Das Hotel ist an einer schönen, speziellen Lage im Hafen. Auf der einen Seite das Meer, auf der anderen der Hafen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut mit dem Flughafenbus erreichbar (2 Minuten zu Fuss). Auch ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt bei vielen Restaurants. Was umwerfend ist ist die Aussicht vom Frühstückraum. Das sitzt man fast am Wasser. Wir waren früh im Restaurant und hatten direkt vorne an den Fenstern einen Platz. Es war so schön, dass wir noch eine Extra-Portion frühstücken mussten, weil es so eine phantastische Aussicht war.

Location, staff and breakfast. Get a room with Marina view in stead of paying for the sea view as the sun doesn't shine into sea view side after 12 noon. You'll have the sunset on the other side. The gym is nice and has new equipment and is very clean. The location is amazing. Bus stop for airport right outside the hotel. And 2 mins walk to beach. Old town 6 mins walk.

Hotel is completely overpriced for what it is. It's carrying a 5 star price tag for 3 star facilities. The hotel building is dated and could do with an upgrading. Swimming pool is in the shade come 1pm. Parts of the hotel are nice and the staff are very helpful and polite but my biggest issue is the pricing.

מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד. חדר אוכל מעולה חדר מרווח מאוד. אנשי צוות וניקיון מדהימים! מיקום נהדר! חוף הים בסמוך למלון נקי ומתוייר.

הווי פיי לא יציב. המזרונים בחדר לא היו נוחים ברמה של מלון כזה הייתי מצפה למזרן ברמה גבוהה ולא קפיצים. המיקום של הבריכות זה שרק בבוקר עד השעה 11 בבוקר יש שמש. אחרי זה הבריכות מוצלות בגלל המיקום שלהן ולכן קר.

We have no complaints, it was all exceptional, felt very safe and comfortable. The reception staff were all very polite and helpful. The room cleaning staff all very nice and welcoming.

Vi saknade en toalettborste. Det blir betydligt trevligare att gå på toaletten om den som är före har möjlighet att själv rengöra toalettstolen vid behov.

Etablissement idéalement placé pour visiter Alicante à pied. Parking sous l'hôtel pour la voiture. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Our room balcony never got sun. Breakfast mediocre. Hotel needs a facelift and friendlier staff in some cases. It’s not in a good position for sun at the pool

Excellent location and views of the sea and beach. Close to everything. Yes swimming pool is shaded alot of the time but that worked for my kids and limited their UV exposure. It would be better if heated though. Room service good. Recommend the hotels dinner and rock event as you get dinner by the pool with night time views of the beach and the santa barbara castle mountain all lit up plus the night time sea.

Breakfast quality could be improved. Pastries were not fresh. Hot breakfast can be a little greasy. Latte not good.

That we had 1 small bottle of water per family not one each as mentioned on reception! The room was not clean - there was a bogey on the TV screen and and a squashed guy on the wall next to the bed No sun in the afternoon to sunbathe around the pool The pool area was closed early for two nights and we had to walk further around complex to access the pool because there was a wedding that evening! Wedding should not disrupt paying guests stay in the hotel. Music was playing on to the early hours very close 4am!!

The lies! About a late check out.. got told to ask on the day! Didn’t get my late check out £502 for 2 nights was absolutely a rip off! No drinks was included only in the breakfast Didn’t state clearly what was included! Staff are not considerate , rudely ignores you when enquiring when lost

Frühstück toll mit frischem Obst und frischgepresstem Orangensaft, Rührei etc. Käse, Schinken, etc. Tolle Aussicht auf den Strand.

Ist einfach ein grosses Hotel. Lange Gänge. Würde es für Alicante trotzdem wieder buchen!

Personalet i baren i receptionen overså en og virkede meget trætte. Der var en del af personalet der ikke kunne tale engelsk, hvilket gjorde det vanskeligt at kommunikere med dem.

Hotellet var meget slidt. Vi måtte klage over værelset og flytte pga nedslidt seng. Maden for room service var virkelig ringe. Det var ikke firestjernet standard!

The room smelled and they didn't change us. Staff even came to the room and agreed. Although we didn't insist on them changing our room, they should have done it automatically.
