Was under construction, rehab.. very messy, unfinished work in our room, pool not operational, strong bleach smell in our room,

The staff were very accommodating and friendly! They assured I had a top floor quiet room too. We will definitely return and appreciated how clean the rooms were

Great customer service, Very accommodating & Exceeded our expectations We stayed at College Inn for 3 nights during our son's swim meet, and we really loved it because it was an ideal location for our purposes . We received great customer service from the owner and his staff. When we couldn't get Uber to take us to the Maimi University Rec Center, the owner dropped what he was doing to drop us off at my son's swim meet. He made our day. I really appreciate that they made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend College Inn to friends and family. If we are ever in Oxford, we'll surely book again.

The breakfast was good, but the sausage at Comfort Inn was tastier.

There was drywall dust EVERYWHERE. Why couldn't your maintenance or housekeeping staff dust and vacuum after sanding the drywall? The room was VERY hot when we checked in. The A/C in our room was completely turned off. It took over 4 hours to get the room temperature from 90 degrees to a comfortable 72 degrees. Why couldn't you turn on the A/C in the room hours before we arrived.
