Couldn’t fault it… We had a really great stay, great location, great views… only thing is air conditioning in summer would be great, otherwise 👍

This property is very convenient for two couples to be together and still have privacy. The patio and outdoor areas on the bedrooms are wonderful.

The home was spacious for our group of 4. Good equipped kitchen. I had emailed the concierge when we got there to help with a boat rental. Never heard back from them. Luckily we figured it out on our own.

The dishwasher door was not in order. and The furniture were dirty. Totally we had a nice stay in Bellavista🙂

The unit was OK but somewhat dated. The outdoor cushions were dirty. The upstairs bath does have a shower bit only if you sit in the tub. The neighborhood was overrun with barking dogs!

Says short walk into town. It’s a uphill trek back to the apartment. Defiantly should of rented a car/scooter. The place is amazing and the views are beautiful. Doesn’t have a bbq, outside light didn’t work, bin situation is a pain. All in all Would defiantly stay here again.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Bellavista Mezzegra. 2 opmerkingen : de elektriciteit heeft één maal uitgevallen omdat de wasmachine en de vaatwas op hetzelfde moment aan waren, dankzij de buurvrouw hebben we het kunnen regelen. Het zou misschien handig zijn als er ook een sleutel van de buitenelektriciteitskast voorhanden is. Alsook vinden we ook dat het vrij warm is in de bovenste slaapkamers, airco zou daar wel gepast zijn zeker ook wat de prijs betreft van het appartement. We hebben het goed gevonden en het was een zeer mooi uitzicht, ook handig dat je te voet vlug aan het meer zelf bent via de kleine wegjes tussen de huizen. De locatie is zeer goed voor en de veerboot te nemen en/of met de wagen dorpjes te bezoeken. Wij hebben een grote wagen, het was niet gemakkelijk om de auto te parkeren in de garage , hij kon er nipt onder (gebogen muur) en de garage kon niet dicht daar de auto te lang was, gelukkig was de garage wel breed genoeg. Voor de rest waren we tevreden over het appartement en over jullie diensten.

Beautiful location. The picture by picture description of how to find the apartment was the best I’ve ever seen. Great communication. Terrific layout for two couples. Bottom line, we would book it again.

The view is beautiful and the location is a good jumping off point for visiting popular parts of the lake. We found the key and entry processes antiquated / complex. Be prepared to lug your bags up multiple floors to the apartment, and to sleep without air conditioning.

House was just as described, the terrace & balconies gorgeous & so close to everything we needed. We'll definitely come back xxxxx

Lovely location and good sized property.

Schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage mit wunderschönen Ausblicken von einer großen Terasse und 2 Balkonen. Am Wasser in 15 Min. zu Fuß, am großen Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten. Bäcker, Bars u. Restaurants gut erreichbar. Großer und eigentlich mietmindernder Kritikpunkt: 2 der 3 Doppelbetten sind nur 120 cm breit. 2 unserer erwachsenen Kinder mussten also auf einem improviserten Kissenlager im Wohnbereich schlafen. Auch die Kochausstattung ist nicht für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Anders als im Internet ausdrücklich angegeben, ist die Wohnung definitiv nicht für 6 Erwachsene geeignet.

It was nice to be on the Greenway, and the cafeteria and market down the street were great. Perfect location! Only issue was gaining access to the garage & unsuccessful in reaching the property manager to help us figure it out. Would absolutely stay again!!

Situación de la casa es perfecta. Tamaño de la misma perfecto. Utensilios de cocina muy completa. Tamaño de las camas de matrimonio salvo la King Size, el resto no son dobles dobles. Había muchos arañas e incluso huevos de algo detrás de un libro. Salvo eso es la casa ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Muy tranquila. Totalmente recomendable.

August 2017 Hi, the apartment was great, well equipped and homely. The welcome wine, milk etc very much appreciated. Maybe include some bottled water as well. The large terrace excellent for admiring the fabulous view. The walk up and down to Lenno certainly kept us fit!!!!! The little cafe near hotel San Giorgio is lovely for snacks. Il golfo do good pizzas and the only bar that opens until late. Villa Balbionella is a must. We were at a wedding there. We used the land train to menaggio which was fun. Gardens at villa Carlotta are stunning. You have to explore the lake and other places using the ferry. If you get chance to go to como you won't be disappointed. A fantastic, beautiful area. Great place. We enjoy our stay. House was perfect. 2 points to take care of: The garbage => for us it is difficult to knowhow wereld to put the diffent kind of stuff Airco => maybe put an airco in the house. It was very hot. But overall : it was perfect!!!

April 2017 Great location with fantastic views of the lake. Convenient to Lenno, a major boat stop, which allows easy access to Bellagio, Como, and Argenio. Lovely terrazzo facing west with shaded area and full sun. We had three couples which fit comfortably. Kitchen well-equipped, washing machine, internet. Rental agency was very helpful. Place is walking distance to boat but up a hill, so you need to be in shape or have a car (there is garage parking). Well furnished with good books to read, videos, and TV. Lise, USA

October 2016 Everything was 100% perfect. The assistance and information rendered prior to booking was outstanding. Any details or questions regarding the property, prior to booking, was addressed and handled promptly in a genuinely courteous manner. The fact that there is a telephone number provided to contact staff in the USA prior to the actual booking is a big advantage. The information provided prior to arrival was excellent. The directions to the property were exacting and precise, including photos and turn by turn instructions. The staff at the Menaggio office couldn’t be nicer, especially John Carlos who personally assisted our group with any questions or information requested. As expected the property Bellavista Mezzegra was more than we expected. Top shelf in every aspect, bedding, well stocked kitchen, ample living room and dinning room accommodations, etc. From our initial visit to the office, prior to arrival at the residence, it was obvious that we had made an excellent choice in lodging at beautiful Lake Como. ( One minor oversight is the info re: public parking area adjacent to the apartment. We mistakenly parked in one of the 4 pvt. parking spots at that location. Being night time we did not see the pavement markings indicating it was ‘private’. After an hour or so, a friendly neighbor informed us of our mistake. She politely said that it happens quite frequently with arriving guests. Possibly a ‘caution’ to that effect would be warranted in the directions and arrival instruction for Bellavista Mezzegra). Sum and substance is that Happy Holiday Homes will be highly recommended to anyone traveling to Lake Como. Do you handle properties in the Tuscany region? Other countries?
