Juan and his wife were incredible hosts! The personal attention was wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The property was absolutely beautiful, hands down the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Colombia. The location about ten minutes from Filandia was perfect. It was easy to get into Filandia and Salento, but at the hotel we got to relax and enjoy the secluded location. Everything was perfect.

Definitely pricier than most places in Colombia, but the service warranted the price.

Great architecture in a paradise-like setting, with wonderful views, scenic trails and beautiful greenery. Only a few minutes from Filandia town.

As both cycling and design enthusiasts, this hotel was tailor-made for our group of 7. The jaw-dropping architecture, picturesque views, Laura's delectable food, and the many thoughtful touches throughout made it beyond ideal as a base from which to explore the area. Juan's passion and deep knowledge of cycling were evident throughout the hotel, and he was beyond generous with his time, advice, and recommendations - even leading us out for a memorable ride one day. Heartfelt thanks to Juan and Laura and the whole Casa du Velo team for making our Colombia cycling dream a reality
