! There was some motor that ran nonstop…every 5 min…it ran…so after 3 nights of no sleep…we are glad to move on.

Place was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and downtown cocoa beach. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

The property was exquisite. it was charming, the perfect size for three people, a block from the ocean. Very quiet and so welcoming. The only issue I had to return home. Rita was the perfect hostess she left water and a bottle of wine. I will be back.

I love this beach house, decorated very nice "warm and welcoming". So clean and all appliances in working condition. Everything we needed was there to make meals and we could walk to a variety of places to eat out. Beds were comfortable. Our contact person was very personable and accommodating. The Beach is a 1 minute walk and not crowded! I would definitly stay here again.

This property was perfect for a relaxing few days at Cocoa Beach with the family. We loved the short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. The property was nicely updated and very clean. Our boys loved the beach toys that were on the deck. Can’t wait to return for a longer trip.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. There are a couple businesses located below the rental, but it was quiet. The beach access is within walking distance. No parking fees was a plus! There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. We definitely enjoyed the stay and felt at home.

The decor of the apartment was tastefully done, with a beach theme. Bedding was very comfortable. The washer/dryer was a welcome plus. The provided essentials were appreciated, including a bottle of wine…nice touch! On-site parking allowed for a peace mind with the rental car. Provided location offered many restaurants within walking distance: Simply Delicious Cafe and Bakery, 4th Street Fillin Station and Coconuts on the Beach to name a few of our favorites. Just one block away, we could access the beach from any of the three public walkways. The only hiccup was that the entrance door was full glass, providing limited privacy. This could easily be addressed with a window covering, and a keyless lock would be the way to go. Thanks for opening your rental property to the three of us.

My friend and I both needed a peaceful getaway and we found it at this property! Very relaxing, clean, spacious. The property was close to the beach and restaurants, it was perfect. I hope to stay there again!

Terrific condo, very clean and comfortable. Very close to beautiful beach. Walking distance to fun restaurants. Could not adjust AC or get smart TV going so it would have been helpful to have written instructions re that.

Unit is great (could have a bit more kitchen cabinet, but fine for a short stay), very clean, very comfortable, and very well located.

This apartment was everything we needed for our girls trip! The owners are great! Even the housekeeper was amazingly sweet! Great location! We will definitely be back to Cocoa Beach and hopefully to this same apartment :)
