Well presented classy hotel close to the port and not that far from the shopping district. Warm friendly staff, good rooms and breakfast included.

The staff were very friendly. The public areas of the hotel were nicely decorated. The room and bathroom were of a reasonable size. There was an elevator in the building.

The hotel is a 25-minute walk and ride away from the train station and city centre and public transport is not very regular. The room was not identical with the one shown on booking.com photos and did not include the facilities I booked.It was dated and dark. The window blinds could not be fully opened and the bedside lamps did not provide sufficient light for reading. Breakfast options were very limited. The bed cushions were knobby and seemed like being decades old.

The breakfast was fantastic for me as a cyclist about to set out for the day and needing plenty of energy. A good choice and plenty of it.

Cozy and comfotable room, good breakfast and great breakfast time

I arrived late to hotel. Stuff was really gentle. Morning breakfast was also perfect enough. Rooms were clean. Also after breakfast I needed to go to Messina central station, thanks to owner, he took me and I arrive on time. I'm really thankful to all of you, guys from here😊 you're doing perfect job, I really appreciated👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Everything was great! The staff was very welcoming and helpful right from the start. As a Finnish person, having a room with a sauna of your own was fantastic so nothing to complain there either. WiFi worked great everywhere I went aswell. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which also had some savory options along with the usual fresh and pre-packaged pastries and sweets that can be found in an Italian breakfast. The location was also a plus, well within walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit. I also appreciated the fact that they allowed me to store my bicycle safely indoors in my room.

You do get some road noise from the street below, but it was not nearly as bad as in some other Italian cities I've visited. Mainly something to note if you're a light sleeper.

The noise and light from the street were extreme. The private bathroom smelled and the bed was like sleeping on concrete.

Room and bathroom super clean, spacious, with sauna inside the room. Quiet. Water in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom. Elevator Breakfast - omelettes, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, stuffed croissants, cakes, biscuits, toast, Yoghurts, muesli, juices, coffee. Location around 20minutes from Messina Port. Special thanks to the guys at reception for their kindness :).

Very, very clean bed was comfortable have no complaints about that!

Please tell your guests about locking the door of your room, most travel where they automatically lock after entrance. I was shocked realized after a day and a half my room was unlocked, can not tell you how upset the archaic key system is. Breakfast really is inadequate sorry, do not expect much.

The hotel looks amazing, as well as the rooms. The star night effect on the ceiling is really beatiful and the rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty and diverse. The staff was the most friendly I have ever encountered. I had to leave very early in the morning and they made me breakfast without me even asking! The location is also great - just a few minutes from the sea, very close to the centre, ferry and train station. I fully recommend it and will surely come back myself.
