Room service didn't clean up well and used a dirty mop which made the room smell.

The view and the golf was superb.

The shuttle only operates until 16.30pm and the driver is not helpful or friendly at all.

The room was filthy. Crumbs on the couch, dirt on the tables upon check-in. We had dirty, stained towels. There was a cockroach that was roaming the apartment due to the filth. We hadn't received cleaned towels one day. When we asked for towels, the receptionist said that the laundry room was locked and the staff had left. Our agent hadn't answered our call to assist. The receptionist's lack of knowledge for an alternative was shocking! We had to blowdry ourselves dry after showering as we had no towels! The next morning. they came to give "clean towels" but they had blood stains all over them! This place is disgusting and filthy.

From booking until after we left I got approx. 20 messages via e-mail, whats app, sms. Not recommended for international travelers without a SA phone. Final information for the main gate was sent too late. The guards at the main entrance where super incompetent. Never again for me. Main hotel was closed.
