The location and views are fantastic! Overlooking the beach and ocean, surrounded by a banana plantation.

There was sometimes noise from the upstairs apartment.

beautiful location. stunning views. watch all surfers and hear the waves. natural light in the house. from the path along the lower apartment, you can walk up to restaurant San Pedro in 15-20 min so that you can leave the car at the house.

it is two apartments (we had the lower one) so you share the pool and you hear your upper neighbors walk around. not a problem but we were not aware it was two apartments. the entrance to the property is a 180’ turn from the TF5: the first time a bit of a challenge.

The location was okay, it was nice to sit outside and watch the ocean but it was quite difficult to get to and you cannot go anywhere without taking a car.

The pool was not private as advertised, the room was very stuffy with poor ventilation, we couldn't leave windows open as other people could walk past and could have climbed in during the night. The room was quite dark and the "private terrace / porch" consisted of chairs outside of the front door. The apartment was very superficially cleaned (crumbs in the cupboards, ants). All in all it was much less than we expected from the price, the luxury appearance and the description.
