The apartment is ideally located. You are on a lively street in the old town with many different restaurants and shops around. On the other side is a three minute walk to the beautiful promenade with its restaurants. The location is perfect for those who came for a gastro tour, walking, shopping and for the beach. The apartment was clean, no complaints at all. Beds and sofa are quite suitable for sleeping. There is a coffee machine with everything you need. The bathroom is surprisingly has a lot of bath accessories. There is everything from dishes to a hairdryer and iron.

The stairs are quite narrow and steep. If you have a pram or mobility problems, it can be difficult. Otherwise it was one of the most inexpensive apartments in the city at the time of the trip, so they have all the features of not expensive accommodation, all as it should be, so it is difficult to name any minuses. Clean, good wi-fi, cheap and super location. Given the central location if you are used to fall asleep early in silence with the window open then you are not here.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating and constantly asking if our stay was okay and if there was anything they could do to help us. The restaurant below ' Chef's ' was wonderful and we are there 4 out of 6 nights. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone, not just people staying at the Concept.

Central. It had everything you need. We got even sun umbrellas and beach towels from the staff. Nice touch. Lots of options for eating out just outside the door. Little bag with lot's toiletries.from a toothbrush to shaving cream.

Very steep stair's. From the landing and staircase it looked like an unfinished building. Painting missing, metal staircase. We stayed three days and as there was no cleaning done we even had to ask for toilet paper, so basic and so wrong. Very central, so expect plenty noise in evenings.

Very dark and noisy! Also the stairs were very narrow and no elevator so had to walk up three flights of stairs. Very strange check in at restaurant below.

Location was excellent, really in the middle of a lively, energetic, fun part of Alicante with lots of good restaurants, bars, the beach, one of the main bus stops from/to the airport, near a Metro line, it's spot on. The room itself, needed a lick of paint, but a great size, good size TV. The shower, probably the best one I've ever come across, was a multi functional one, with lots of settings, genuinely never felt so clean, next time we are having a shower fitted, I want one like that!. There is an espresso machine & the toiletry bag full of essential goodies which were fantastic touches. The female member of staff (didn't get her name) who ACTUALLY checked us in, was very friendly, smiley & professional...but as you can see, I didn't enjoy my stay here...

Well, I told the property I was checking in at ~1pm, I arrived there...the female staff contacted the person who sorts check in stuff so had to wait, that said persons 15mins they'll be there, more like 30mins, sitting outside as people on the street were walking past it was really awkward. He eventually turns up, doesn't really say anything and goes upstairs to check, while his mate who rocked up meeting up for planned drinks at 1...even though I told the property I would be there, he then passes the job to the female member of staff and he seemed more bothered about going out with his mate. Then we were smacked with paying €150 pre-payment authorization in case of any damage in the room, I wasn't aware of this at all & €150 seems beyond excessive, so from the off it's not a good start. The next day, random and dusty work was taking place on the staircase (which continued the entire stay) there was NO mention of this, it was just cosmetic, but with the tight staircase which reminded me of the TV show Porridge...it seemed totally unnecessary especially at this time of year and by the end of the week, the surfaces, floors & our stuff were all covered in dust & having to awkwardly get past the workmen who were doing the work (they were all very pleasant, and quickly got out the way when needed) - but there was no chance to relax for an hour in the room as it was just noises of drilling, hammering etc. It honestly felt like WE were just an inconvenience for the entire stay, even with all the positives & I imagine going forward it will get better too...but they really need to improve on communication with the people staying because there was nothing at all & the €150 charge needs to be clearly mentioned & I just don't get why it's SO high a charge, it was a large chunk of my budget, God help those who financially can't deal with it.
