The room in reality smaller than it looked at the photos; the balcony came out to the other hotel's windows, balconies, so you could say hello your neihgboars...The safe (very small built in the wall) is closed with the key!! you know iron old-fashioned key in 21 century... you are kidding...and you need to leave at reception 10 euros to use this key...

Location, staff and cleanliness.
1. Breakfast was great but the hot food could have been warmer. The queue for hot coffee/tea was always pretty long with only one staff member available at morning peak hour.
2. Only one elevator for guests available, so again people were waiting more than expected, especially for those with young children and luggage to manage at check-out time.
3. Free Parking - seems that there is a limited number available for guests or it is difficult to find for free in the area.
