Our family group of six adults, two kids and one infant fit perfectly. We stayed two nights and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The property had the perfect amenities for every age. It wasn't wheelchair accessible but our disabled grandmother was able to manage the one step into the property with a little help. The play area under the stairs was used constantly by the kids (although it could have used a some light in the corner). There were two pack and plays and a high chair that were all in good condition. Half the group swam in the HOA pool and there were plenty of beach towels. The mini toiletries were appreciated by those of us who forgot to bring our own. The kitchen was well-stocked for the one meal we prepared. The property was clean, the A/C was perfect for July and there was plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We especially liked how close the pool was to the house. There was some issues with the upstairs tv and we were never able to get it working, however we would consider staying here again.

This was one of 2 properties we rented for our soccer team. All the gals enjoyed the stay. We were bummed when the hot tub broke, but we got to use it a couple of times before that happened. It would have been nice to use after our last 2 games, but that wasn't to be. :)

This property was perfect for our extended Memorial Day weekend getaway with the family and our pups. It was so clean and comfortable. Tons of amenities and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for what we needed. House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Our kids loved the air hockey and hidden play space under the stairs. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

This is one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in. The home is furnished like a home rather than a rental property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. The living room has table lamps for cozy ambiance in the evening. The kids play area under the stairs was a hit with our toddler. The hosts were very responsive. We had a small issue with the kitchen faucet, and they had a repair person out within a few hours. Overall we can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a winner!!

We've stayed in this community several times visiting St George for kids athletic tournaments. The location is great for I-15 and SR-9 access, and the community pool has been consistently clean and pleasant. This house has a great layout and is well stocked with EVERYTHING (including dish towels which can be hit or miss and drives my wife crazy). We loved playing air hockey and ping pong and sitting on the back porch. This unit backs onto a bluff and has a particularly nice view and open space that is outstanding compared to the units in the interior of the community. This one is top of our list for when we return.

Can't say enough good things about this property! We had such a good time. Everything you can think of is provided, all towels for the pool as well as showering at home, the kitchen is stocked with every kind of appliance you could want, every kind of baking dish or pan. There is soooo many pool toys, loungers for adults and kids a wagon for pulling the kids and pool toys to the pool. A great bbq on the back patio, the linens were exceptional ( I want to know where they are from! lol). Really just the best we will definitely be back again!!!

This is a great property.. it has great privacy and great views .. house has a perfect layout with a great tv room upstairs

This place was GREAT!!
This place was spacious and had everything. The ping pong table came in quite handy. The bed were comfortable. The AC worked. The pool was awesome. They allowed our dog and he loved it too!! Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Relax and Play
Our family loved our stay here. The home is beautiful with great art and furnishings. The beds are supportive and comfortable. There was something to engage each of the 3 generations and enough room for everyone to spread out and have alone time when needed. You can literally bike onto trails from the house. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay at convenient location
The house was beautiful and clean. Entry was simple and they had everything we needed including a waffle maker! There was plenty of space for our group and made for a great stay.

Perfect for daytime adventures
This was the perfect home for our family of 8. Close to National Parks, shopping and restaurants. The house was spacious and well appointed. Toys and games were a nice touch and our kids loved them. There are a variety of pool toys, some yard games, a ping pong table and even 3 bikes. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again anytime.

This was a wonderful location, and the home was more than spacious for our large family. I actually think the pictures didn’t do it justice! I have stayed at many vrbo’s this was by far the best experience I’ve had! Brandy was an excellent host!!

Sunshine serendipity
We were traveling with kids and grand parents and the house was stocked with everything a person could need. The property is a short distance from St. George and we were able to get on trials in all directions within 15 minutes, and bike trails from the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect!
I don’t think we’ve stayed at any other VRBO that was so well equipped with literally everything ! This property owner has thought of it all. The ping pong table and air hockey were a bonus as the weather was really bad all weekend and gave us something to do. The location is great too. I would definitely stay here again!!

Property was centrally located to everything Southern Utah has to offer, including two hour drive to Vegas. Our family of 5 adult kids and granddaughter had plenty of room. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom is a must. Played ping pong, air hockey, tons of games and celebrated New Years Eve family-style.

Fantastic property!
What a great place! So clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We loved the amenities (and the cute little kids' cupboard under the stairs, though we didn't bring any little ones to enjoy it). It was hard to find reasonable accommodations for 10 people, including 4 married couples, plus a small dog. This was perfect! The kitchen was better equipped than expected and we enjoyed the ping-pong, air hockey, games, pool toys, bikes, TVs, dog treats...we would definitely return here on our next St George trip!

Girls Weekend
We had a great experience with this location. The house is a good size and the kitchen is fully stocked. With 6 women we especially loved how many bathrooms it had!! We utilized the pool tools at the house. The pool area was clean. We did have issues with the internet as some other reviews stated but it was resolved immediately. We also had to call due to a battery going out in a fire alarm. The gentlemen came quickly and was really nice. We’d definitely stay there again!!

All that was needed
This property had all that was needed to enjoy your experience and the location was good. The drive to Zion was nice and there is a lot of local areas to explore along with shopping centers.
- We did have an issue with the wifi. Property said they were going to have someone on site to fixe but never happened. They did give us another router to use that fixed the issues.
- description said that you can text for guest services but never got a respond that way. I would recommend that you call if you need anything from them.
Overall it was a good experience and very minor issues that were resolved. The house is spacious and fit my family and I comfortable.

Sunshine serenity
We loved our stay at sunshine serenity. The property manager kept us up to date with the check in process And we never have any issues. The house is beautiful and so clean. We loved being able to stay home for meals and BBQ. The pool is close and has plenty of chairs to lay out on. We loved having the bikes to ride in the evening and the air hokey table was very used! We loved everything about our stay here and will definitely be coming back again!

Amazing time didn’t want to leave
Outstanding time, every possible necessity and luxury provided for, grill, ping pong, swim toys, games, didn’t have enough time in our 4 night stay to enjoy everything. Home is top quality, beautiful, comfortable beds, AC fantastic, great living space indoors and out. Can’t wait to visit again, our new fav place.

Beautiful and comfortable!
The pictures are dead on with what you get. The house was beautiful, clean and so comfortable! The pool is a short walk down the street. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked every meal. Our kids brought their long boards and had a great time riding them in the loop. We had fun riding the bikes and playing air hockey. We would definitely go back and I’m already trying to decide when! Thank you for everything!

We loved the place! Size was perfect and everything was clean. House was stocked well with toys. Only down side was the pool got pretty crowded. Other than that it was great!

Quarantine Vacation!
Our 7 day stay was perfection! This rental had everything we needed I can’t think of anything it was missing! We were sad the pool was closed but expected it due to social distancing restrictions, but happy it opened up the last couple days of our stay.
Location is perfect! Loved the backyard patio furniture. Hung out there every night and watched the sunrise in the mornings. Super clean and loved that we were able to bring our puppy dog! Beds and Pillows comfortable! We didn’t want to come home and Lucky enough we were able to extend an extra day!
