This was a family holiday for 9 of us, adults, 2 17yr olds and a 4 year old. The property was just as listed, a lovely old building with excellent facilities. The kitchen had more equipment and crockery etc than any property we have visited. The original building walls are 2 feet thick making it cool inside. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was efficient and welcome. Paco was an excellent host, always available should any problem arise. The pool and pool house were excellent with enough sun loungers for us all. Pollenca was a 15 minute walk away, we visited quite a few times. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.

We loved the stay and spent most of our time in the outside area, a wonderful spot. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The doublebeds was more kingsized. The stroll down to citycenter was very nice and Pollença a genuin Spanish town. We loved to sit there for a coffee or a meal.

The property was just as described. Paco, the owner, could not have been more helpful at check and insisted in showing and explaining all the facilities. He checked with us part way through to make sure all was well. All the family (aged 6 years through to 78 years) had an enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing week. Although we found that it was a bit far for the wheelchair user to push to town the rest found it to be an easy walk. The only niggle was that the downstairs shower (not the bathroom itself) was not accessible for the wheelchair user although this was overcome by making a screen with sunbeds at the outdoor shower by the pool (rather invigorating first thing but the water warmed up during the day!). Would highly recommend this property for families. Thank you Paco for providing a well presented and well equipped villa.

We had an excellent time, the outdoor space is fantastic and everything you need for a relaxing villa holiday. The only reason I haven’t given the property 5 stars is because the inside could do with a bit of updating - primarily the beds which weren’t very comfortable. Paco was very responsive, we had an issue with the air con and the pool but both were dealt with promptly.

The property is very impressive. The pool and garden area in particular is spectacular and in great condition. The house is charming, but the furniture and fittings inside are not the most modern. The communication with Paco went very smoothly. The location is lovely- very quiet and secluded, but within walking distance (20mins or so) of Pollenca which is a beautiful town.

From the minute we arrived Paco, the owner, was superb as was his wife who baked a cake for my 70th birthday. Villa was clean and tidy for my family of 10. Pool and jacuzzi perfect. Couldn't recommend Paco and his villa and family any higher. Try it.

Tolle Finca für bis zu 10 Personen in guter Lage nahe Pollenca. Die Austattung mit Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und großem Garten ist top! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hilfreich. Es hat uns in unserer Gruppe allen sehr gefallen. Herzlichen Dank!

Nachdem wir, der Pandemie geschuldet, unseren Familienurlaub zwei mal verschieben mussten, hat es in diesem Jahr endlich geklappt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen, beginnend mit der Kommunikation, dem entspannten und flexiblen Ein-/Auschecken und der Betreuung vor Ort. Paco ist in jeder Hinsicht als Vermieter kaum zu übertreffen. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool etc. entsprechen exakt den Ausschreibungen und bieten in Größe und Aufteilung einer 10köpfigen Gruppe sowohl Ruhe als auch die Möglichkeit zu zwangloser Geselligkeit. Lage, Umfeld und Ausstattung der Finca boten ein breites Angebot an möglichen Aktivitäten. Alles in allem ein in jeder Hinsicht gelungener und entspannter Aufenthalt - vielen lieben Dank Paco!

Nous avons apprécié le calme des environs, la proximité du centre de Pollença avec tous ses restaurants. Villa très bien équipée et spacieuse.

Tolles Aussengelände mit schönem großzügigen Pool, Whirlpool und tollen Pflanzen. Dazu einen sehr engagierten und freundlichen Vermieter mit sehr leckerem Gemüse 😀. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und auch Pollenca selbst ist toll.

This is a wonderful proprrty, with all the amenities you could wish for. The pool area and buildings are stunning, with everything catered for including a poolside fridge for drinks. The pool is deep making it great for swimming. The gardens are big making for a private property. Whilst we spent most time outside, in the middle of summer it was nice to have air conditioing in the bedrooms at night. Location is only a 15min walk from a historic town, with lots of open air restaurents. The beach is 4 miles away, where Port de Pollenca has an attractive promenade and uncrowded long beach. The host Paco is charming, welcoming and available to help. Thank you, great holiday.

The house is typical Mallorcan with a lovely garden and swimming pool and a good base to enjoy the island. Pollenca on walking distance and Paco is a great and reliable host. Perfect stay!

Virkelig fleksibelt, venligt og imødekommende værtspar. Vi kunne ikke have forlangt det bedre! Tusind tak til jer :-) Skønne omgivelser, som beskrevet i annoncen. Dejlig ugenert have, hvor vi følte os private. Lækker swimmingpool og spa, som vi benyttede i stor stil. Som stor familie var der god plads til os. Det glædede os, at køkkenet var veludstyret til stor familie. Sengene var gode at sove i. Eneste lille minus var, at A/C på værelset i stueetagen larmede meget og derfor vækkede de 2 drenge, der sov der om natten.

Wir haben eine herrliche Woche in dieser schönen Finca verbracht! Laut der Wegbeschreibung leider nicht ganz so leicht mit dem Navi zu finden. Paco hat uns hier telefonisch weitergeholfen und herzlich empfangen. Die Finca liegt in einem Wohngebiet mit vielen anderen zusammen. Dadurch, das das Grundstück aber mit viel Vegetation geschickt angelegt ist und mit Pflanzen, Mauer etc. umgeben ist, bekommt man von den anderen Häusern nicht viel mit. Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, es fehlt fast nichts- allerdings ist der Kühlschrank schon etwas älter und einige Plastikteile innen haben den ein oder anderen Riss, wie auch der Kühlschrank an der Poolbar. Hier sollte vlt. mal nachgebessert/ausgetauscht werden. Morgens hat man die Möglichkeit, direkt vor dem Haus an einer langen Tafel zu frühstücken, was wir auch im Oktober noch machen konnten! Die 2 Bäder im 1. Stock haben Duschvorhänge, das wäre vlt. auch mal zu verändern und evtl. Glastrennwände einzubauen. Wir haben die Zeit in der Finca von Paco sehr genossen, man kann abends wunderbar an der Poolbar sitzen und beleuchtet ist der Pool abends auch. Leider hatten wir diesen Oktober recht viele Mücken, so daß abends lange Hosen angesagt waren. Der Ort Pollenca ist problemlos in ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, die Finca ist somit der perfekte Ort für eine schöne Familienzeit . Vi kan godt li’ det område huset ligger i, det er 5 gang vi har lejet hus i det område. Vi syntes at det var et dejligt ude område der var til huset. En flot have og en skøn ren pool med et overdækket terrasse til, hvor der var bar og kurvestole med bord til 6 personer Men selve huset er nok den dårligste standart vi har opleve. Det virker MEGET slidt, og havde en lidt kedelig lugt på nogle af værelserne og badeværelse, skimmelsvampe!!!!! Køkkenet var ok. Der er en dejlig overdækket terrasse, hvor vi spiste vores måltiderne, men det er ikke så rart at sidde på en bænk i en hel uge.

Excellent spot for a villa away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to get to everything you may want to do. Outdoor living space is amazing, with everything you need to not have to go inside all day. Jacuzzi and sauna are lovely and the pool ideal for swimming (is deep and has a deepish shallow end that our 6 yr old could just stand in). Garden and grounds are well maintained. Outdoor bar has fridge and washing facilities. Open stair was no issue for us, and has a gate at the top. Everything that could be needed was in the kitchen, and outside BBQ is great. Not a lot of storage space in kitchen for food goods though. Insect repellent may be needed depending on the time of year/day, but no excessive bites when we went in Aug. although they were about a dusk. Looking into a spring trip with the bikes, and would consider this as an excellent base.

Für 10 Tage haben wir dieses Objekt für 10 Personen gebucht. Anfang August hat man sehr heißes Wetter, so dass wir uns, wenn nicht am Strand, dann überwiegend am Pool und Whirlpool aufgehalten haben. Neben dem Pool ist ein schönes Poolhäuschen mit Sauna, WC und Dusche. Daneben eine schöne überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit mit Theke, Waschbecken und Kühlschrank für Getränke. Dort haben wir sehr schöne Abende verbracht. Die Zimmer sind standardgemäss ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und der Weg zum Strand ist mit dem Auto auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Mensch! We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this property. There were 9 adults staying at the property and the facilities available were more than adequate to accommodate all of us. Communication with Paco (the owner) was first class before and upon arrival. Paco meets you en-route, shows you to and around the property and then leaves you to get on with your holiday but he is available whenever required and deals with any issues immediately. The property was very clean upon arrival and is perfectly situated for a quiet relaxing holiday with just a short stroll into old town Pollensa - My 81 year old mother-in-law was with us and she managed to walk in and out of the town centre without problems, as the route is flat and has very little traffic passing by. Paco is a very nice man and we will not hesitate in staying at his wonderful property again if we revisit this area.

Wir waren zu viert in dieser sehr geräumigen rustikalen Finka. Das Haus war tadellos sauber und ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Außenanlage mit dem großen Pool und der Sauna. Da wir in dieser Ecke gerne Rennrad fahren, war Pollenca als Ausgangspunkt ideal. Und am Abend die Sauna und der Sprung in den kalten Pool perfekt. Pollenca ist ein sehr sehenswertes Städtchen und zu Fuß in 15 min zu erreichen. Wir durften die Karfreitagsprozession sehr beeindruckend am Calvarienberg erleben. Paco ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Finca uneingeschränkt weiter.

We were a family of 6 (3 adults and 3 children) and we had a very enjoyable week in Paco's place in Pollenca in October 2018. Paco was a very friendly host and we felt very welcomed in his house. He was very communicative, and while he was away in Madrid his son Ignacio came by to sort out the heating of the jacuzzi (see below). The house and grounds are very beautiful and we had gorgeous weather for our entire stay. We would come back again. The house has large grounds and our 7 and 4 year old boys enjoyed playing football on the lawn, looking at the frogs in the pond, and exploring the various fruit trees. They were far too weak willed for the pool (which was also considered to be quite cold by the adults too), but loved the jacuzzi / hot tub (but NB we needed to pay EUR 200 in heating costs - it would be worth being aware of this in advance). The sauna was a real bonus. We had to buy basics for the property (washing up liquid, toilet roll, hand soap, cooking oil etc.) that in other places are often provided, but there was a Lidl just up the road for everything we needed. The only other issue during our stay was that there seemed to be lot of mosquitos in the area and we all had quite a few bites on us (despite the repellent) by the end of the stay. The area is gorgeous, with great beaches for swimming (the Med was quite a lot warmer than the pool) sailing, cycling, walking, and nice restaurants. We had a lovely stay and would come back.

Die rustikale Finca liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Das Zebzrum von Pollença ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Finca selbst ist in einem gepflegten Zustand. Besonders hat uns allerdings die überdachte Terrasse und vor allem der Poolbereich gefallen. Das Poolhaus bietet neben Dusche, WC und Solarium eine Bar und einen großen überdachten Sitzplatz. Samstags wird Grundreinigung innen und außen gehalten einschließlich frischer Bettwäsche und Handtücher (nur Strandtücher werden nicht gestellt). Vermieter Paco ist großartig! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Haus ist schön und entspricht den Bilder. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool, Whirlpool und der Bar (mit Kühlschrank) im Poolhaus sind perfekt für entspannte Tage. Die Sauna und das Poolhaus sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut und ausreichend für das Haus. Die Geschirrspülmaschine hat zwischendrin mal nicht funktioniert, aber Paco hat sich schnell darum gekümmert und ein Mechaniker kam und hat alles repariert. Sehr guter Service. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Internet und Fernsehen funktionieren gut. Die Übergabe des Hauses war super und unkompliziert. Paco ist sehr nett, spricht englisch und ist sehr gut per WhatsApp und Telefon zu erreichen.

Just returned from a week here. There were 9 of us from 1years old to great grandparents in their 70s. The villa is well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. We spent most of our time in the pool area which is lovely. The covered area is perfect for a quiet cup of tea in the morning while everyone’s still asleep as well as providing much needed shade in the afternoon for relaxing between playing in the pools. Pollença town is minutes away and the port and Alcudia are only a short drive. All are worth a visit. All in all a lovely villa, well located and perfect for families.
