The house location was great. Just out of town, but only minutes to the University. We were able to bring our dog, due to the backyard being fenced in, which was great. The house was clean, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was awesome. It would be nice to have a few more essential amenities, such as condiments, and cooking/baking essentials. We did feel that the property was overpriced, as it is an older home, with not a lot of recent updates.

Nice accommodations/location for a family to stay at for a Miami visit or visiting kids at Miami.

Great location for visiting family attending Miami! Fenced yard a plus for traveling with dogs. House is old but decorated nicely. Owners are very responsive and truly want to do all they can to make your stay enjoyable - for example, multiple tvs with guest access.

Lovely, clean home close to Miami University! Accommodated are larger group well and we really loved the extra enclosed porch. Great communication with host throughout!

This house was perfect for my visit to Miami to spend the weekend with my son. The home was very comfortable, cozy & full of charm. It’s in a very convenient location. Just outside of main campus and close to everything! I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great location and house if you are visiting Miami University!!! Very homey. Owners were very responsive when we had questions. And the fenced in back yard was terrific for our dogs! Lastly, loved the Halloween decorations.

Stayed here for parents weekend at Miami University. Great location, well kept and cozy home! Great yard and fire pit which was put to good use. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was nice and clean. Fortunately we carpooled as parking was somewhat limited but outside of that it was a very good experience.

This property was nicely located near MU. Busy road and a bit older home. But the location outweighed anything else. The Host could not have been nicer or easier to work with!

I would definitely use this location again. Very clean, very convenient location. We did have a little trouble with the latch on the front screen door. Moderately annoying be certainly an easy fix and not a reason to look elsewhere.

Wanted a place to stay for my daughter's Moms Weekend and this property had plenty of space and was near campus, my daughter's place and Oxford town center. Sooo tired of having to stay in Hamilton or other towns miles away because of the lack of hotels, etc., in Oxford. The owners gave great directions and were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Our girlfriends and I decided to rent this house for our daughter's sorority mom's weekend. The house itself is great but on a busy street so we heard the traffic of cars/trucks in the morning hours. The beds were super comfortable, however, in the twin bedroom, my friend wasn't able to access the closet as a desk was blocking it. The kitchen was stocked and had almost everything needed. A suggestion is to get some drinking/cocktail/wine glasses as there were only large plastic cups. We ended up taking Uber's to and from High street as it was a bit over 1.5 miles but that was ok. The owner was super responsive and check in was very easy.

Couple of blocks to miami campus. Perfect bedroom situation for our group! Suggestions are just needing some updates with new carpeting and toilets. Communication was great with the owners! Thanks for letting us stay!

My sister and I rented this VRBO for the week of Christmas to have a neutral spot to host various family members living in Ohio. When we arrive the house smelled. The refrigerator and freezer was full of old food and dirty. The oven was filthy. The screened in porch had open cans on the floor and screens falling out. Gutters falling off the house. The kitchen was lit by an old fluorescent light full of bugs, same with laundry area right between the kitchen and living room. Artwork that was once on the wall was put into the closets. Closets were full completely full of random stuff just shoved…decorations, bedding, pillows, etc. The listing stated garage parking ( May now be removed) which I wanted to use coming to Ohio in December, I had the garage code and upon opening was completely full of junk, old mattresses, chairs, trash bags full of who knows what. The dining room was lit by two very dim sconces over the fireplace which was like dining by sad candlelight.when I contacted the host he sent 3 floor lamps which I spent my morning putting together. This VRBO was our Christmas home for the week. We had various family in and out including our mom and our kids at Miami University and University of Cincinnati. It was such a disappointment. It was too late to book something else as it was December 23 so we had to spend our Christmas here. We had to pull out the closet artwork, add lights, clean the oven and fridge, clean the back porch, etc….awful. Merry Christmas to us. (Cue sad horns sound effect)

The house was over rated. Live ants, dead bugs, rotten wood decking, bad interior flooring, the girlll was disgustingly dirty and unusable, the oven was filthy, and there were dried leaves in the refrigerator. We left and didn’t stay
