Mooie ruime woning, met plekjes voor iedereen. Het enige minpuntje was 1 douche, die moest 4 a 5 minuten lopen om beetje warm water te krijgen. Thermostaat werkte niet optimaal. Oplossing was simpel. Gewoon andere douche pakken. Verder fijne tijd gehad.

Overall this is a good property for a family vacation. The cottage does not have a living room. It is basically 2 rooms to sleep only. The main house is beautiful. If you plan to stay there be sure to check with the owner if the lights, stove and washer are working properly. The washer did not work but the owner was nice and gave us a discount.

A large, beautiful, well equipped house. All ages catered for. Near to lots of nice beaches and good restaurants.

Upon driving through gates....the villa and surrounding ancient olive trees greeted us. Glorious weather whilst there....for early spring, with crisp mornings-evengings and warm sunshine during rest of day to enjoy whilst relaxing stretched out on garden lounges. Enjoyed morning meanduring down carefully landscaped paths surrounding villa, was a maze to discover.....fruit trees - olive, orange, lemon and grapefruit trees awaiting to be plucked fresh for breakfast. Even jumped into sparkling pool which was fresh!!! Could not resist !! The openess of main living area was filled with light and space - cosy couches, huge dining table, even original beautiful artwork painted by owner. Everything was set up for a perfect family stay. A very relaxing and unforgettable experience of amazing Portugal was had.

Está casa é ótima para umas férias em família. Tem uma localização muito boa, entre carvoeiro e lagoa. Praias de grande qualidade a pouca distância. Jardim lindo com múltiplas coisas para fazer. (piscina voleibol, ténis de mesa etc) A Diane sabe receber uma família como ninguém.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying at Quinta Das Arvores. The villa is spacious, very clean, comfortable and equipped with just about everything you need. Diane is very helpful and responds very quickly to any queries, as was Raquel, who manages the property. Overall couldn't fault this villa; comfortable beds, spacious and well equipped kitchen/dining room, the pool and surroundings are fabulous. Kids were kept entertained with table tennis, badminton, boules, little footy pitch - fantastic. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time and I'm sure we'll be returning! Would highly recommend!

Amszing prpoerty, very well designed with great attentuon to every detail. The house is well equiped , set in a wonderfull outdoor garden, true estate , great locatuon, 5 min from all the blue flag beaches, 2 minuets to supermarket and very near the slide and splash water park. True paradise for 2 -3 families

Such a beautiful house and gardens in a perfect location. Just minutes from the lovely town and beach of Cavoeiro and the town of Lagoa makes this house ideal for exploring without having to drive far. There are also many other beaches very close by. The property is beautifully maintaned and clean. Our family loved the different areas of the garden where we found lots of things to entertain us. The pool area is so peaceful and the pool was clean and a wonderful temperature. All in all a fantastic stay and we will return!

We had a wonderful week in Diane´s villa. The house , the property, the pool are magnificient , the surroundings are stunning ; Diane´s welcome and assistance were fantastic from start to finish to make us feel at home. We highly recommend this relaxing week at this villa. Thank you so much for a memorable stay, the 9 of us had a wonderful time.

Great location (5 mins drive from Carvoeiro). Clean, well-maintained facilities. Lots of leisure facilities (including pool, table tennis, small football area etc. Wonderful customer service from the owners. Excellent outdoor bbq area. Recommend without reservation.

We were family of 6 with a toddler. House 8 min ride from Benagil caves (a must visit) favorite part of the house was the big open kitchen, gorgeous garden and a pool. House was clean, and well decorated. My parents were a little bit uncomfortable because of the open style room/ bathroom which didnt have doors. The house has a security system and a stove that owners have to show and explain better upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this house for anybody who wants to visit south Portugal with friends or family!

The house is not in line with the offer. A lot of things don't work. The whole children's area is very neglected and nothing works. This also applies to the rest of the house. There is a long list of shortcomings. we've been treated very unfriendly as customers.

House and grounds were amazing ... ideal location ... easy to find and easy access. Already planning to return so can highly recommend, especially for a group (friends or family) Thank you!

This place is an absolute gem. Just 5 min away from wonderful beaches but in the most relaxing atmosphere. The house is very well maintained and cleaned. Having 3 children we didn't have to worry about entertaining them as there was something for everyone: swings, football pitch, tree house and plenty of space to run. It was too cold to use the pool but we're already planing a summer trip to give it a try. There are 3 big supermarkets just a 5 min drive away and plenty of good restaurants in Carvoeiro and Benagil. We will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family. Sara
