Very roomy house, more than enough space for everyone. Beds were comfortable with high quality bedding. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need.

Great location! Close to Calabogie if you need anything. House is well stocked with all kitchen needs Wonderful view of water. Large entertaining areas with fantastic deck to enjoy the views. Excellent sleeping areas for our group of 10 ladies. Well suited for a large group. Unfortunately we couldn’t locate the safety kits required to go out in the kayak, so we did not use them. Other wise everything was wonderful and we would return

We were a large group and we had a great stay. Lots of space for lounging and sleeping. Right on the water which was great for our morning coffees! The inside is super nice, the photos did not do it justice.

We were a group of 6 ladies who were coworkers for many years, now in our 40's to 70's. We had a lovely weekend. Other than a short walk, we didn't venture outside much as it rained all weekend but we cooked, played board games and caught up with each other. The place was large and comfortable and most importantly, clean! It was also very well equipped. We would definitely go back.

Very good, however a little TLC is required, dump those stained carpets on main level... We were also disappointed that the docks were already pulled. It was a rainy wk-end, but we made the best of it, lots of board & card games.

We were a group of friends in town for a motorsports event the location was perfect and being on the lake was a bonus one friend was able to fish right off the dock in the mornings ... the home is large an spacious lots of room for the 7 of us .... kitchen is fully equipped ...I would have given cleanliness a 5 just the carpets which our in the bedrooms upstairs and office space are quite stained they are white but that didn't effect our stay at all everything else is totally great .... everything we needed!!

Beautiful property with lots of outdoor activities. Amazing for big groups. Host was easy to communicate with and always available to answer questions about the property. Had such a fun stay, and hope to come again!

Group of 7 ladies and the layout and location were great. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Would definitely return. Highly recommend staying there. David was also readily available when I asked questions.

This was our second year staying at the lovely "Calabogie Heaven". Cannot say enough about this property - clean, comfortable and perfect for a large family. The waterfront is amazing and there is so much to do in the area. Highly recommend - will be booking year 3!!

Picture don’t do the size of the house justice! There is a large gathering area upstairs as well as downstairs. We were 8 guys and had a ton of room for activities and eating with room to spare. Great level area in the backyard for yard games, and two floating docks to fish and swim!

My group of friends enjoyed our stay! This is a fantastic location. The waterfront is beautiful. Nice touch that the fire wood was supplied for the bon fire.

The house is much larger than the listing makes it out to be. Very spacious and clean. Property is big as well. There is lots of wood and a fire pit close to the water that was a bonus as it wasn't listed as a feature. Only downsides were no body-wash in the bathrooms, lawn was not cut so playing some summer games was awkward, and walking to the fire pit/dock in the morning or evening meant wet feet with the dew staying on the extra long grass and weeds longer than normal. There were no adult life-vests so bring your own if you want to kayak. The sunsets over the lake are instagram worthy and not to be missed!!! I would for sure go stay there again!!!

The place was beautiful! Lots of gathering space, for our group of 12 ladies. One thing we could suggest is having a few extra blankets for the rooms, a few of the ladies were cold. The bedrooms are huge, we only used 2/3 of the house! Huge family room we ever made it to! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! ....Lorri

David was a great host and the property was breathtaking. Had a group of 10 guys there for the weekend, and there was a ton of space for us all to sleep comfortably. Due to the cold weather, we spent more time inside than we initially wanted, but again there was tons of space inside for us all to hang out. Communication with David was easy, and he provided us with some key information via VRBO, and the binder that they had inside was very thorough with regards to rules/preferences. Would highly recommend this property to any larger groups looking for a big house with an absolutely breathtaking yard and view. Will definitely be looking to book this place in the future.

We spent a week at the cottage in August- it's perfect spot for a family vacation! It has plenty of space (we were 4 adults and 4 teenagers), fully stocked kitchen, big dining room and living room for games and family fun.
The cottage is close to great hiking trails, it has a nice lawn for outdoor games and the waterfront is deep and clean of weeds.
The owner is very friendly and accommodating.
Would definitely recommend this property.

This place is beyond beautiful, if u are the outdoor kinda person the sunrise n sunset breathtaking took beautiful pictures for the grammmmm ....u know, also I am not sure if it's coz we came the beginning of spring just pack a few bug spray other than that most definitelyyyy coming back for sure the host was beyond helpful we cook alot they had everything utensils u can ever want .To the host thank you for helping us create beautiful memories ❤💖

Property was great, lots of outdoor decks and lawn, busy little town with a few restaurants. Lots of space and bedrooms, bathrooms. Washrooms and kitchen were clean but overall house would benefit from a deep clean - carpets, screens, windows, light fixtures, eves. Enjoyed our stay very much! Would be great for a group of families. Recommended

Calabogie Heaven was a perfect stay for our getaway. My husband was racing at the track all weekend, a short 5 min drive from the property. It was so easy to go back and forth with our little one and the cottage was equipped with everything we needed. We look forward to coming back throughout the riding season next year!

The house and property was very clean and spacious. Time at the lake was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the short walk into town for dinner and drinks.
