It is located near the city center and the train station. Easy to check in. The room was good with all the amenities, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was good with some different options and Raymond was very helpful and attentive.

I don't have anything to say that I didn't like it.

We had two rooms and found them both difficult to hear. The owners were really responsive and tried to help but the air conditioner units didn’t heat the rooms.

Dobre położenie - pomiędzy dworcem a Katedrą - wszędzie blisko. Zameldowanie przez Whatsappa - dość ciekawa opcja, ale spoko. Pokój czysty, jest klimatyzator, lodówka i całkiem sporo miejsca w pokoju. Śniadanie od 8 do 10 - na słodko (rogaliki, tosty, płatki z mlekiem). Dobra kawa. Generalnie ok.

The soundproofing of the room is terrible, a lot of noise could be heard from the street, but mainly from the other rooms, even from above, and obviously the noise of our children disturbed others. The other problem is that when I asked about parking in advance, the host claimed that I could park for free in the surrounding streets, but this was not the case. Fortunately, I met the parking guards just as they were checking the parking permits of the cars, so they warned me that I had to buy a parking ticket. If I hadn't met them, they would have punished me.

We really liked the bathroom. Our room was big. The breakfast was okay, the man who served us was very nice!! Good room for one night.

We honestly first had problems finding the b&b because the address wad located somewhere else on Google maps. Check in was via WhatsApp, the key was in the door. It worked, but not seeing the host was different.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a great location in walking distance of the station and nearby shops. The breakfast service was delicious and the receptionist was very friendly and accomodating.

Great location. Host was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in the early hours of the morning when we left something behind. Communication was great. Highly recommend this property.

It was walking distance to everything and only a 5/10 minute walk from the train station. The room was large and airy and the bathroom was super modern with a great shower. Giovanni was so quick to answer any queries and super helpful.

The entrance was a little dingy…. But that’s the same as lots of Italian properties.

For a quick stop in Messina, the location is good for a walk in the city centre; there was a parking spot right in front of the building, used the app to pay it. The room was ok.

The feeling that the room was a bit worn-out or maybe the impression I got from the pictures initially elevated my expectations.

The only upside to this place is it’s proximity to the port and that it had an elevator for suitcases.

The bed was absolutely horrible, hard and noisy. The walls are paper thin and we were woken up from sleeping when the family next door came in at night and put loud music on and made noise until early hours of the morning. The breakfast was not worth eating and there was only staff at the property once at 8am during our stay.

The place was very clean. Air conditioning worked well and it was spacious. Breakfast was included, basic continental but that was all that was needed.

Thin walls connected by a door - could hear everything. Bed was a little springy for our liking and really flat pillows.
