Location: The property is surrounded by all the facilities and market at walking distance. This is also adjacent to Pullman Resort and a few other resorts. Checkin: The chekin time is at 2 pm which is late. If you are arriving early they provide luggage room and toiletries for freshenup. Amenities: 1. Private beach 2. Two pools ( infinity with back view and one surrounded by trees) 3. Game room ( billiards, fuss ball, board games) 4. Three restaurant options. 5. Casino 6. Paid water activities. 7. Beach volleyball, football etc 8. Paid cabs. They also provide local cabs which are cheaper than the grab taxi rates. Food: The buffet is lavish, you will find atleast 4 to 5 type of cusines with wide variety. The vegetarian menu is also good as compared to some other places. You can also ask for paranthas etc and they will serve you. The cocktails and coffee is also as well Overall worth the money.

It is a very nice place to stay in Da Nang. Very good location. The room is spacious and clean The staff are friendly. Serves wide selection of food for breakfast.

we like the villa’s location, it was very quiet. The Chef comes to the villa in the morning and Prepares Breakfast, so it’s very comfortable and enjoyable🥰

It was a wonderful experience for my family at such an ideal resort. Staff, chef…. here are very friendly, enthusiastic and hospitable. Especially the food is very delicious and beautifully displayed. Convenient location for moving to visit Da Nang. I am very satisfied and if I have the opportunity to return to Da Nang, I will continue to book here.

The villa is spacious with 4 big bedrooms. Tbh, I hope the owner do a better investment on the furniture and pay a proper fee for Furama to service guests rather than trying to save little money on such a beautiful villa. The buggy service is accessible although we need to call them directly and there is no intercom or phone service from the villa

We have no idea that the property is not managed by Furama prior to our arrival. Overall services were quite bad. The check-in experience was super confusing. Staffs of Furama at the reception didn't really explain to us properly. The one that hired by the house owner kept texting us. Then the check-in staff at the house asked if they can pay in VND and bank transfer although we informed them in advance that we all visit from Singapore. Then she told us she can only give us one card to access the villa because the previous guest got one card lost. I have to tell me that we need at least 2 cards as we are a group of 8 friends. There is a broken iron and tear off iron board and when we told the house keeper. They said sorry but they do not provide a proper one for us to use. We didn't have water in the 2nd day from early in the morning and we had to call and reminded the lady who hired directly by the house owner many times until it got fixed. It took almost 2.30 hours since 6am. The furniture in the living is old and out of style. The bathroom amenities are cheap and messy.

Construction outside the property 6 medium bottles of water for 6 people and no option to get anymore water but to go out to a supermarket close by. No pool towels till we asked for them ! Noise from construction site just outside the villa which we were not told about ! Pathetic service !

Many ants disturbed us and house keeper don’t clean living room by vacuum cleaner, sometime a little by muddiness, but 2nd and 3rd floor are very clean because wood ground

I was so surprised when I received their messages via WhatsApp weeks before our stay. The staff Anna made sure we have our transport and itinerary all settled and in order even before we set off. She helped arrange our airport transfer and help us think of ways to spend our time before check in time. They helped arrange and made suggestions on where to go and what to do. As I haven’t been to Vietnam before, they have made my stay very at ease as we are travelling with small children. The villa was very spacious and there are lots of place for the kids to roam around. The kitchen is well equipped and we made home breakfast everyday. The pool was a hit with the kids and it was a 2 minutes walk to a private beach with free beach beds and umbrellas where you can just sit back and relax Anna also helped us arrange our transport throughout the trip, our restaurants and even arrange in villa spa for us and our kids. It was the first time for the kids to have massage and they totally enjoyed it. Thank you so much for making our trip a memorable one and hope we can come back again soon.
