Cosy. Very close to sea and town. Two bathrooms. Would stay here again
Only minor gripe. Bought dishwasher tablets and it was not working. Managed to get the other half washing up though, so not all bad!

Really nice place, clean, tidy, everything you need and more, even the weather didn't spoil our stay. It wasn't the best but we had a more than adequate heater to ensure we were comfortable. Upstairs was very comfortable and spacious, we both slept well. We had family come over for one day too as there was plenty of room and extra beds and bedding.
The shower could do with replacing, the current one is just about fit for purpose but for less than £100 a new one would not go a miss. Perhaps a fridge with a freezer space too, but we are really knit picking.

The location as it was within walking distance of all the shops etc.
The property was not clean at all it had cobwebs where the dinner plates were kept in a rack, the sink drainer was full of grime, the shower room downstairs was awful, the radiator was thick in rust all in the bottom so was the shower rail, the shower hose, the shower unit and the shower tray was all marked and brown round the edges! I definitely could not have a shower so I had to have baths even though I had to really wash the bath out before using it! I took photos of everything if need to view. The carpet in the double bedroom had all stains on it, there were all black marks on the bottom of the bed. Behind the electric fire in the lounge were bottle tops and full of dirt! The patio windows were all smeared and dirty.

This is the second time staying at the cottage , it’s is perfect for that short break and centrally located tucked away from the Main Street and a short walk down the high street to the beach.

Location is amazing. Few minutes from both beach, station and theatre.

Lovely self contained place for husband and I to stay in heart of Sheringham with a very short stroll to the beach. Well equipped. Very comfortable bedroom - had great nights sleep and lovely decor. I thoroughly enjoyed my bath, only having showers at home!
Nothing really except to improve the downstairs shower could do with a re-grout at base. Fridge was roomy but would have been ideal if it had a small icebox too. Neither negatively impacted upon our stay

A cosy self contained cottage with all that is needed for a short stay. Location was central and arrival instructions clear and helpful.
We wood have preferred a smaller Tv screen given the seating was so close by. Either advice on or faciilities for recylcing would have been helpful.

great location and the property was lovely with everything we needed. felt like home from home. Really comfortable stay for me, my partner and the dog
the only issue is the parking but that is no reflection on the property or the friendly owners. parking wasn’t much of an issue and we stayed bank holiday so the rest of the year should be even better.

Overall very good value for money. Communication with the owner Neil before arrival was excellent.
The cottage is a good size and there are 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. It is in a
good central location, easy walk to everything and
Dog friendly.
Whilst we enjoyed our stay a few small easy changes would improve the guests comfort. The bedding was Synthetic therefore, we had a hot and uncomfortable sleep.
The window coverings in the bedroom did not block out the light.
There was only one tea towel, 1 hand towel for 2 bathrooms and
the Bath towels were too small.

The owner sent us a detailed description of how to collect the keys.

For the price of the accommodation the quality of the towels were disappointing - they were very threadbare thin and had seen better days. The duvet could have been heavier - it was very light and was small relative to the size of the bed. A car parked right in front of the property for Saturday afternoon despite the fact we respected the instructions not to park down the drive. Apart from the convenient place, was warm and a good bath with plenty of hot water

The beech house was lovely. Even the sofa was comfortable. When hired other cottages it seems their furniture is very uncomfortable. We would recommend to other people to stay at the beech house.
We only have a few things. But it’s not major. Parking the car was an issue. If it had been high season this would have been a problem. When we went to use the grill, it was dirty with fat still left in the tray. We had to move the sofa as it was to close to the TV. There was dust & dirt where it stood. Other than that everything else was good.

Great location, easy to find & access.
Very thorough directions and tips provided by the owner including parking near the property.
Really enjoyed the big roll top Bath for relaxing in and there was everything we needed in the kitchen for the weekend.
Overall, very cute and cosy accommodation for a relaxing couples weekend.
Bed was very firm, meaning i woke in pain.
Shower head on the bath is covered in black mould and the shower head downstairs was leaking and the radiator in shower room constantly made a knocking sound which could be heard throughout the property.
We didn't use the dishwasher as were only there 2 nights and mostly ate out, however partner opened it whilst looking around and it was very smelly.
