Clean room, nice staff, great breakfast and great location
No complaints here. Family enjoyed the stay. Being right off the street we thought it would be loud but it wasn’t. Even over St. Patty weekend it was quiet.

The location, opposite KU Med Center was perfect for our purpose. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of restaurants in walking distance including a Vietnamese restaurant literally next door.
Too many little things. The bath would only work as a bath not a shower and the sink plug didn’t work. I’m sure we could have got a different room but by the time I discovered the problem with the shower it was bedtime and not worth it.

The location was great, the room darkening blinds were the best since I work night shift.
The breakfast could of been better, the waffle maker didnt work , and there were not alot of options.

Appointment at KU Med so convenience and location was important. We were able to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. Appreciated the toilet paper flowers. Nice touch.
Breakfast was appreciated but very average.

We were there because of a family member hospital stay, so the location was great. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
The cost was high for unplanned emergency stay because of family medical issues.

It was very hard to get thru on the phone lines. Had to call several times before someone would answer. Might have been short staffed?

We went for graduation in kansas city got to the hotel really late, didn't really get to tried the breakfast. Location is great closed by lot of restaurant around. Specially diverse of restaurants closed by.
Everything was exceptional, there's nothing we didnt like about it. Maybe the elevator could have be a lil faster when going up and down. But other than that it was a great experience.

Comfortable, safe, excellent breakfast
doors slam loudly, can hear talking from hallway, doesn’t block out noise from outside, only 1 elevator for whole hotel. 2nd elevator has been out of service for months.

After the A/C went out in the room we were in firts, we were moved to the renovated floor which was a lovely room. After our car was stolen the cops got there fast which was also very good.
The first room that we were put in the A/C didn't work and our car was stolen while we were there, for almost $200 per night it didn't seem like a very safe place to be.
