Even better than it looks in pictures! The pool is a beautifully landscaped private oasis that could be in any home magazine. The home is spacious and cheerfully decorated. The location is awesome at the end of a dead end road so it's very quiet and peaceful. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks, and Original Sand Dollar were some of our nearby favorites. Owner is very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful small cottage with amazing private pool area. The pool area feels like you're in the middle of the jungle, despite being in the middle of town. Cottage is at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Property manager/owner was very responsive and easy to contact. Quick 4-5 minute walk to a quieter part of the beach (no public beach parking in the immediate area). Will stay here again.

Loved the decor of the cottage. Enjoyed the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Used bike to grab a bite at the Ugly Grouper. Beach is close as well. Can't say enough good things about our stay.

We booked our staycation at this adorable beach cottage before we knew Hurricane Ian had us in his cone. We were only able to stay one of the seven days we had booked, but the owner was wonderfully responsive and accommodating. We look forward to resuming our trip in the near future.

Rental was exactly as promised and in a nice location very close to the beach. Pool was a nice for relaxing by especially the shallow part where you can put a chair.

We loved this house! The pool, proximity to the beach, grill, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds- everything was just wonderful. The house was very clean upon arrival and it was so nice to have extra beach towels and plenty of linens and bath towels. We got great use out of the beach cart, beach chairs, and toys that were at the house. Our kids wanted to spend every moment in the pool, it’s a private paradise back there with gorgeous landscaping and landscaping lights. My older son and I also went parasailing on AMI one day and that was really cool. We will definitely rent this house again, thanks Joe.

The house was exactly as advertised!! This is important to me because sometimes other listings can make a place look bigger than it actual is. The pictures on this listing were spot on! And we had plenty of room for our little dance party! Beds and seating areas were all comfortable and fresh. Showers all had great water pressure and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc is what you would expect from any rental. One thing that we didn't have enough of was "tupperware". We were sure to wash any containers that we had so the next renters didn't have that problem. It was wonderful to have the beach wagon, floaties chairs and coolers. The walk to the beach was as advertised, short and sweet. Also it is less than a 2 minute walk to catch the Free trolly on the island. There were only 3 bikes at the property but we ended up not wanting to use them anyway since it was so hot during our visit. The pool area is so relaxing and wonderful with beautiful vegetation but I do recommend using the citronella candles that were there to keep the mosquitos away. Lots of tiny lizards can be found roaming the property (outside of course) so that was really neat to see. Joe was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any needs or questions we had.

We just returned from a week stay in AMI. We loved the open layout, everyone had their own space to sleep and have downtime. There were pool floats & boogie boards at the house to use for the pool and beach time. We used the beach cart on our walks to and from the beach which is only a few minutes away. The beach access is less crowded than public access by far! We all thoroughly enjoyed our time and miss it already! The check in/out process was so easy too! Check out the Ugly Grouper for a meal- just a few blocks down the road

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean, comfortable, fully stocked and the pool was incredible! The house is a short, easy walk to the beach, and the location was great. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was a good size for our family of four. The location was excellent, close to the beach and everything else. We loved the pool and spent many hours in it! It was great that all the beach necessities and pool stuff were already there for us to use.

Great location and pool (with lots of pool toys). Short distance to the beach. My kiddos were happy to have use of the bikes. Large assortment of games. Easy checkin process - thank you, Joe!

The house was wonderful! The pool was so nice & relaxing. There were plenty of pool toys & beach toys. The walk to the beach wasn't to far. This is our second time to the island & we loved it as much the second time around as the first. Joe was easy to get ahold of. This was our first Vrbo experience, so we weren't expecting to be responsible for providing toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. It wasn't a huge issue I just had never encountered that before & had we known we would of brought from home. But, buying those things on the island was rather expensive & was a whole another trip to the store. Otherwise it was an amazing vacation!

Was just as expected and very much enjoyed our stay. Would have booked for next year, but it was already tsken.

The cottage is close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. While the cottage itself wasn't perfect when we arrived, Joe could not have been more responsive to resolve issues. All in all, we had a good stay.

This was the perfect little place for my husband and I. Close to the beach and had all the amenities.

Great house near the beach and fun activities

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house was very clean and cozy! My two children had a great time swimming in the private pool and the palm trees provide a feeling of privacy. We only had a short walk to the beach and a cart was provided to help us haul our umbrella, chairs, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. The decor & furnishings were very comfortable and welcoming.

My family loves this home so much we stayed there for 2 years in a row. We love the close walk down to the beach, a short walk to the Ugly Grouper and a short walk to ice cream. The pool is a great rest after a morning at the beach. The home is very clean and we have always enjoyed our stay. Hoping to be back next year! Also, the owner communicated well and checked in during our stay. 10/10

This property was nice. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool was lovely. Mosquitoes are present so be prepared for that. One roll of toilet paper is provided so also be prepared for that. Our only issue with our stay was the air conditioning. The thermostat was set at 75 and often was 86 degrees in the house. Made it very uncomfortable for sleeping at night.

The house was in a great location, only a block from walk up beach access. Pool was wonderful and surrounded by beautiful tropical trees and felt very private.. We all enjoyed a fun family time together on the beach, in the pool and playing games around the coffee table in the livingroom.

Great little home that is all prepped for your very short walk to white sand beaches. Very nice inground heated pool.

This house is within walking distance of the beach and also has the best little oasis in the back! The street is a dead end so it’s super quiet even though the neighbors are very close. The vegetation makes it seem secluded!

Joe was great to communicate with very responsive. Was great to have the pool in the backyard. Great location.
