Highly recommended!! Slept 7 of us very comfortably and will book again if we are in the area. Great Location, easy to find, good parking and all the accommodations inside the home that you would ever need!! Thanks for opening your home for my family to have a great weekend at the lake!

The house was in a convenient area for our duck hunting trip. Quiet neighborhood, don’t have to worry about your gear. Behind excellent communication with the property manager, responds very fast!

It was very nice and clean, but a little crowded for 10 adults. The two upstairs bedrooms are probably fine for 6 kids, but 4 adults is plenty. The downstairs bedrooms were fine for 2 couples. We were all participating in a sailing event at the nearby Perry Yacht Club, so the location was perfect! We weren't there much except to sleep, so it worked great for us.

2nd time staying here. Impressed they took advice and made updates from first time review. Only comment to improve on is coffee pot was not working correctly. Other than that we will be back! Thanks

In town for a wedding great place to stay.

Only suggestion would be that it would be nice to have small end tables upstairs for phone charging etc

This place exceeded our expectations! It is such a nice little getaway and only 4 miles from our boat at Rock Creek Marina. We enjoyed a family night Friday night and enjoyed the fire pit. Had an adults afternoon on Saturday and again enjoyed the fire pit. Such a nice patio! All the beds were comfy! Bathrooms were nice and clean! Plenty of room for everyone! We will definitely do this again!

Nice house that worked well for our family!

Was surprised not to find dust pan, No hose or nozzle to clean off patios...front/back. Lamp in living room does not worked (tried several bulbs). As we said overall the experience was great. Ample supplies of linen, kitchen utensils. Would definitely stay at the place again. Thanks again!!!

Just what we were looking for. A quiet setting in the country. Very peaceful. Recommend the following 3 simple things that would then make it a perfect 5 star. 1) There were no outdoor cushions on the patio seating area for us. Had to sit on iron. 2) Need fans in the upper two bedrooms for light sleepers and it can get warm up there. 3) With 2 satellite dish receivers in pictures, one would assume it comes with all the satellite channels. Did not have receiver? We were all golfers that wanted to watch the Masters golf on ESPN and could not get it??? Luckily we were able to stream it on a personal laptop, but we were disappointed it was not just on the regular TV. With these three simple additions, we would certainly return for another trip!!

We had a great time with our 2 young children!! The sand pit and playground had been removed for the season, but we just headed for the nearby beach instead! The boys had a blast.

This is our second stay here and we will return again. The home is always clean and cozy. We love it!

Property was fine, supplies questionable, not worth the cost in my opinion.

We had a girlfriend’s weekend here and it was so perfect. Owner was delightful to work with and was very accommodating. We will for sure book this place again!!!

The property owner/managers were great to communicate with, we needed to check in a little earlier than 3 and it was not an issue. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen well stocked, and we had a great all around stay.

We needed a place to let or hair down, play games and relax. There was plenty of seating inside and outside around the fire pit. Room in the kitchen for food prep was also plentiful. This would be a great place for a large, single family retreat too. We will be back again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We were bummed to find out that Perry lake was flooded so we couldn’t enjoy all the activities we had planned. But it’s a great location for Topeka and we also drove to Tall Grads prairie. THe house is nice and clean. It fit all of our needs. I was definitely recommend for those looking in this area.

This suited our family of 10 well. Enjoyed the huge yard for family games. Nice beds

We are a family of eight (yes, 8!) including three adult children plus a younger child in a wheelchair. We stayed here for five nights, and even had some extended family pay a visit one day, and we never once felt crowded. Everything was as advertised, there was super communication with the home owner plus flexibility on their part (we ended up checking in one night early on very short notice). We will absolutely look this place up when/if we return to the area. I actually contemplated foregoing some of our site-seeing plans (elsewhere in KS and MO) simply to extend our stay...I didn't want to leave. So glad we did this instead of a hotel :-)

The house was great. We had five adults and we all had our own rooms. Showers had great water pressure and the kitchen was good. A lot of space in the living room and the outside entry was great with plenty of light as my mother has to use a cane and doesn’t see well. Great for families or anyone who wants a nice quite place to stay. I will definitely stay at this place again. Owners were very nice and easy to get ahold of if we needed anything.

This property was lovely. Extemely clean and comfortable! The bedding and mattresses made me want to buy what they had for at home. Excellent communication.

All of the amenities were wonderful! Comfortable beds, and plenty of linens. The house looked brand new and was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the location close to Topeka. We highly recommend this property!

The house was used by 4 couples attending a college football game in nearby Lawerence, KS. It served us very well as we enjoyed time outside on the patio, and cooking, eating and talking together in the kitchen/dining/living room space. We all said we would come back again if we have the opportunity!
