We exhibit at the Newport Boat Show. This property is the perfect location, not only for the show, but for any visit where you want to be close to downtown Newport. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everywhere during our stay. Having a kitchenette was a huge benefit. And the rooftop deck has the best view un Newport, especially at sunset, right on the water.

The room was nice and staff was friendly. Carolyn was excellent to work and was in touch through out our entire stay. If you are looking for a getaway to Newport, I would not hesitate on this rental. The condo location was very convenient. We walked everywhere on our short stay but were happy to have the car parked on site and easy to access, if needed. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. The layout works well and make good use of the space.

The resort and their staff were really nice and it was located very close to the center of Newport. It’s only a short walk to the center of town and close to so many shops and restaurants. Our host was fabulous responding quickly to our questions making recommendations. It was really nice to see security in the parking area to be sure only guests parked there. Best part was we had a view of the Regatta Place were my daughter was married. I enjoyed that view every day until we left. Highly recommended!!

Central location to shops, restaurants, boats. Onsite parking. Very comfortable and convenient to have kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Comfortable bed.

The location of the property is its main selling point, along with dedicated parking. Convenient to all that downtown Newport has to offer all within easy walking distance. Staff is friendly and greeted us every time we entered or exited the property. One bedroom unit is small but functional. Only drawback during our stay was the fact the owners lounge and rooftop deck were closed.

Excellent location in the heart of Newport. You can walk to almost anything. Very short drive to the Cliffwalk. Unit is clean and fully stocked with appliances (corkscrew) and everything needed for a stay. Really great restaurants nearby.

Clean, well taken care of property. Owner was great and everything was well communicated to us, no issues with anything while there! Wonderful location with lots to do.

We were very pleased with this rental. It was very clean, and conveniently located to resturants, shopping, Cliff walk, mansions, etc. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and our room was really quiet. having the mini kitchen was really handy so that we could eat in for some of our meals. Carolyn was quickly available for questions throughout the entire process. Would defintely rent from her again.

This property was exactly what we needed! The little kitchen area was perfect, and we had a great view of the water. The hotel was right next to Bannister's Wharf which was everything we needed, from coffee in the morning to the bars at night!

Upon arriving and receiving our room, it had a large leak from the floor above. A few trips back and forth to the front desk for a dry room and working keys and we finally settled. Things happen and I wasn’t really upset, but for the inconvenience, the owner worked with management to compensate me for the troubles at checkin and I received some $ back on my credit card, as well as $100 gift certificates for use throughout the businesses in Newport. The location of the accommodations is ideal to walking around the town and I enjoyed some brisk morning walks in the narrow streets of downtown Newport, finishing them up with a amazing coffee and breakfasts from Kaffeology. My children live in Narragansett and S Kingston while attending URI, making Newport the perfect weekend getaway for all of us. I will definitely rent this property again. In spite of the slow start to the weekend, it was wonderful.

We had an awesome 41st. Anniversary getaway at Carolyn's rental. She was so great with her communication. Everything ran so smoothly for us. Carolyn even emailed weekend activities that were going on if we were interested! Hoping to be able to experience some more getaways in the future through Carolyn!

We had a great time staying at Carolyn’s place for a long weekend in Newport. The unit was just as described and in a perfect location for seeing all Newport has to offer. Our host kept in touch with me from the moment I booked my trip, letting me know how to check-in process worked... she even sent me an email with a link of activities for my weekend. Everything was super clean and everything we needed for light cooking was supplied. I look forward to being able to stay here again!!

This property was amazing. The waterfront view of the boats/harbor was a treat to wake up to every morning. Some of the best restaurants, bars, and shoppes were all within short walking distance. The condo was clean and spacious for the two of us. All linens, towels, and kitchen supplies were provided, making it easier to travel with lighter bags. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

We were new to VRBO but Carolyn was in contact thru the journey. The room was exactly what we expected and we had a wonderful weekend and great VRBO experience. Will definitely do it again.

We loved the location of the property. The room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable with all utensils provided. And FREE parking in Newport is always amazing!
