Super equipped vacationhouse in a quiet neighboorhood. Good wifi, pool, A/C, jacuzzi, good bed (would be even better if it was kingsize for this "class" of property), good shower, ... Michele was very reachable through whatsapp, had a good command of English and was full of good tips! Thanks Michele!

Small things that tend to become a little annoying after couple of days: not having pairing knives, only one cutting board, only half of the induction plates works, no long drink glasses, no grater, no shears, only one side of the bed has an electric outlet,... nothing major nothing structural, nothing that you can't work around...

Sometimes the oven shut of for no reason, the rest was fine. Maybe a bit more cutlery would be useful.

Beautiful place and facilities for a family break.

Hi, we were looking for a calm, quiet place, for relaxing atmosphere - that's it. There were absolutely no noise at nite, the beds are very comfortable, so we did get a very nice sleep. Large territory of the villa. Very cosy, comfortable, good looking house. Everything required for the stay is in the place. The swimming pool is just great. It's large enough and suitable not only for wallow, but for sport swimming. A very good pizzeria and a fish restaurant are 5 min to walk. Many Many places of the interest / historical places in the area - nice Fano city center, San Marino, amazing old Urbino city, etc. Just avoid highways - the views along the country roads are breathtaking (for example the road to Urbino). There are many beaches in the area. Michele took us on a great boat trip (we swam in the open sea, watched the sunset). We also did a good shopping, visited aqua park. Michele was very welcoming and very helpful. I can definitely recommend the villa. Plan to visit the villa again.
