This house was the perfect place for our large family to stay while in Bend for a wedding. The house was comfy, spacious, and with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the backyard fire pit. Highly recommend!

We brought 8 high school girls for volleyball team camp. They had plenty of rooms and comfy beds for the girls. Their was room for the team to sit around the fire pit in the back yard to bond and make team goals. This beautiful house met our needs perfectly.

This home is beautiful and everything the picture shows!! The things that needed prompt addressing were dealt with immediately by the owner with quick and efficient responses. I would recommend this home for sure for large groups!

Bend was a very relaxed, chill vibe. Everyone we came across was very friendly. Your house was perfect for our large family, plenty of room for a wide range of ages. We will definitely be visiting again.

The property was exactly as pictured and described! The neighborhood was very nice and close to most things we needed. Very comfortable and spacious with several areas to relax as well as a great outdoor space! Host communicated quickly and well! Only downside is it a noisy road but that also was revealed in the description. Great stay!

This is our second stay at this property. We enjoyed our time. Perfect for a large group. It is a noisy house (road noise) but it says that in the listing so it should not be a surprise. It is also noisy for the people in the downstairs bedroom with the plumbing going down the wall. The house itself was clean but the front and back yards could you some leaf, pinecone & needle clean up. The gas fireplace was covered. The debris gets drug into the house. The parking is a bit of an issue when you have people coming and going in the group, we did a lot of car jockeying and we were always concerned someone would park wrong which they did and we got a text. That part was not very relaxing. Tracy is great, very responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

We were in town for our daughters' wedding and needed a place where multiple family members could stay without feeling overwhelmed by everyone. This place was perfect. We even hosted the rehearsal dinner at the home with plenty of room for the 20 guests for dinner (and a little bit of carpooling involved). Thanks again for a great place and a great stay. Highly recommend.

the pictures can't show how tired the property is looking. The gas was off when we arrived which mean the house cleaner didn't notice, so all linens and dishware was washed with cold water. Hard not to track in leaves when the garage was full of them. Sleeps 16 but forks for twelve. Location was convenient for Bend. I had an asthma flare up which makes me wonder if the property is sufficiently cleaned between pet guests. I usually have no problem with the dogs we brought.But it was only five days and Christmas, so we made it work.

The host was very responsive and helpful!

Great space for hosting a week of family for Thanksgiving celebration. Plenty of room for all. Great location. And having space in the garage for 2 cars was really excellent!

This house was perfect for a weekend away with friends and family. Lots of rooms for people to sleep in and close to things in town.

I had my folks and extended family stay here while they were in town for my wedding. This was perfect for multiple families given the space and number of beds. No complaints!

The layout of the house was perfect for our family with the six bedrooms. Lots of room for all to spread out, and a nice outdoor patio and side yard too. We did a lot of food prep at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with plates to serve 20! I would highly recommend it.

Tracy truly is an excellent host. The property was in superb condition and housekeeping was impeccable. Tracy was very responsive to communications and provided a wide range of entertainment options at the property. All appliances appeared brand new and worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for eight people. Definitely had more than enough plates and silverware to host dinner for 10. If I were to have a rental home, I would want it to be like Tracy's. Will for sure secure this property if we return to Bend.

The house was as promised. A lot of space for the family to spread out. It is however pet friendly and I forgot to ask. Dog smell and chemicals used to cover dog smell on furniture and carpet effected our allergies. If you are pet friendly it would be no problem. Since I didn't ask about pets, I can't in fairness hold that against them so would rate it 5 out of 5.

We loved our stay. The house has 6 bedrooms and a den that has two pull out beds. There were plenty of extra blankets. The cooking supplies were great. The backyard was fully fenced. We loved our stay and hope to come back in the future!

It was perfect for our large family. It is a quiet neighborhood. We were able to do a lot of fun activities within a short distance from our rental.

The southwest Bend house accommodated our large family well. Ample room to sleep and hangout. Convenient location. Tracey was available and attended to our needs promptly.

Nice property in south Bend. 10-15 minute ride to pretty much anywhere you would want to go in Bend area. Tracy was very responsive and great to work with.

We had an amazing stay for our daughter wedding and were very thankful for the spacious accommodations. The home was well stocked and comfortable. I would highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

Six golfers looking for a week a golf in Bend. This house worked out great. It is very close to Highway 97 so it has easy access to local golf courses as well services. Having 6 bedrooms and lots of living space it the week very enjoyable. Only thing missing was the Golf Channel on the TV.
