We had a great girls weekend in this house! It was close to everything! The house was clean upon arrival and everything was accurate according to the listing.
We needed to communicate with Dana during our stay and she was prompt with her response. The only issue we had was that the beach tags weren’t left at the house when we got there. However, Dana had someone drop them off the next morning. So this issue was resolved quickly!
Overall, this house is a great beach rental and the location is great.

The property was in a great location. We enjoyed the yard space. House was very clean and well equipped. The beds or mattresses were very noisy but we had a great weekend even though we checked out early due to the weather.

This house was perfect for us! Great location. We rode our bikes to the beach and around town. Clean. Loved having a washer and dryer onsite. We would stay here again.

The property was the perfect place for a girls weekend. House was clean and met all of our needs. The owners provided clear instructions and also beach tags which was very kind. Dana was super communicative if we had any questions.
Location is a short drive from many of the main attractions of Cape May. We did also walk to Washington Street, and that was only a 15 minute walk.
We loved our stay, and would love to come back. Thank you so much!

Mother daughter getaway was a big success! The cottage was in an excellent location, walking or short drive to all the fun. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. The space was very clean. It was perfect for the three of us.

Nice stay
The updated rooms of this property were very nice. The bedrooms could really use carpet cleaning/updating. The space was just right for my family of 4, and the high chair was appreciated. A note regarding the renters being required to clean before checking out would have been helpful. We always straighten up/leave the properties we rent clean. But this property required you to clean it or spend money to hire a cleaning service on checkout.

Loved this cute little house! Clean & cozy with a quiet neighborhood . Very satisfied with the overall property , which was also reasonably priced. 6 blocks to the beach ~ 7 blocks to Washington Mall. Highly recommend renting bikes for the week..so much fun! Thank you:)

Cozy and comfortable home.
The home was nicely appointed with a very open floor plan in the kitchen, dining and living area. The bedrooms are small but perfect for the shore. The location is ideal, quiet but walkable to beach and town.
The only drawback was the step grade change to laundry, second bath and yard access. It makes it challenging for elderly guests.

Great Easter Break!
We really enjoyed staying at this cottage. The house is small, but has everything you need. We have four children between the ages of 5-11, but still felt there was enough room for our family. The backyard is fenced, which was also great with small kids. The cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but still very close to the downtown. I would consider staying here again. Thank you for a great Easter break!

Nice updated kitchen & baths. Furniture also seems updated, not grandma's. Rooms are pretty small. Not much space for clothing storage besides closet. Could use hooks for wet towels in bath.

Great little house and location. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for the 4 of us. The only negative is the second bathroom is not in air conditioned part of the house. It’s small and has exhaust fan but no incoming air.

Beautiful house
Overall I was very impressed with the condition of the house/property and would stay there again. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of the linen situation. The listing clearly states that linens are provided, yet when we got there we found that we were expected to bring our own sheets and towels. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if we had known this beforehand, but instead we found out upon arrival and had to go to Walmart (40mins round trip) our first night to buy sheets and towels. The listing needs updated to reflect this.

A nice stay
Overall, a comfortable place. We enjoyed the open living room and kitchen area. Bedrooms are tiny. Bathroom between the kitchen and laundry room is a little awkward. Was very clean on arrival, but tough to keep it that way with the floor vacuum provided. Thanks to the owners for flying Old Glory.

Very nice location. Easy to get to anything you would want to see in Cape May. Second bathroom is through the kitchen and down and up a step, which was a little odd. Good property for adults with small children.

Charming, Immaculate home
We were very happy with the property. The residential street was peaceful, well maintained and the neighbors extremely friendly. The property was perfectly clean and comfortable. We were so happy to have found it! Approximately 6 blocks from the beach and a bit more to shopping, it was a perfect spot!
