This home was very spacious and comfortable and in a great location! One of the unexpected benefits were 4 Townie bikes with locks, 6 Tommy Bahama backpack chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and 2 sizes of coolers. It was a beautiful Dec and we walked and biked almost every day to downtown and the beach. The beds were comfortable, outdoor space had high end, comfortable sofas, chairs and tables. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Overall, an excellent choice for families! Thank you Caprice & Nadja!!

We stayed in the property for 2+ months and quite liked it. The property manager was responsive and the house was well outfitted with bikes and more. We were a little concerned about the previous review that said they nickelled and dimes the renters after the experience. Hopefully that is not our experience. We enjoyed the stay v much and would consider it again.

My fiance and I rented Paradise for the month of July 2020 and could not have been happier with the home and the service we received from Aloha Vacations! The home is beautiful with high ceilings, updated appliances and fixtures and tons of space. The office was a great place to get work done and the pool and view of the canal is a welcome place to getaway. Nadja and Caprice from Aloha were incredibly responsive during our stay and made sure the property had everything we needed upon arrival. Its completely plug and play from all angles. High speed internet for working / entertainment, 4 beach cruiser bikes, fully stocked beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, towels, pro kadima sets, etc.), outdoor kitchen with propane and BBQ gear, etc.). The Royal Harbor neighborhood is also quiet and great for walks, sunsets, bike rides, cruising to look at real estate, etc. We will definitely be returning to this rental in particular. 6 stars!

We visit Naples several times a year. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, the pool is great and the location is prefect for us, as we like to be near 5th Ave. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking! Overall a wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at PARADISE. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the weather and see the area. This is a very nice, well maintained property. Everything was comfortable and clean and nicely decorated and even the boat we rented was amazing. We enjoyed lots of delicious seafood from the area's seafood markets and restaurants. We highly recommend PARADISE! See you next season!

The 2 girls from Aloha ripped off $750 from our deposit because of outrageous lies (excessive cleaning time based on imaginary stains, remote control allegedly lost, electrician fees because a TV was simply unplugged, cost of BBQ gas tank we used only 2 times during our stay). Besides, a toilet was broken and never repaired during our stay and we found the kitchen dramatically underequipped due to the size of the house (no salad spinner, no sharpened knife, no champagne bucket... we even had to buy a large cooking-pot and a flower vase). When leaving, we asked to leave the house early afternoon instead of 10am. They asked $300 for this although we learned that there was no guest after us the same day. In short, we were expecting a much better service and a fair treatment for the high price we paid. Their website says "Put your valuable time in our trustworthy hands:" We found that this is only a bunch of words here !
